"Dad" Gauri called her father.

"My chutki " Raj Sharma was really happy to see his daughter.

" How was your travel? All good?? "

" Haan Papa ... everything was good. I'm little tired. I'll take rest."

" Lazy baby take bath and the sleep." Ruffling through her hair Raj told.

" Papa.. I'm too tired." Gauri complained.

"Go Gauri.." Raj pushes his daughter into the bathroom and hands her over a bath towel and a bathrobe.

" I'll prepare breakfast for you. Have that and take rest for sometime. We have some serious work in the Bungalow. " Raj told her.

"Big work?" Gauri was confused.

" I'll tell you. Go first take bath." Raj told her.

She freshened up and came down wearing her favorite white princess cut kurti , white leggings with a contrasting blue cotton duppatta.

Raj led her to the dining table and made her sit.

" Have this." Raj passed her a cup of ginger tea.

"Mmmm ..."" sipping through the beverage she moaned making her Papa chuckle.

" Tea ho tho aisi. What a delicious one. Mazza aayi."
She praised her Papa.

Raj chuckled at her expression.

She had her breakfast and she laid down on her bed to take a short nap.

Meanwhile in Oberoi Mansion:

"Dadi... Chotta Malik aagayaa." The servant shouted .

Dadi, Jhanvi rushed to receive him to the front door.
Dadi took Aarti taal from Jhanvi and did aarti for him and received him with happiness.

Omkara was happy to be back to his family after 5 years.

Omkara freshened up and had his breakfast and took rest in his room.

Gauri woke up and her dad was sitting beside her admiring her.

" Chutki you woke up? Come get ready we will meet the Oberois. "

"I was missing Dadi and Jhanvi Ma'am. Gimme 5 minutes I'll get ready and will go there and meet them."

" Chutki; Chotta Malik came back from Germany today after his higher studies."

" Ohh .. he came back after 5 years na? He might have grown old now." Gauri laughed at her own comment.

" Chutki... what are you saying. He is not old."

" Papa I was joking.

" Control your tongue."

Gauri made faces hearing her father.

She got ready and went with her father to the Oberoi banglow .

" Gauri puttar. Come inside. "
Dadi invited her .
" How is your studies going ? "

" Jhanvi ma'am "

" Gauri ... stop making me feel like an old lady. I'm still young. Don't call me Ma'am. Call me Jhanu " Jhanvi told her.

" But Jhanvi you are old. See Omkara has grown up." Dadi taunted her.

" He May be old but I'm still young, you know." Jhanvi expressed.

Gauri was chuckling at Jhanvi's and Dadi's cute fight.

Gauri continued talking to Jhanvi and Dadi.

Omkara's POV

As I descended down from my room I heard someone talking with mom and Dadi . Through the wooden partition which has got horizontal bars I saw someone sitting with them and chatting. The first thing that caught my mind was her dark brown orbs which had a tinge of smile in it. The eyes were so expressive.

Then my whole attention were stopped at her smile. The same smile's reflection where I found in her eyes. I heard my mom calling her Gauri. That reminded me of a skinny girl with two piggy tails who was our manager's daughter who visited us for vacations as she was staying with some relatives of hers. No she can't be her. She was very shy and never spoke anything at least in front of me.

I further moved down and then met my mom , Dadi and the girl whom they called as Gauri in the living room .

" Om.. come come sit. Do you remember her? " my mom asked me pointing her hands at that girl.

I nodded a no thinking about who that would be.

" Om you forgot her? She is your Raj Mamu's daughter Gauri."

I was shocked now. If she is the same Gauri then time must have really performed a fairy's magic on her transforming that bunch of skeleton to a beautiful girl who have got curves at right place. A beautiful face with beautiful smile. I am not able to turn my face away from her.

"Omkaraji... " she called me breaking me from my shock.

" How was your journey? You are back after long 5 years what do you feel " she asked me smilingly. That shy Gauri is no longer there.

" I feel happy that I am back to my home after a long gap. "

" mm Gauri sorry to ask what do you do?"

She chuckled at my question.

" why sorry to ask. It's not like we are friends for long time and all. I am doing my graduation in home science second year."

Omkara she is a small girl for me. Why did I drool at her? I felt ashamed of myself to drool at a much younger girl.

" Om now that you have settled and will be joining  our hospital soon we will search a bride for you. " Dadi declared which made me frown.

Gauri was smiling at her comment. She have no problem with this? Oh come on Om she doesn't even know you properly and moreover she will be having a boyfriend; I mean look at her she is beautiful. Why did I feel attracted towards her? I met her now only. She must be hardly 19 or 20.

" What are you thinking Om?? Dadi told you something . Instead of telling your opinion what are you thinking? " Mom asked me while slapping my arms.

I jerked from my thoughts.
Mom raised her eyebrows asking what happened.

" Jhanu Omkaraji might have got a beautiful German girl friend. He might be thinking about her." I heard Gauri talking along with her giggles while she kept her hands on my Mom's shoulders. Her giggles were like the sound of glass bangles banged together which was broken by her dad when he held her ears and twisted it lightly.

" Aahhh Papa leave. " she cried.

" Sorry chotta malik. My daughter has got tongue around her neck. Please forgive her." Raj Mamu told me. Gauri pouted cutely.

I chuckled and told him
" It's okay Raj Mamu. She is a small girl." To which she changed the expression into a cute anger.

" I am not a small girl ; I'm a grown up girl." She puffed.

" Okay my granny now you leave. The people here have got lot of work than to waste their time with your chitter chatter."  She pouted again.

" Raj let her be here for some more time. We get her only once in a while and now you are snatching her away . " Dadi complained.

" I surrender. " Raj Mamu raises his hands 

Gauri continued her chat with my beautiful ladies while me and Raj Mamu left to study room to have a discussion on our family hospital where I'll be joining soon.
