Chapter 10: Ashen Would He Missed
I walked towards the entrance door of the castle. I was tired from dragging Andrew's uncouncious body.
I turned the knob and suddenly the door was pushing opened at my commands.
"Come on, you stupid door, open!" I banged on the door.
Then the Sun came back out, however the fog hasn't dissipate yet.
"Come on! Come on!" I turned the knob once again and push against the door.
That's it! My right foot and kicked the door as hard I can. The door flew opened. Don't jam on me!
I continued to drag Andrew into the castle. That's when Ashen and Lucy ran towards me.
"Did you kill him?" Ashen freaked.
"Non, Ashen." I denied.
"Um, sis, why aren't wearing pants?" Lucy asks.
"Um...." I paused. "Long story."
"I think I know what you and Andrew are doing?" She smirks.
"Lucy, wipe that smirk off you face. Then help carry this guy towards a bed." I commanded.
Ashen and Lucy rushed over and picked up Andrew's legs. Finally, some relief for me.
We roam around on the first floor trying to find a bedroom.
"Dang it!" I groaned. "Okay, sibs, we are putting this guy in the living room." I said.
We carried Andrew into the living. We let him lay on the couch. We were all panting. His weight sucked the energy out of us.
Ashen, Lucy, and I sat beside him waiting for him to wake up. It felt like long hours before his eyes opened in a slowest movement. Oh gosh, he doesn't look good.
"I am thirsty." Andrew said. "...or I'll die."
He voice was weak. I did understand what he was saying. Andrew needs blood otherwise he will turn into ashes and dust.
I walked over and put my wrist against his face. I can see the temptation in Andrew's eyes. He suddenly pushed my hand away from me.
"Drink my blood, I don't care." I said.
"Nah-ah." Andrew shook his head like a stubborn child.
"Why not?" I gave him the brow. "I can see your fading away like a cheap suit. You need to drink."
"Sylvia, don't complain, I don't want to drink your blood." His voice became clear, still raspy though.
"Sis, please." Lucy complained.
I looked towards Lucy. I noticed that my siblings needs me. I know Andrew needs blood, however refuses to take mine. I sighed and walked back towards my siblings.
Then Ashen walked forward.
"Ashen, no!" I said. "Get your arse back over here!"
Ashen ignored my commands and walked towards Andrew. Oh my God, I can't believe Ashen's doing this.
"Ashen, come back here, right now!" I snapped demand in my voice.
"Ashen!" Lucy screamed.
Ashen looked back towards us. He was right beside Andrew. His expressions saying "goodbye" and "I'll miss you."
"Ashen!" I screamed.
Ashen extend his wrist towards Andrew's face. Andrew was tempted not to bite him. That's when he snapped.
He pulled Ashen's wrist closer to him making him fall over.
"Ashen, non!" I cried.
Andrew used his grip to keep Ashen down. His head titled and sunk his teeth into Ashen's neck. Ashen was squirming and squealing.
I hold in my place. The inside of me was falling on to my knees and crying. I can't suffer like this. I can't lose anyone that I love and care anymore. Why us?
That's when I felt one salty tear driving down towards my cheek. My eyes filled with them. Lucy was about to cry. That's when I fell to my knees and began crying. The emotions of rage, woe, and the past are coming up.
Andrew looked at us then got up. I wasn't a paying attention. I am mostly filling my hands with sadness.
Andrew looked down upon me. He pat my back. "The deed is done. I'll be okay." He says.
I snuffed and shook my head. "But Ashen is missed." I sobbed.
"Sylvia, calm down." He says.
I shook my head again. "You can't keep calm when you lost somebody again."
"Relax, Sylvia," he says, "Ashen was a mistake anyways."
My jaw dropped and face turned red. My tears turn into rage. I looked at him with a ticked look.
"A mistake?!" I screamed.
