Since this half's done I figured I'd post it then the other half once I make it, but I still need a lot of time but here's part one in the mean time

Suika marched back and forth infront of her dog chalk impatiently and worried about the group, kohaku stood near with her arms crossed, alongside the wolfs and the squirrel, waiting for yuna's return along with the group, She then perked up and smile happily as she saw the returning

Suika ran towards them with a barking chalk " I'm so happy to see you!" She greeted

" biggest hurdle clear!" Chrome cheered as they carried the jars to the ground, though senku looked like he was struggling to carry his " sulfuric acid acquired!" Kohaku held both her hands together with sparks around her " this is so amazing! We can finally make the medicine and save ruri's life!"Chrome gave her a deadpanned look " we're still a few steps away, you gotta have some patience, You remember that crazy road map to the drug right?" He reminded while she had a dreaded look over her bands " I recall it being incredibly long..." she says hesitantly

"Not necessarily." Yuna stated while putting down the jars, Senku chuckled " she's right, we're close, we have just about every component we're gonna need now" After finishing That sentence, it brought tones of smiles to everyone's face

Sulfuric acid

"And Since most of the materials are in place, it's just a matter of lighting all the dark spots on the road map, one by one, should be easy actually." He starts Grabbing a few glass apparatuses with both hands, the enthusiastic man added "So why don't we light all of them today, it's time for a little mad chemical cooking class, so you better get excited!"

The others stood around watching as chrome walked towards senku and yuna, plus the surrounded by glass Tools old man kaseki created, chrome also brought something with him "First, we boil up the sulphuric acid and add a little bit of salt." Yuna instructed as she gestured to the pot over the acid she was heating, Senku squatted down to add salt into it " add a pinch of salt" he added

"This glass thingy is weird." Suika, who was kneeled down in front of the water condenser curiously "it looks like there's a stick in the middle."

"You both asked me to create this strange do-hicky and I did it" the old man complained, tears of frustration streaming down his cheeks " I have no idea what your gonna use it for, but you won't and got me excited!" He said while pointing at it "It's part of a dripping system." Senku explained.  "We're catching the gas coming out of the sulphuric acid and salt mixture as it drips" Chrome says point

He was Kneeled down in front of a smaller fire with his gas mask and an oxygen tank on, he watched the gas emitted from the said mixture inside a boiling flask diffused into the water condenser through a curved condensing column while toxic gas escaped from the other end of the glassware.

" hydrochloric acid acquired." Senku says  while holding up the liquid condiment  inside what kaseki made

"Hydrochloric?" Kohaku repeated unable to rack her head around the science

"It's a slightly dangerous chemical." Senku said. "Get this stuff in your eyes and you'll go blind." He stated while poor suika tremble terrified

"Next we take the take the centre's from the sulfuric acid spring, which some call flours of sulphur" yuna explained

She added the material into another boiling flask which she used another condenser column connected to a flask filled with acid.

With leather wrapped around the center of the column, Suika held a small bamboo over to let water drip onto the material.

"boil them, throw them into the Hydrochloric acid we just made and vola!"

Senku held up the second acid liquid they'd created in a smaller bottle "Now we have chlorosulphonic acid."  He smirked

"chlorosulphonic?..."umm..."Kohaku was still as confused, even more than before

"It's a super bad chemical." Senku explained, with his scary smirk " get this on your skin and you'll turn into a scalking zombie." As if that wasn't enough to terrify poor Suika.

" well you asked, now my parts done, I've got some training to do, science class teaching is all yours" yuna says as she walked, after she left it was time to separate the salt in the acid

Ginro and kinro cranked up the generator, no matter how tiring or painful it was, While they cranked up the power generator furiously, Senku dampened the tips of the wire with his tongue " that's good" he smirked as it sparks a little, then dipping them into a container filled with saltwater The electricity caused some bubbling as gas emitted from the wire he held in his right hand while chrome watched in curiosity

"It smells like a swimming pool." he commented. 

