Gauri's home

'Gauri , you can't stay like this and weep forever. I have to move on . I have to stay strong and fulfill my Dad's wish. I will have to work hard.' Gauri thought with determination.

She got up from bed and washed her face and was done with her routines. She moved to kitchen . Cleaned the floor and started cooking for her family.
Her chaachi and her cousin were still sleeping. Chaacha was in the cow shed taking care of cow ( they are in a village) . Chaacha will be going to his work place this evening.

The breakfast was ready . She carefully kept everything on the dining table. Chaachi who just came back from her sleep saw this and laughed mentally.

' Acha hua. I thought of forcing her to work in kitchen and here she willfully did it. ' she thought in her mind.

" Gauri beta. Why did you do all these?  You must be really tired." Chaachi asked her in fake concerned voice.

" Chaachi why should I hesitate when this is my family? I do it happily for my family. Moreover I have a week more to join the college." Gauri replied her without knowing her Chaachi's intentions.

Chaachi smiled at her and went to her daughter's room to wake her up.

Chaacha who came back from cow shed brought milk in a bowl.

" Gauri beta. You were working in kitchen? Why dear? You could have called your chaachi right? Your college will start in a week . You need to prepare for the missed class . You can't water your time. " Chaacha was really concerned about her.

He boiled a glass of milk for her and asked her to drink it.

Chaachi grit her teeth when she saw Her husband giving a glass full of milk to Gauri. She stood there in the door glaring at her husband.

" Gauri, the milk production is really less. It hardly meets this family's requirement and we live from selling the milk to shop. We can't afford to feed a full glass of milk." Chaachi told her. Gauri felt guilty to take the family's earning for herself.

" Sorry chaachi.. I didn't know. I am extremely sorry."

" How will you know? Your Dad used to treat you like princess and he never caused any trouble or you were never able to know how difficult is to live in poverty. When you were living here in your school days he used to send us money every month for you and our daughter. Now he is no more. It will be difficult for us to afford one more . Sorry beta to inform you about the troubles. But what can I do? "
Chaachi behaved very different.

Gauri was confused at her behavior. But she shrugged off thinking that she spoke because of her sadness.

" Chaachi don't worry . I will do part time jobs here after my college hours and will contribute to family earnings."

' Chalo acha hua. This unlucky thing thought of doing something good. Maintain this act for some more time.' She thought in her mind.

" Chalo beta. You take rest for some time. I will help you to find some part time job. I thought to do some work but you know na your Chaachi is old  and I have leg pains and all so I can't do all those. Else I would have done something."

" No problem chaachi . Working for my family is my duty. I have no issues in doing it."

Mandagini was happy in her mind and didn't show it . Raghu ( Chaacha) left for his work. He will be back at month ends only.

" Piyush Kapoor."

The man told Omkara out of his fear for his life.

Piyush Kapoor; the only heir of Kapoor Industries and business rival of Oberois.

Giving a final punch to the man Omkara left the room.

" Khanna, get me the latest location of Piyush ASAP." Omkara gave final orders and he left to his home.

Omkara reached his house. He took a bath and he entered his art studio for some peace. His eyes fell on the drawing he drew of his little bunny.

" Bunny , how are you doing? You are also equal pain as of me. I failed to console you. Will you comeback to me?" Omkara talked to the drawing.

" I promise you Gauri, after this mess I will make sure that there will be no more trouble for you. I hope you are happy with your Chaacha's family. I will pay a visit soon my little bunny." He continued his banters.

Suddenly his talking were disturbed by knocking on
door.

Placing a chaste kiss on the drawing's forhead he placed it securely on the stand .

He opened the door to find Rudy and Shivaay standing in the door.

" What did you do to yourself. Just look at yourself Om. What's this condition? Come on we have brought some food. Have it. " Shivaay insisted him.

Omkara nodded negatively indicating he is not hungry.

" Om, you need to eat. You need energy man. Being a doctor how can you ignore your health?? " Rudy advised him.

After  persuading Om ate something in name sake.

" Did you speak to Gauri? How is she?" Shivaay asked him.

" No Shivaay. First let me solve this mess and then I will contact her. " Om replied.

" Don't delay and you will regret being late. Moreover Anika and Bhavya didn't feel good about her Chaachi. They felt something wrong." Shivaay told him.

" No Shivaay. She was with her Chaachi from her childhood. They won't do bad for her. " Om defended.

Khanna entered making their conversation stop.

" Sir Piyush will be back from Dubai next month. "

" Mr. Piyush Kapoor. Get ready for your welcome back."
