Okay so obviously the number one way that I would prefer to die would be peacefully at an old age

My second top choice for dying would be to be murdered. And if I'm going to be murdered, I want it to be a murder mystery. The greatest murder mystery of the decade-no, century.

They'll find my body alone in the middle of the night. Maybe in my bedroom or an office or a dressing room. Whoever finds me will scream, devastated and terrified. Who knows, they might even faint. The police will arrive and search for clues, but barely anything will be found. The news will be all over this story, and all people will talk about for months will be the mysterious circumstances of Emerald Ephemeral's murder.

Months will pass without barely anything new developing in the case. All hope in catching the murderer and avenging Emerald's death seem to be lost.

But then a new hope arises! Preferably in the form of an amateur detective who's crime-solving career will flourish after this, but a hard-boiled detective with a traumatic backstory is also perfectly acceptable. Within a matter of weeks, they solve the case, capture the murderer, and bring justice back to a lawless world! The people rejoice! The murder of Emerald Ephemeral will go down in history! The story will be told for ages to come! Bad movies are made based off of it, but also some really good books!

But yeah, death by old age is preferable too, I guess