"We'll separate the salt water with electricity, and!-" he was now holding a new chemical "and we've acquired sodium hydroxide." Senku said holding up a glass container half-filled with sodium hydroxide sealed by a cork. "Sodi-Hydra...." Kohaku says so confused, she couldn't even pronounce the name

" it's an extremely bad chemical, the yakuza used it to melt enemy corpses" he smirked

Also Terrifying poor suika, who had beads of sweat on her face.

"Oh, I get it now..." Kohaku says sarcastically.

The two turned after hearing the tone in her voice

"It makes you blind, turns you into a zombie and melts your corpse....is that all?...."Before her face turned menacingly " senku...your gonna make ruri drink that?"she asked in a dangerous tone "No ones drinking it!" Senku rebutted " we're just using it to prepare the drug!" while Chrome trembled in fear

"Relax will ya, all the rest of the chemicals are harmless, next up is ammonia" senku says as he and chrome marched off towards the bushes " let's go!" Chrome says leaving behind a clueless kohaku "Where do you get that...?" She asked with confusion, watching the two suddenly stopped near the bush where Senku placed the container on the ground and removed the cork.

Her eyes widened, not expecting was for the men to unzip their bottom clothes and pee into the container.

" ammonia...acquired..." Senku said relieved

Kohaku grew infuriated and the menacing

"Do You really think I'm gonna let you force my sister to drink that?" she sibilated, giving a glare so intense, Chrome started to have white foam bubbling in his mouth.

"She's not drinking it!" Senku exclaimed "we just need it to prepare the drug!"

"Alright, we're so close to getting there." Senku states happily. " we're down to the last three items, acetic anhydrides, sodium bicarbonate, and aniline."

"Sounds like your casting some kind of spell" suika commented

" but we need alcohol to make those, that's the key here, so if we can get our hands on some booze, we'll have the ultimate cure all, A powerful sulphur drug" after that sentence was enough to bring smiles to everyone's faces

"So let us makes some alcohol then!" Chrome rushing out of the lab determined and excited

" that's gonna take a little time and energy" senku states " some more man power would be great" he says in thought, While this was happening, old man kaseki was walking past and heard they're conversation " need booze, funny you mention it, because if you were to be victorious in the grand bout tomorrow, the villagers would give you more booze than you could ever hope to finish"

Chrome gasped " it's tomorrow?!"

Senku however chuckled " the timing couldn't be more perfectly" he glanced over at san who was watching kinro and ginro sparing

"Right, if kinro or ginro wins we'll have alcohol, Then practically nothing can stop us from making ruri's medicine!" Chrome exclaimed

"Yeah, our teams gonna win the grand bout, Even if it kills us" senku says

Elsewhere, Kohaku and ruri's father stood watching the sky, waiting for the next day to arrive " at last the time is upon us, tomorrow your husband the new village chief will be chosen, are you ready for that?" He asked his daughter

" yes" she says

" turquoise, are preparations for the grand bout proceeding as planned?" He questioned the woman at the bottom of the stairs "Yes, well I mean...the preparations are in order" she says glancing to the barrel of liquor "but there is one thing..."then turning to Jasper, slightly punching his shoulder "Why is kohaku aloud to take part in this again?" She questioned "You need to go tell her that she cant"

"Anybody over fourteen and unmarried can enter, The sacred rules governing the grand bout Can't be changed" Jasper stated

"When those rules were written no body expected a hardheaded girl to compete!" The Kokuyo growled "But I suppose we should just let it be" he grumbles as he walks down the Stairs " after all a man who's unable to defeat a woman is unfit to be the village chief anyway "

Jasper had an uncomfortable look on his face, something else was wrong but decided to get it off his chest "Chief...There's actually one more small problem..."

" hmm?"

"Yet another contestant has Submitted they're name....."

