LUCY'S POV

I want to sleep that's the only thing I wanted to do right now. I look at him through my lashes and he's acting like nothing happened in the bathroom and just enjoying playing with our daughter. I yawn "Are you okay, Lucy? You look tired." I heared Mira said as she place my chocolate waffle and glass of milk. By the way we are here in the guild - and if you were thinking or dreaming if something happened again between Natsu and I then I'm gonna break that dreams of yours -_-

Nothing happened again!

Well, we did shared a hot kiss but nothing else. No monkey business.

"Lucy, are you okay?" I heard her said once again.

I look on her and smile "I'm fine... I'm just tired and sleepy."

"Too much researching eh?" I bite my lower lips and then nod. I really hate lying to her. I mean - I don't have a chance to read what I've got in my previous mission since Natsu and I did something else last night. "Lucy? Lucy?" I gave her a confused look "Are you okay? You were spacing out - and its not really you." Mira - san said worriedly.

I smile to her "Well, I'm just thinking about my research. I'm sorry if I make you worried but I'm fine Mira-san."

"Ooookay if you say so. Eat your waffles then it will give you lots of energy to continue your research." she said and I frown when  I notice that her smile is different right now. It feels like she knew something that I should know. I mentally shook my head and then eat my waffles. I need to finish this food that I will go back in my house to read the documents that I got. But the problem is...

I slowly look on my side and when our gaze finally met - my heart is racing so fast - I bite my lower lips. I really don't know what should I react everytime I'm seeing him looking at me like that. I mean that kind of look that he's giving to me right now. I let out a small sigh and smile towards him "Natsu." He walk towards me and sit down right besides me making my eyes wide and my heart stop from beating. "W-Why are you sitting beside me?"

He frown "Is there something wrong about sitting beside you?"

"No of course. But... umm.." how the fuck am I supposed to calm down if you are near beside me you, dimwit! "I need you to sit right in front of me."

Natsu look at me amuse is really visible on his eyes "Na ah! I don't feel like doing it. C'mon Luce... tell me what you wanna talk." he said and I'm just the only one thinking that Natsu is trying to seduce me using his shy smile and the way he call me 'Luce'.

"Umm..." I clear my throat "Can you please look for Nashi the whole day for me."

He frown "Are you going for a mission again, Luce?" his voice is now firm and looks mad. I shook my head and was about to say something when he continue "Then why I need to look for her alone?" he ask me emphasizing the word 'alone'

"I will do something in my room." Natsu smile like he is thinking about something - something that makes me excite for unknown reason. I clear my throat once again "Can you do it?"

"I think I can't." he said - my mouth parted on what he said and was about to say something when he continue "I ask Gray and Juvia to take care of our daughter and afterwards we will go on your house right away." he smile seductively on me.

What the hell? Is that even Natsu Dragneel that I know?

FUTURE LUCY'S POV

IT'S been four weeks since I woke up in the coma. Four weeks that I never seen my daughter nor hear her laugh. I tried to fight the feeling of crying when I remember the day I lost her. I can't even save my own daughter. I continue walking the path that I knew my heart will be broken as soon as I reach it. There's nothing on the street aside me - the only thing that I can hear is my heavy breathing and sounds of water running down the lake.

The snow is now starting to rain and it seems like my body become a numb - I can't even feel the coldness in my body.

As I reach my destination - I can't help but feel my heart broken into pieces. This is the place... this is the last place I've seen my daughter. Tears escape to my eyes - my heart is in pain but I can't do anything about it. "Nashi." I sobs as I slowly walk on it. "Nashi... baby... Mama is missing you." I cried harder - I don't know what to do.. I miss my daughter so much.

I miss her... I miss her and I'm willing to do everything just to see her again... just to see her smile and hear her laugh again.

"What a nice view." I heard someone say from my back.

I brush my tears away as I look from my behind and right there and then - I saw the monster who took away my daughter. "Y-You..." I bite my lower lips to control my anger. "Why are you doing this? I don't even know you." I shout in anger.

"Are you sure about that?" The monster who took my daughter away slowly reveal herself in from of me. My eyes got widen when I've seen her face. "Did you forget about my face, Lucy Heartfilia?" she said full of anger.

"Why are you doing this? Is this the reason why you left the guild?"

"Yes..." she laugh loudly and look on me like a crazy person with that creepy smile on her lips "I left the guild to make you suffer."

"Where.Is.My.Daughter?" I say emphasizing my words - trying to ignore what she just said.

"Your daughter. She's with your parents." she said while crossing her arms below her breast. I frown - what's does to be mean? She smile on me and cock her heard on the side "What? Nodody in Fairytail tells you that your daughter is dead?"

"You're lying!" I shout.

She laugh "I'm not...I'm the only one who's telling you the truth."

"Nashi is alive. Stop with the crap and tell me where is my daughter."

"She's dead, Lucy Heartfilia." she said with a smile on her face.

"Stardress: Taurus form!" I don't know where it came from but my outfit is changing into something like my spirit taurus.

"Oooh! You wanna fight" she laugh and then charge towards me - pinning me on the ground with her bare hands "You can't win. Lucy." she smile on me widely and summoned a sword that she used before on me "I think you better be dead like your daughter."

"Nashi is not dead, you bitch. Stop telling a lie." I say as I throw a punch on her side making her fly until she reach the wall on the other side. What the fuck is that? What's going on?

She was about to say something when we heard Natsu's voice coming on our direction "I think we can continue this fight some other time Lucy Heartfilia." she laugh and the next thing I knew she disappear. My clothes are slowly change back to normal and now, Natsu is standing in front of me. He was about to held my hand arms to check if I'm okay when I took one step backwards making him confuse on my action.

"L-Lucy."

"How long are you going to lie, Natsu?"

"L-Lucy I don't know what's your talking about?"

"Is it true?" I tried my best to fight my tears but I can't - my tears started to run down on my pale cheeks as I look on him. "Is it true? Answer me Natsu! Is it true?"

"L-Lucy."

"Stop with the Lucy and answer my fucking question, Natsu! Is it true? Is it true that Nashi is dead! Is it true?" tears started to run down on his face and that's my cue to cry harder "Y-Y-You knew all this time." I say disbelief is visible on my voice. "Y-You knew but you didn't even mention to me th-that she's dead." I sob harder this time. I can't believe that Natsu is lying to me all this time.

"L-Lucy! I just... please... listen to me. I-I will explain everything."

"You don't need to explain everything, Natsu! The fact is you lie in front of my face. You said Nashi is alive and she's missing. You said she's not dead!"

"I did that to protect you, Luce... I don't know what will happen to you if learned about Nashi." he said. I can see that he's pain but I am too.

"I trusted you. But you broke my trust." I say trying to smile even though I'm in too much pain. "You said you did that to protect me but I think you were wrong Natsu." I brush my tears away "You only protect yourself." I remove my ring on my finger and then throw it on his face "I can't be with you." I said.

Natsu pull me into hug but I keep on pushing him away on me. "Lucy please. Don't leave me. Please. Lucy!" he sobs.

"I'm sorry, Natsu." I say as I slowly remove his arms from me. "But I can't be with you anymore."
