Redneck Crazy sung by Tyler Farr

Eugene drove like hell though her neighborhood. He couldn't believe what she did to him. He poured his heart out to her. He told her his dreams and fears. And what did she do? She took his precious heart and stomped it into the ground. He squealed the tires on his Silverado as he pulled up on her front lawn.

Eugene cranked up a little Hank. He plopped down on the hood of his dusty truck and brought out his beer. He was about to get pissed off. He knew perfectly well that when he got drunk and mad, hell would break loose. But he was already a mess. What would the difference be?

He aimed his bright headlights through her bedroom windows. He watched their two shadows wandered around the room. He tossed his empty beer cans at them. They clomped to the ground, falling into her perfect flowerbed. He couldn't believe she dumped him for Jackson Frost. He was the town's biggest player with his icy blue eyes and dark shaggy hair.

"What the hell are you doing?" Jack shouted out the window. Eugene popped the tab on another beer can, showing he wasn't leaving anytime soon. He couldn't care less what Jack thought of him.

"What's it look like jackass? I've having a tea party." Eugene replied. Eugene wanted to know how long Rapunzel had been cheating on him. She was the prettiest girl in town with long blonde hair and emerald green eyes. She could get anyone she wanted and she picked Jack, which was a huge mistake.

"Flynn?" Rapunzel questioned as she stuck her head out the window. Her long blonde hair flowed over the side like an endless waterfall. Looking at her with someone else made him upset. She was sweet and innocent, but most importantly, she wasn't with him.

"What's up, darling?" He slurred. Hearing her call him by his nickname smashed his heart into millions of pieces. He told her his real name. She was someone who didn't care about his background, but then she left him. She left him for fricken Jack Frost. If Rapunzel couldn't love Eugene, no one would. Not even himself and he was the most narcissistic man in the county.

"Why are you here?" She spat. Eugene could tell he wasn't wanted, but he didn't care. He wasn't going anywhere anytime soon. Now that Rapunzel didn't want him, he didn't have anything better to do.

"I just want to look at the stars. That's not against the law, is it Blondie?" He scoffed, using her old pet name. She scrunched her face in disgust and slammed the window shut in anger. Eugene watched her pace back and forth. He wasn't going to let either one of them get any sleep tonight, especially Jack.

Eugene looked at Jack's sad excuse of a truck. A real country man would have bigger tires, a bigger tailgate. Jack's red truck looked like toy compared to Eugene's. He couldn't understand what Rapunzel saw in Jack. Eugene was a thousand times better than that imbecile.

Eugene turned and watched Jack walk out on the front deck with Rapunzel standing in the doorway. Eugene smirked, knowing Jack couldn't hurt him anymore than Rapunzel did. "What do you want, Rider?" Jack demanded.

"I think we all know what I want." Eugene chuckled. If it wasn't obvious enough, he was desperately in love with the blonde twirling her hair in the doorway. Her large, green eyes lit up his whole world like the Fourth of July, but now they were gone, leaving him in darkness.

"If you don't get out of here immediately, you'll have to deal with me." Jack taunted as he cracked his knuckles. Eugene snickered at the thought of Jack actually fighting him. Everyone knew Eugene would win the fight in a heartbeat.

"I didn't come here to fight, but alright." Eugene laughed as he hopped off his truck. He was so drunk that he could hardly keep his balance. He knew he wouldn't remember this in the morning, but he didn't care.

"Jack, don't. He isn't worth it." Rapunzel spat as she grabbed Jack's arm. She shot daggers at the man she used to love, adding more fuel onto his burning heart.

"Wow Jackson. I see you need Goldie to protect you. What? Is she afraid that you'll get smashed to a pulp?" Eugene taunted. He wanted to get a rile out of Jack. Eugene would give anything to sucker punch that bastard in the face.

"Flynn, why can't you just leave us alone?" Rapunzel fired back. Eugene started laughing like a fool, scaring Jack and Rapunzel. They thought he was going insane.

He wiped away a pretend tear from his brown eyes. "Blondie, you and I both know that I could never, ever, wish you both the best, endless love and happiness." Eugene grinned. Rapunzel took a step back. Isn't that what ex boyfriends are supposed to do? Wish the best upon each other?

"You're insane, Flynn Rider. You better get your ass off my lawn before I call the cops on you!" Rapunzel shouted. She didn't know the impact she had on his life, but Rapunzel had fallen under Jack's love spell. She couldn't see a life with Eugene. He was crazy and all over the place. Jack was sensible and actually had his life together.

"Make me!" He dared. Eugene tossed an empty beer can at the couple and actually managed to hit Jack on the forehead. Eugene's lips twitched, trying not to laugh. Jack groaned, annoyed with Eugene. Jack wanted to beat the living crap out of the drunk, stupid bastard, but he thought better. Rapunzel didn't want him to fight so he wasn't going to.

"Let's go, Rapunzel. He'll leave. Eventually." Jack muttered as he tried to shove Rapunzel back into the house. Rapunzel refused and waited a little longer outside, watching Eugene hop back onto his blue truck. She remembered the times they had inside that dirty old truck. Spending endless Friday nights singing along to the radio, dancing on his tailgate, but that was just a distant memory.

Rapunzel was brought back to reality as she heard the sizzle of his can opening up. She scoffed and went back inside. He was changed man. She slammed her door shut and locked it. If he knew what was best for him, he would let her go. After all, he was already nothing in her life.

"Oh, Miss Rapunzel. If only you knew that you're the one who drove me redneck crazy," Eugene crazily chuckled as he tossed more cans at their shadows through the window. It was three a.m. and he planned on staying all night long. "You've gone and broke the wrong heart, baby." He snickered as he opened up another can.