Back to the others

Everything was quite until just like chrome had down when gen had vanished, a loud voice boomed

"WHAT?!?!?" Yuna exclaimed

"Your gonna participate in the grand bout too?!" Kohaku questioned just as shocked as yuna, who stood next to her in a shock state

"And I was the one who signed him up like the goddess for the big battle!" Ginro says all smug " senku is over fourteen and unmarried isn't he?" As he spoke the three girls scooted away, while Kinro stood behind deadpanned with his mouth was agape."That's right!" Senku responded in the same manner as ginro  " plus there's no rule that you have to be a villager to participate" the two clasp hands together in a bro like way along with sparkles suddenly glimmering around them to reflect their enthusiasm

"This is kinda weird....since when has senku and ginro been so close?" Suika wondered

"Well they're birds of the same devious feather..." kohaku groaned while facepalming " no offence senku...but your not a capable fighter" she said

"She's right...even during pe at school you were never the strong, nor the fast" yuna stated while deadpanning

He chuckled "I don't plan on wining the thing." he pointed out. "My main goal is just to tire out our opponent"

"And not only that, if we happen to go up against each other" ginro says excitedly

A small cartoon popped on screen

Mini ginro ran at mini senku, but just poked him, and mini senku jumped back making it look like he really hurt him " oh no! You sure got me good!"

Back to reality

"We move up without breaking a sweat! So the more contestants on our side, the better!" Ginro says excitedly " you see!~"

Both ginro and senku were smirking devilishly while, Kinro was in shock by his own brother " you'd rig the grand bout?..." he questioned with a grave voice " how dishonourable....even for you...."

" you two have no shame whatsoever..." yuna agreed with him, Kinro narrowed his eyes " either way, although the goal Is worthy, Rules are rules, I won't throw my match, I will still fight fairly and with honour" he stated

"Yeah! Of course you will!" Both senku and ginro taunted while they freaked him out  "Everybody knows you have the best chance at beating magma in a one on one fight, so we're gonna need you to save your energy and make it to the top." Senku jeered. "See~nobody's asking you to cheat Kinro, once you hit us, we're just gonna cry up mercy and the match will be over!" His brother jeered " no problem there right?~"

Kinro's shoulders shook in anger " your not convincing me this is the right thing to do...." he growled, He Shoved of their hands then yelled to kohaku "Hey! What do you think about this?! Please Kohaku, surely you don't agree with them?!"

Said girl had her eyes narrowed, before she shrugged nonchalantly " eh..." and walked behind them shocking him, and making the other two feel victorious " honestly....if this can help my sister survive, then I'm left with no other choice..."

" my goddess?!" The one person left, she too had the same pained expression on her face he did " kinro...even though I agree with what your saying...someone's life hangs in the balance...so!...." her hand was clenched while struggling to say what she wanted ' she agrees with me but even she's struggling!!!!!'

During the sunset, he stood outside the Chemistry lab, pondering about the plan tomorrow

Next day

The drums were played as the day arrived,  the villagers looked over the bridge as they saw two figures, senku and yuna, Ginro and kinro stand at the other end with they're spears blocking the way, as the two got close, they moved they're spears so they could enter, Kohaku smirked " ha! It's been close to half a year since senku and yuna arrived, now finally" as the two finally stood in the village

" wow, this is my second time in the village" yuna says looking around

" the goddess has returned!" One of them yelled, which made her deadpan

" this is the first time I've set foot in the village" senku says as he looks down at the ground "Well, I'm here"

The group walk towards the arena, having a lot of people gazing at them, including magma and his crew, including the chief

"I take it that's the ' warrior goddess? Everyone speaks of?" He questioned "The one along with the outsider to be foolish enough to enter the grand bout?"

" yes that is her, ever since she appeared the boar beast was found dead, and hunting has become much easier" Jasper says

The chief scoffed " those hunts were successful by pure luck, and for the last time a woman was not the one who slayed the beast, they're names?" He queried

"I believe the goddesss name is yuna, and the outsiders name is senku" as soon as Jasper said that, ruri gasped " what?...hold on...did I hear correct that the goddess's name...along with the outsider are yuna and senku?..." she questioned, which made them both turn to her

" it is, I assume you haven't met them before have you?" Her father inquired

"No sir...of course I've never met them...how could I have?..." she got out from her seat and walked pass them, eyes glancing down towards the so called goddess and the outsider she was talking too" but yet...I do though them...this senku and san l...could they be the ones?...." she wondered

