"If you sigh one more time I'm going to lock you and Wonder Boy in a room and swallow the key so you get your feelings out into the air." Penelope Garcia rolled her eyes but smiled, her voice echoing in the elevator as she headed to the BAU. Her pink dress and yellow high heels were in high contrast to Giulia's faded hoodie and dark sweats. But Giulia didn't mind, she was comfortable as heck.

Tucking a loose strand of pecan colored hair behind her ear, a coy smirk playing on her lips. "Whoa Nelly, I'm just here to drop off some paperwork. It's my first day off in three months and I plan on doing absolutely nothing except napping and watching-"

"No no no no no you are most definitely going to be chilling with me in the Batcave, Robin. It gets lonely in there sometimes. Besides," she interjected, ignoring her best friend's eye roll, "Spencer will be getting back from his special training course thingy with Morgan so once they finish that we can all go out to eat or something."

Giulia's stomach growled in perfect timing making the two girls laugh. The metal doors opened and they were greeted with JJ and Hotch, Emily bringing up the rear. Giulia raised a slick brow, lifting her chin with a slight nod as she spoke.

"Everything okay?"

Hotch gave her a tight smile, looking much like all the other smiles he gave. "I know I promised you a day off but,"

Giulia smiled, waving him off before he could finish. "Don't worry about it. I had a feeling if I left my house something would happen." She turned to Penelope, shrugging a shoulder. "Raincheck on the dinner in the Batcave. Hear you later."

Hotch looked at the tech genius. "I left the case file in your office."

Penelope made a pouty face as she left the elevator, switching spots with JJ, Hotch, and Emily. "I'll pull up what I can find." She took the papers from Giulia's hands. "I will put these on his desk."

Hotch nodded. "Work your magic, we take off in five."

Giulia's stomach dropped. "Five? But I don't have my go-bag or anything. What about Morgan and Reid?"

JJ lifted one of the two black bags she was holding. "I packed you something from the clothes you left when house watching a few weeks ago."

Giulia nodded, though she didn't think those clothes would be much better than what she had on already. Emily spoke as the doors closed and the elevator took them to the jet.

"The boys are already on the plane. Rossi is on sight."

With nothing better to do than follow the rest of the team onto the plane, Giulia reached into her pocket and pulled out the one thing she never left her home without; her RMS. It looked like a headband but was warn sideways, the band on the back of her head as one end was a node that read her neural net energy and the other was an earpiece that connected her to Penelope. It was this piece of technology along with her degree in anthropology that drew the attention of the FBI. The BAU hounded her, practically begging her to come work with them. Bribery happened by means of a handsome man named Spencer Reid.

Ok the "BAU" was actually just Penelope Garcia, Giulia's sister from another mister, as she put it. Being that as it was, Giulia Garcia was actually her cousin in some distant pass on her father's side, awarding her the charming nickname of Little G thanks to Morgan. She had only been with the team for six months and she already felt like family.

Except with one person in particular.

Giulia dawned her RMS and connected to Penelope as she boarded the plane.

"You read me, Caster?"

"Loud and clear, Pollux." Giulia giggled taking her last minute go bag from JJ and went to look for a seat.

Morgan looked up from his book as the brunette took the seat at the table across from him. He shook his head, feigning disappointment.

"You guys didn't tell me it was pajama day."

Giulia snorted. "You can show off your chocolate washboard some other time. I didn't get much of a choice. So enjoy making all the trashcan jokes you want now because I don't plan to be this unprepared again."

Spencer's voice came from her right as the tall man took the seat next to her, making her stomach flip excitedly.

"You look good, Giulia. I find the natural beauty of woman a lot more appealing then-"

"Imma stop you right there kid before you screw yourself over." Morgan chuckled as the ladies on the plane laughed.

At the sound of Spencer's voice, she immediately perked up. Suddenly, Giulia wished more than anything that she didn't look like she just rolled out of bed, despite the fact that was literally what she just did. Two-day-old makeup and a messy bun weren't supposed to look attractive but she looked over at Spencer and smiled nonetheless.

"Thanks, Spence."

Spencer shyly smiled back, making her stomach flip again. But this time it growled. Giulia blushed looking away shaking her head as the team laughed again. Spencer reached over and handed her a granola bar, his long hair falling almost like a shield as he looked at you.

"I know they aren't your favorite but it looks like you didn't get much of a heads up about this one."

Giulia laughed as she took the food, her cheeks still warm with a blush. "Yeah, it was supposed to be my day off but there's no rest for the wicked."

"Or the ones fighting them," he added.

She shook her head, leaning back in her chair. "But I don't mind too much." Lifting the snack, Giulia smiled kindly. "Thanks. Again."

"Alright, Romeo and Juliet, sorry to interrupt but we kinda have a big case here."

Giulia jumped, forgetting completely that Penelope could hear her the whole time. "Uh, yeah. Go for it, what do you have for us."

