Last night was the theatre awards ceremony!

Unfortunately, I did not win the costuming award.

Fortunately, I looked a whole lot more stylish and fabulous than the woman who did win did.

And also fortunately, we ended up taking home a bunch of other awards, such as Best Comedy, Best Director(s), and Best Leading Actress in a Drama/Comedy, just to name a few.

There were a bunch of live performances, which were all so so amazing! The closing act was a community theatre group performing a combination of a bunch of songs from Mary Poppins (which won basically all of the awards it possibly could in the community theatre division and was the true big winner of the night).

My group got to all sit together, and we had an amazing time talking and laughing together. I'm so lucky to be part of such a talented and generous troupe of performers like they are <3

Anyways, just because we had a crazy night on Friday doesn't mean that we get to lay around and do nothing on Saturday. We have less than a week until opening night of our next show, and we have a rehearsal later this afternoon. Normally we'd do it in the morning into the afternoon, but there's a beauty pageant being held in our theater right now and I just know they're messing up my dressing room, those little—