What surprise the two was when she started walking down the stairs herself "Wait ruri!-"

"I've known them for years....Possibly even from long long ago in the past...I've heard those names all my life"

Both yuna and senku's attention shifted once they felt a presence and turned to see ruri

" oh ruri" yuna breathed rather surprised by her appearance

" so your the village priestess ruri" senku smirked " so nice to finally meet you in person" he says

" indeed..." she responded " I have a question to ask you and the goddess...tell me please...senku...yuna...what are your surnames?" She asked, Both looked at her rather surprised, yuna most of all, she hadn't told her, her first name, she had always referred to her as goddess, much to her dislike, but regardless she could have Heard it from someone like kohaku, kinro or ginro, or even someone that heard either say her name, but she was more surprised that she asked about hers and senku's last names, and some of the villagers as well

"Say what?" Ga nan says confused

"Surnames?" The same little girl with the dark hair questioned

"I mean your family names....the one that pass down-" " yeah, we know what you mean" yuna assured still confused to how she knows ' there's no tradition of having surnames in this village, so how does she know about them?...' senku wondered

"Senku...Could it be that your ishi..." before should finish, she collapses, luckily san quickly rushed in and caught her, gently comforting her as she coughed profusely

" priestess ruri!"

" it's alright, let it all out, don't hold any of the coughs in or it'll hurt" yuna whispered " don't worry...I won't rest until your cured..." she says which made the girls eyes widen ' the same safe feeling....'

" priestess ruri!" The three, turquoise, Jasper and the chief rushed over, the chief looking at the girl holding the priestess In Anger " you!-" Before he could do anything, the two wolfs jump in front of yuna growling, which made the three jump back surprised " someone do something!" He yelled

The wolfs continued growling furiously until yuna yelled in anger " SIT!!!!"

They whined and plopped they're butts down on the ground, bowing they're heads, much to they're shock, she then turned to Jasper " take her back up the stairs, and if she starts sweating wipe it off, but keep her warm," yuna instructed

" y-yes goddess!" Jasper carried ruri on the stretcher "Are you alright?" Turquoise asked her

"I am..." ruri says

" how did she?..." yuna stared along with the others

"I have a bout ten billion questions for her as well, I think she and I should have a nice long chat after this grand bout business is over" senku states

The four heard magma laugh and look in his direction " now we're talkin, it looks as though I won't have to through the trouble of killing her, at this rate she'll probably keel over On our wedding night" he smirked, Kohaku growled and was about to attack him but yuna put a hand in front of her " don't...you'll have plenty of time to hurt him in the grand bout..." her bands covered her eyes, which head a furious menacing glare towards the man " we both will..."

" goddess.."

She wasn't the only one, chrome had the same expression too

Before the grand bout
Even before day arrived

"No magma, anybody but you!" Chrome yelled then

With the training pole in his hand, he harshly thrust it into the target hanging by two ropes tied on the branches of separate trees.

The others watched as he kept leaping into the air while attacking the target, and repeated it in different angles. "Oh look at that, chrome might actually have some decent fighting skills after all" kohaku commented both hands on her waist.

"That's true, probably cause he's been Busy poking that target like a mad man" Suika said

He had finally stopped and revealed the target, which had a few cracks and dust shrouding it, along with stream ( don't ask me how to at works I don't know animeLogic?)

"I'm practising hitting Magma's weak spot." he explained proudly. "His weak spot?" Ginro questioned confused "You mean..."

"That's right, his junk." was Chrome's proud replied, much to Suika's embarrassment, yuna who was drinking water after training, spat it out in shock

"Its a sound strategy." Kohaku says, arms crossed. " if we're trying to wear him out in the early rounds, his testicles will be an excellent target to strike." If yuna had drunken the water again, she would have spat it out again, this time she had an embarrassed expression like suika "My Kohaku." Kaseki says with a deadpanned expression. " I know you have a reputation as being some what of a tomboy but this strategy goes way beyond that, somethings should be off limits don't you know?"

