This has a 13 year old Delta.

Delta was bloody,beaten,and bruised.He thought back to how hard he and his friends had fought against this new threat...and how they failed.Goku and Vegeta had been the first to fall.Then Gohan and Piccolo.Then Gotenks had lost.Then,one by one,the rest of the Z-Fighters fell until only Omega and Delta had been conscious to face the new threat.He thought back on how easily even Omega had fallen.Delta looked at the broken,limp,and battered bodies of the Z-Fighters.Surely if they hadn't won,he stood no chance...right?Delta then saw Omega's broken,limp,bruised,bloody,and battered body give one final heave before Omega stopped breathing.Delta felt his Saiyan blood boil until it felt like lava had replaced his blood.Then came the surge of new power as Delta screamed.The entire solar system shook from the instant Delta began screaming.It felt as though power was completely drowning every fiber of his being.Then came the full moon.And then Delta blacked out before thinking of why he had to stop this new threat.Then came this new form Delta was currently in.Delta began brutally beating the new threat before vaporizing his foe with a Kamehameha x10.Delta looked over the form he was in and announced,"I'll call this form Super Saiyan 4..." And then Delta healed everyone he could,but it was too late for Omega....