Spencer watched as Giulia dragged her feet, her shoulders slumped as she tugged at the new shirt she changed into complaining about it being tighter around the chest than normal. He smiled to himself, watching as she tucked hair behind her ear, her vibrant green eyes taking in everything she saw. When they landed on him, he couldn't help but feel giddy with the twinkle that appeared in her eyes and the small smile that pulled at her soft looking lips.

She made her way over to him to which he scooted over on the couch, making room for her next to him. But she sat as close to him as she could, leaning her head on his shoulder as she let out a sigh. Spencer looked down at her and bit back a big smile.

"That bad huh?" He said as he looked around the hotel room at the other tired BAU members.

"I love Penelope but oh my gosh if I have to listen to her voice one more time I'm going to scream."

"She just wanted to help."

Giulia sighed, her eyes starting to droop. "I know. But I had a hard time concentrating. It wasn't until you walked in and took my hand I realized I was about to explode." She glanced up at him before going on. "Thanks for that by the way. I forget to relax sometimes when creating profiles with the RMS. I'm still rusty with the emotional transfer but your tricks are working."

Smiling, Spencer lifted his arm and placed it on the back of the couch, not yet confident enough to get any closer. "I'm glad they are helping."

Giulia yawned, her shapely body shaking with fatigue. "Sad I had to use them though. I kinda liked the idea of having a movie night after a nice dinner. So much for getting the day off." She laughed weakly but Spencer could hear the slight disappointment. "But I'm glad we got the bad guy. So, it's been a good day."

An idea popped into the young agent's head as he looked at the remote sitting on the coffee table in front of him and the throw blanket that laid behind him. Spencer sat back, bringing Giulia with him. She shifted, her head now resting in the crook of his neck, her ear practically on his heart. He hoped she couldn't tell it was beating wildly.

Slowly, he reached over and took the remote, flipping on any channel, the volume on low. As Spencer reached for the blanket behind him, Giulia shifted, looking up at him, to the TV, to his hand on the blanket then back to him.

"What are you doing?" Giulia asked softly, her eyes struggling to stay open. He couldn't get over how cute she sounded all tired, her voice like the cozy crackling of burning embers of a lazy fire.

"Don't be getting any ideas there Pongo and Perdita," came Morgan's voice as he flipped off the lights to the hotel room as he left, bathing the two on the couch in darkness save for the light coming from the TV across from them.

The both of them ignored him as Spencer answered her. "In Penelope's words, and I quote, 'Calvin can't help Hobbs right now and she is in major need of some R&R.' She was adamant I help you relax especially after using the RMS."

Giulia nodded, her brows raised as she laid her head back down on his shoulder. Spencer glared after Morgan to go away before reaching over and moving some of the beautiful girl's hair out of her face, his heart steadily growing faster as she got more comfortable, her arm draping around his middle as she yawned.

Gently, he placed the blanket over her and rested his arm on her, his body relaxing as she reached up and laced her fingers through his. With his free hand, he flipped through channels, mindlessly. He was worried he was boring her until she started talking, her voice vibrating on his chest.

"Spencer?"

He put down the remote, the screen stopping on an old movie in black and white. "Yes?"

"Thank you."

Spencer smiled, leaning back more to the point Giulia was nearly on top of him but he was closer to her, close enough to kiss the top of your head lightly. "You are welcome, Giulia."

There was silence for a stretch and Spencer was sure she had fallen asleep. That is until she shifted. Sitting up, she looked at him, her green eyes surprisingly bright and full of energy as compared to how tired she seemed just moments before. He searched her eyes and roamed her face, his eyes landing a little longer on her lips than he meant to. So he cleared his throat, bitting his own lip as he waited for her to say what was on her mind.

"I need to tell you something," she whispered, her bright eyes suddenly turning dark and calculating.

Spencer nodded, not trusting his voice with the way she was looking at him, the way it was messing with his insides and especially his heart.

Giulia licked her own lips making Spencer focus on them. "I...I know I haven't been here for so long but I think I may have feelings-"

Warm lips stopped her train of thought as Spencer reached up to cup her cheek. Gently, he kissed her, an air of question hanging between them. Blinking, the brunette slowly closed her eyes, her own hands making their way up his chest and to the nape of his neck where she played with this long hair.

With a slight groan, Spencer deepened the kiss, but only just; Giulia's own lips reacting in kind. It wasn't heated like it was sweet, explorative, and full of excited new energy. All too soon Spencer pulled away, but not before feathering her face, neck, and ears with gentle breaths of a kiss, making Giulia's heart soar. He looked into her eyes before kissing her lips once more, stroking her cheek with his thumb as he smiled lazily.

"You have no idea how long I have wanted to do that."

Giulia's face broke into a huge smile as she flung herself at him, burying her face in his neck as she squealed with happiness. Spencer laughed softly as he held her, his face pressed against her hair, hiding his blushing cheeks.

The two of them spent the night in each other's arms doing nothing save for kissing and cuddle as the watched old movies until they both fell fast asleep.

Penelope giggled as she was sure her matchmaking had gone perfectly as planned.
