Xeno Turles
Was actually from the same Timeline as Xeno Raditz, he and Raditz met and became friends and colleagues for about 9 years after Raditz faked his death, but Turles' personality became darker and became more abusinve of Raditz, and he soon fully hated and felt betrayed by Raditz after he vanished(so he could find his brother on Earth, who was still a young boy with Grampa Gohan). He later became a Time Breaker and Xeno Raditz' arch nemesis. He looks down on his ex-comrade in utter disappointment.
