There's this couple in my school who have proven themselves time and time again to be actual couple goals. For the foolish beings who doubt that a high school couple could be goals, I present to you... a list.

- They've dated since middle school without ever breaking up or getting into a huge fight

- The boy has recently given the girl a promise ring, vowing to ask her to marry him once they're in college. (The ring was an actual diamond ring, by the way)

- They've dressed up together for every single Dynamic Duo Day. Last time, they arrived to school as Buttercup and Westley from Princess Bride. It was glorious.

- They decided to run for choir board vice-president together when they realized that they both wanted the position. They won by a landslide.

- Being around them doesn't make you want to throw up from the sickening overboard sweetness. They're casually affective of course, but they tone it down for school and aren't overly affective. It's a comfortable mix for everyone involved.

- They've been known to talk about their feelings for each other to their choir sections whenever we're working on a song about deep love for a person in order to help us know exactly what we're singing about.

- They always take the time to smile and wave at each other in the hallways when passing each other.

- They spend their private time together studying for big tests and just talking about their day.

- When the boy once had a solo in his advanced men's choir, he begun singing with a very serious expression and stiff posture. When he finally spotted where his girlfriend was sitting in the audience, he immediately relaxed and started to smile, never taking his eyes off of her from that moment on. By the time he had finished and moved back into the choir risers, she had practically melted into her seat, blushing so hard as she mumbled, "His voice is so pretty, it's not fair."

- They spent a good amount of time during their free time in a town square in between competition times in a gag gift shop, picking out various silly items and telling the other that it was what they were going to get them for their birthday.

- The two of them are basically either everyone's protective parents or cool older siblings. Or both. Most of the time it's both.

-The boy loves to play with the girl's hair. He is quite the expert braider.

- Sometimes they'll just sit in silence together in the choir room with the boy playing songs on the piano and the girl resting her head on his shoulder, quietly humming along.

- They balance each other out really well. She brings out his playfulness and sense of humor while he reels in her sometimes-reckless nature and keeps her grounded.

- Whenever they team up, you better hope you're not the one opposing them.

In summary, these two are definitely going to be the couple that makes it and beats the odds for the reasons above and many, many others
