Dracula's Castle/ Transylvania, Romania
(January 1477)

3rd Person P.O.V- Guards stalked the desolate halls, briskly awakening the sleeping staff and handing out identical glass phials containing a greenish liquid.

Mina- Leaning against the window as I watch the horrific scene below in the courtyard. (Frowns)

Alexander- Five of my best men follow me through halls as I shout out orders left and right. "Mina!" Getting to our shared room as I throw open the door. "My beloved." Before I can utter another word, she has thrown herself into my awaiting arms.

Mina- Clinging to his collar tightly as I look up into glowing red eyes tearily. "Is it true, have they come for us?"

Alexander- Resting a hand at her lower back as I run my free hand through her soft brown locks. "No not for us Mina, they are here for me."

Mina- (Shrieks) "NO!" I tighten my arms around his neck as I press my face into his collarbone. "They can't have you."

Alexander- (Hums Amusedly) "And they won't. I've always had a fail safe in place, my beloved." Holding up two identical glass phials with the same greenish liquid. "Do you trust me love?"

Mina- (Nods) I take the small phial and pop the cork. "Now and forever."

Alexander- (Smiles Lovingly) "Until the next life."

3rd Person P.O.V- The immortal couple drinks down the poison as two of the guards shove stakes through their hearts. Once the couple is moved comfortably to the bed, the guards take up their post around the four corners of the room as they drink a different elixir one that turns them to stone.