" I realise that o have no chance of winning, but if I can land a couple of good hits in magma, I can ware him down for the next person, that's the best I can do for our team!" He says before going back to 'his' training

"He's right, That means the order of matches is going to be crucial" kohaku noted

Back to the present

The group stood around in a circle while holding thin papers with either red or blue marks on the end of them " rig the match! Rig the match!" Ginro changed as he walked to them " give us an order that'll let us win!"

" yeah, I say to hell with tryin to have a fair fight" senku smirked agreeing "the kingdom of science uses our wits and cunning as weapons, our strategy is to game the grand bout to work in our favour, we'll rig it so that kinro gets to the top unscathed and put him against an exhausted magma, which means it's best for us if kinro and magma are in separate blocks" senku explains

" the quickest way would be if I beat magma in the first match, that happens it's smooth sailing from there" Kohaku stated with a small grin

"That's correct, if you can take him out early like that then we're good as gold" senku agreed" since they're drawing straws for the order all we can do is pray to god for luck" suika says facing yuna with her hands pressed together "Kohaku and magma start off together, kinro and magma never go against each other" she mumbled to herself over and over while yuna looked at her deadpanning ' and she's praying to me again....' " you really don't have to pray to me you know....?"

" is that a prayer or some kind of tongue twister?" Old man kaseki wondered, while the blond girl looked towards the large ground writing the board "They're drawing up the brackets right now!" Kohaku announced

Apparently a child around suika''s age was tasked with drawing the faces on the board, he eventuallyfinsohrd but Jasper stood in front of it, covering the board

"The first round of the grand bout, Will be between...." the team stood they're waiting until the first match fighters were revealed

"Kinro and magma!"

The people of the kingdom of science stared deadpanning

Time skip

"This is bad..." ginro grovelled on the floor inside the science lab " this is really bad...seriously bad..."

" this is the exact opposite of what prayed for..." suika whimpered testy eyed the. Looked to yuna " I prayed so much to you!...did I mess up!?" The redhead panicked " no! Suika you didn't! And please you don't have to pray to me!" She embraced the sad little girl

" damn it! How could we have such rotten luck?!" Chrome grit his teeth frustrated

Senku chuckled "Well that's life." he said, which grabbed their attention when he picked up a bottle with a transparent yellowish-brown substance inside"A scientist knows better, that to rely on luck or superstition, even if your dealt the worst hands, you play every card you've got" He then looked over with a menacing expression and said " so we'll have to result to doping to win the grand bout, thus yuna has developed the kingdom of sciences special power up drink!"

Everyone looked at him in either shock or fear while yuna had A bead of sweat rolled down her head " senku...your really starting to creep me out...."She says as she brought out two clay bowls - one had a glass bottle filled with the transparent yellowish-brown substance, and another contained few bundles of herbs.

"Great...another suspicious chemical creation..."Kohaku says with uneasiness.

" there some bad drug in that stuff?" Chrome inquired

"No, Not at all." Yuna assured " It's very healthy. My family used to drink this on days when we had tournaments at my grandfathers dojo or for my dads survival show. It's made up of tea leafs, honey and sweet flag." As she explained ginro had drunken the drink she made, then started eating the leafs" the caffeine speeds you up, sweet flag keeps you cool, and the honey increases your blood sugar. It's a really good power booster in the Stone World."

Ginro was then punched on the head by his own brother kinro. "Did you really just drink all of it?! You just wasted the goddesses hard work! She made it for all of us!" He growled "I didn't know that was the whole supply!" Ginro cried, who had his mouth full of the sweet flag. "What do you want me to do?! Because if you lose to magma then that'll mean it'll be up to me to beat him!"

"He even ate the raw ingredients..." Chrome says staring at the empty pot in disdain. "Wow yeah, there goes our whole supply of sweet flag." Senku says nonchalantly.

"That's the grass right? The kind that grows down by the river?" Chrome inquired

Suika raised her hand " ill go pick some more for us!" She volunteered, She got inside the melon rind, she began rolling her way down to the river while saying, "" I may not be competing in the grand bout but I can still be useful!~"

" just be careful suika!" Yuna called out

What they didn't know, was magma's subordinate mantle hiding behind A tree
