Zoe

         I had gone back to my cabin after winning capture the flag. I hung up my cloak put away my dagger and went to bed.
         I woke up the next morning to find Gabbie missing. Tuesday was going nuts wondering what happened to her. Of course I looked all over camp for her I found traces of monster hair 'this is not good'. 
           "Jessie get your butt out here and be ready for a fight!" I yelled as I hit his door.
           "What do you want... It too early for class." He mumbles as he opened his door is him pajamas.
          "Yeah well this isn't class so wake up we've gotta find Gabbie ASAP!" I barked and snapped him out of the trance like state.
          "Oh-um-uh... Hey Zoe what's wrong?"
          "Gabbie is gone we have to find her I saw traces of monster." I growled at him and he shut the door.
           About two minutes later he came out sword in hand ready to fight. We got on our dragons grabbed Tuesday and Kathryn.
          "Char track... Not too fast the others need to keep up."
          "What do you think got her?" Tuesday asked
          "Well I found hair so I'm thinking possibly hellhound." I said lifting up the hair for them to see.
          "Darn I was hoping it wasn't that I've got a problem with one of those that I can't kill." Jessie complained
          "Yeah well I killed my arch enemy so now you've got a shot to kill yours."
          "Um no, I've fought that thing so many time I can't kill it." He complained
          "Fine you can help Gabbie and all take out the darn thing." I growled
          "Good." He said not realizing how mad I was
          We flew around for a little longer and I sensed that Char's flight pattern had changed. I knew we were close but something felt off like there was another dragon around.
          I looked around on the ground and I saw it. This monster was huge! The size of a rhino at least. It was standing right over Gabbie about to bite her head off. I knew I had to do something.
         I pressed into Char's side with my heel telling her to go down at top speed. We slammed into the hellhound knocking it off of Gabbie. Char blew a fireball at it but it was too quick and she missed it barely singeing the thing's hair. I extended my black dagger into a sword and got off of Char so I could fight better.
          I managed to cut it's shoulder, but there was a plate of bone that I could barely get through. I knew I couldn't kill it unless I got to a vital organ.
          The others had gotten to Gabbie and were trying to drag her away. Char was keeping the hellhound busy while I had a chance to strike.
          I wasn't paying attention for one second. The thing picked me up in it's mouth. My cloak wasn't all the way around me so char couldn't blast it with fire. It ran back over to the others with me still in it's mouth. I got the idea that I could slit it's throat so I did and it let me go but still stood over me.  I had enough time to wrap myself in my cloak before char blasted the thing.
          It's attention went drone me back to Gabbie. It leaped toward her, but this boy on another black dragon came in and he grabbed Gabbie and flew up just before the thing got her.
          I instantly mounted up Char just as the pain from the wounds hit me. I knew I needed to go after them. So I put char at full speed and accidentally passed them. Gabbie looked fine thankfully.
          "Land in the clearing we need to talk!" I yelled over the sound of the wind.
          He was reluctant but char have his dragon a command and they flew down. I met them down there.
         "Who are you? Gabbie you ok?" I asked them
         "I'm a trainer I saw that you were having issues with the monster so I got the girl out of harms way. I've been tracking that hellhound for some time now."
         "Are you a rebel or a follower?" I growled at the dark haired boy.
         "He's one of us Zoe you have nothing to worry about. They have good intensions I can sense it." Char told me
         "Alright char so I can take my hood down and I won't be blasted?" I asked her
         "Yes." She said
         I removed my hood and instantly they both bowed to us. 'I could get used to this" I thought.
         "State your name and point of origin boy." I told him
         "Greyson and northern territory. I have been searching for the camp but I got sidetracked trying to kill that creature."
         "Char senses nothing wrong with you we will show you the way back. You can't be trusted for now. Those of us that can tame a black dragon have powers that can't be defeated." I told him
          "Yeah but we're always hunted." He said
          "I agree with that." Gabbie are you riding with him or me?"
          "I'm riding with him!" She said
          "Ok then." I said and mounted up and flew off.
          We rode back to camp after making sure that the monster wouldn't come back for a while.
          I got there first with Greyson and Gabbie right on my tail. While I was waiting I got my wounds healed so I was fine.
          "Hey where is our cabin?" Greyson asked
          "Then end of the horseshoe follow me. So what have you named your dragon?" I told him
          "Muerte." He said as we walked through the door.
          "Ok this is my bunk. Your bunk is over there. So any questions?"
           "Yes is Gabbie single?" He asked like it was nothing.
           "A few days ago her boyfriend was killed so I would wait a little while."
          "Oh... Well I like her. That's terrible for her I hope she's ok."
          "She is really hurt right now. So the best thing you can do is support her for now and you can get her later." I told him
          "Where the fighting class I want to see how good the teacher is?"
          "That's my next class you can follow me." I told him and led him to the arena.
          We made it into the arena and his face lit up like a Christmas tree when he saw Gabbie.
          "I help teach because I'm the best fighter here." I told him
          "Is that a challenge?" He said
          "Yes, grab your sword and we'll see what you can do."
          He shook his head and got a evil grin. I took the first strike and he blocked. He took a strike at me and I blocked. This went on for several minutes.
          "We are evenly matched in sword fighting on the ground. It's about time we get someone who can fight."
          "Good now when can I teach the class?" He asked
          "Hold up there this is mine and Jessie's class you can't teach it. It's our thing you will have to find something else."
          "Aww fine. Well can I go talk to Gabbie now?" He asked
          "Fine you can but remember go slowly she's pretty hurt right now." I growled at him
          "Alright bye!" He said and ran off and that's the last I seen of that boy.
