Tarble: After another 6 month training session I'm gonna take a break from combat. I've been on the frontlines ever since I was a child. I've got a family now and I'm contempt with the strength I'll be at by the end of this. At least for a while.

Ryu: Well I've gotta say, you guys have gotten a lot stronger.

Whis: As will you. But Ryu, since you know the basics of Ultra Instinct I have a certain regiment for you.

Ryu: ... I'm gonna be meditating A LOT aren't I?

Whis: Oh no no don't worry, you've already got the calm mind part in spades! I'll teach you how to take your that and your own power into new levels. BUUUT before any of that it's time for chores!!

Now Azure, Erica, I can sense you two have been pushing yourselves extremely hard but sad to say you aren't up to snuff compared to Goku Vegeta and Tarble yet so you two will have to do very hard training to catch up quickly. Ryu, you actually will need Karma's level of training for this since you're ahead.

Ryu: Got it.

Azure: Right.

Whis: And before I forget, I have outfits for you three as well!

Whis changed the clothes of the three as they looked at themselves.

Ryu: Alright, not bad.

Azure: I won't lie, I could get used to this one.

Erica: I can make black work.

Whis: Now, let's begin. Azure, spar with Aero for 20 minutes, and try to land as many hits as you can. Erica, Ruby, you do the same. Goku, Vegeta, Tarble, you know the drill. Ryu.

Whis turned to Ryu and began walking.

Whis: Let's take a walk.

Ryu although confused didn't question walking with Whis.

Whis: So Ryu, might I ask on how you stumbled upon Self Movement?

Not waisting movements, being calm but striking quickly, and training the mind and spirit, not just the body. Since I've mastered all the Martial Arts styles it wasn't the hardest thing for me to do.

Whis: What if I told you there's more to that technique?

Whis: Levels far more refined and unbelievably great accurate with movement. Not only that but strength that exceeds even the Super Saiyan God Form.

Ryu: What?!

Shojo: Wait wait wait, so you're telling me that the technique you and Ryu use is actually a form?

Whis: The actual version yes! Right now you're using the basic form. Yes indeed. You've only done the first 2 steps. Or 1 and a half technically. You haven't broken a self limitation shell around yourself. Yes you've mastered martial arts and can clear your mind but that's important as well. And the third step is the hardest.

Whis: Through my training of course. I'll push you to heights you never would have imagined. By the end of it you'll be an even better fight for Lord Beerus!
