Victoria

I stayed awake as long as I could which was until day, thankfully the bats found an old abandoned village, I looked around and found a hotel.

"Please go rest my friends, we will leave when the moon comes back into the sky." They seemed to understand as I opened the door they flew in.

"Oh my moonlight, I wish Dracula was here." I told her as I laid her down on the bed in one of the many rooms, I saw a balcony and smiled to myself, I walked out and looked up into the sky.

"Mom....Dad....please send Dracula a sign that I need him." I sat on the railing and turned so I could look out into the woods, it was to light if he could even get here.

I walked in after getting some sun completely exhausted, I laid down next to Joy and held her close, nothing will happen to her, I would give my life for both of Joy and Dracula.

When I awoke I found that it was night and Joy was hungry, so was her momma.

"Okay baby I'll feed you on our way there." I walked out and called my bat friends, they came quickly and got ready to fly.

"Thank you all again for this." I petted the leaders head and he seem to like it because of the way he snuggled into my hand, I smiled and got in the carriage.

"Lets go get to Dracula, he is probably almost there." They quickly took off with new found energy, it was as though they could teleport themselves, when we landed it was almost sunrise, I looked around nothing but woods.

"Are we there?" I asked the leader of the bats, he flew toward the woods, I gulped suddenly feeling scared I started walking slowly my white dress getting dirt on the bottom, I held Joy close feeling a little calm because of her.

"Who are you?!" I heard a slick voice call from above me I looked up and around when I looked back ahead there were two men, white as ghosts, hair black as night, eyes red as blood, other vampires...

"I....I'm..." I have been around other vampires but Dracula, I could not find my tongue.

"Well brother I believe she and her baby can be a wonderful snack for our clan." One of the vampires said

"Hmm yes, come with us woman." Did they really think I would go along with them because they asked nicely?

"Who..who are you?" I asked trying to by more time, soon the sun will be out..

"We don't talk to our food so," Both of them speed toward me I screamed and tried to run but they held both of my arms lifting me up, "just shut it and come with us." I didn't have much of a choice, I kicked and screamed but that didn't seem to affect their hold nor their speed.

We were in front of a cave in a matter of minutes, they pulled me in, I saw so many other vampires, holding Joy closer to me as much as I could they stopped in the middle of the circle.

"Well the brothers brought us dinner and dessert huh?" One said, he was pale and had brown hair.

"Yes but the question is," The brother to my left pulled me in holding me from behind, "Who's sweeter?" I felt him lick my neck, I struggled to get away one of them grabbed Joy who started crying quickly.

"No! Not my baby! Please!" I cried when I felt fangs on top of my neck I called the only thing I could think of.

"Dracula!!!" All of a sudden the vampire who was holding me was gone and I felt strong arms around me, I looked up to see Dracula.

"Dracula." I couldn't hold back my tears and gripped his shirt, he rubbed my back, "Sh it's alright my love."

"You! Rod release my child at once." He said to the man holding Joy, I took her in my arms.

I held her and my child close to me, I looked to the twin brothers, Max and Dylan, Dylan was the one about to bite my love.

"Dylan, do you not know the rules? Could you not smell my scent on her? Why did you not call my father?" I said as I petted Victoria's head as she calmed down.

"I....I.." Dylan started to say, I put my hand up to dismiss it.

"No, just don't do it again, this is why we have the rules." He nodded and put his head down.

"Everyone this is my wife Victoria and my daughter Joy, make them feel welcomed, and don't try to take their lives or I will take yours." They all nodded as one of the females of our clan came up.

"Victoria? I'm Kylie, do you want something different to wear?" Victoria looked at her and smiled, there she was.

"Thank you Kylie, would you take Joy for a moment so me and Victoria can talk?" I asked her, she nodded and held out her hands for Joy.

"I trust you Kylie please don't destroy it." Victoria said and handed Joy to her.

"I promise you I will not let anyone hurt her nor will I hurt her." Kylie is like my sister and I trusted her with my life.

"Let's go Victoria then we will see my father." She nodded and I picked her up bridal style and carried her to my chamber.
