This story takes place hours before Frieza's descend on Planet Vegeta, moments after Bardock's team was evaporated at the hands of Dodoria. 

Courge, the Super Saiyan... Everyone knows his legend. Being the second warrior in the universe to have gained the power of the Super Saiyan, being one of the strongest warriors in the Saiyan Army, greatest asset of the Frieza Force... Today, this changes. Courge was granted the ability to see into the future. 

And a grim future that is... Courge sees his planet, his people being killed at the hands of Frieza... His family, everyone he knew... dead within an instant. He would not let this stand. So, as a last ditch effort, he gathers himself... And warns everyone on the planet. At first, no one believed him, until... They saw the state Courge was in: damaged, bleeding... No one in the Frieza Force was this strong to do so, except... Frieza himself. 

The truth was that Courge had been caught off guard, but since everyone started believing in a possible betrayal from Frieza, he had to give a bit of a lie. It was for the greater good after all... As soon as the preparations were commencing, Courge had ran off to send his son and daughter away, he wished not for them to be around, just on the off chance their rebellion fails. 

This... is the story of Courge's rebellion... How he united the Saiyans against their tyrant with the power he wielded as a Super Saiyan...
