"Ahem, your one piece husband is also sitting right beside him! No good afternoon for me? He cleared his throat as he snickered in mischief.

"Bad manners, princess!' Mr Lee scolded her with love and she got embarrassed.

"G- good afternoon" she spoke with her cheeks puffed.

Jimin smiled amusingly as he enjoyed her cute annoyed face.

Then he took something out of his pocket and moved his hand towards her.

"How careless you are, y n! How could you abandon this just anywhere" He said in a scolding tone.

She knitted her brows and sneaked on to his palm.

"I abandon this? I don't think so!" she spoke confused as she picked up the necklace from his palm which Jimin had gifted her.

"Where did you find it though? she asked further.

"On the floor," he replied.

"Impossible! I clearly remember putting it into my jewelry box.

She was still confused.

"So, you mean to say I am lying!" He narrowed his eyes on her.

"I am not saying that, Jimin! she instantly explained as she knew that offending him won't do any good to her.

"What's so special about that necklace?" Mr Lee asked after he was bored to listen to their debate about a necklace.

"I- it's my second month anniversary gift" she hesitantly told him.

Meanwhile Jimin's lips twitched upon remembering that lovely piece of memory.

"Ah, my silly daughter! You should be more careful about these things as they are precious memories!" Mr Lee said.

"Papa, I-

"It's okay, dad! I'm letting this slide this time but next time she'll get a punishment if she loses it" Jimin's smile deepened as he spoke looking at Y/N.

She glared at him.

"Uh-A! Bad manners, Y/n. He is your husband! Mr Lee scolded her once again and now she was about to cry.

"Dad, stop scolding my little wife! you will make her cry! Jimin, who was enjoying seeing her getting scolded, suddenly interrupted Mr Lee when he saw her eyes getting teary.

"But Jimin this isn't how-

"it's okay dad" she is still young! Jimin said, pressing Mr Lee's hand to make him stop talking.

Then he looked at her. She was still glaring at him with daggers in her teary eyes.

"Sorry" he mouthed and then turned towards the steering wheel and started to drive.

After 15 minutes the car stopped but not in front of their house. "Where is it? She looked outside of the window as she asked.

"Ice-cream is the best way to lighten up a kid's mood, someone had told me!" Jimin caught his tongue between his teeth as he tried not to snicker.

"I am not a kid! she angrily said.

"I did not say that either!" Jimin teased her more.

"You-" she puffed her cheeks again.

"Okay, so someone isn't going to have "chocolate crunch" ice cream, huh" Jimin pressed his lips against each other and tried to hide his smile.

"Like a baby she looked out at the ice cream parlor, where the colorful and tempting looking Ice-cream poster was being displayed.

She couldn't resist anymore. It was ice cream after all!

"Dad wants to eat that's why I am eating, okay!" She lied with an attitude while saving her ego.

"Y/n, I- when- Mr Lee spoke bewildered as soon as she took his name. But soon he was cut off by her clever little daughter who'd do anything to have Ice-cream today!

"Dad, you said to me yesterday that you wanted to eat ice cream!" she widened her eyes at Mr Lee as if telling him to play along.

"A...a...Yes, I said...that! Mr Lee spoke confused while looking at her in confusion.

Jimin smiled looking at her.

Because she thought that she was clever but in actual fact he had succeeded in his plan to trap her in his trap.

How cute she looked to him while doing those small little gestures of hers.

"Okay, then come out," Jimin said and got out of the car.

"Y/n, what was that?! Mr Lee rapidly asked when Jimin got out of the car.

"Sorry dad! But I want to eat ice cream right now" she smiled naughtily and got out of the car too.

"Ah, this girl! When she's gonna grow up!" Mr Lee said and then he got off the car too.

Inside, they got themselves settled down at a comfy private area which was only reserved for higher ups as it was no ordinary ice cream parlor.

"Chocolate?" Jimin asked about the flavor of ice cream.

"Yes" she nodded like an excited kid.

"Dad you?"

"Any will do, son," Mr Lee said.

"Waiter" Jimin called.

"Yes sir" A young man came running towards their table and asked as he reached.

"We will have one chocolate flavored ice cream and two vanilla flavors, hurry up please!" Jimin said.

"Right away, sir," the waiter noted their order and then left.

"So..."

"Wifey, how was your day at college today?" He asked turning towards her who were sitting beside him while Mr Lee sat in the front of them.

Oh someone tell him how heavenly he looked while smiling like that! She couldn't help but think about looking at him.

"Fine" She gave a one word answer. "How much, fine?" He flashed a heart-stopping smile at her again while his hand went under the table with mischief.

"What do you mea- her tongue got tied up Instantly when she felt her hand captivated in his strong one.

She widened her eyes at him.

"Hm, hm! Say it, I am listening!" he played innocent while holding back his smirk but mischief was dancing in her his dark sparkling eyes.
