Meerasim headed towards islambad in the car.

" Apse aik sawal kar sakti hun ". Meerab asks.
can i ask you a question?

" Hmm" murtasim  hummed while looking forward.

" Kya mai apko bhai bula sakti hun ?". Meerab questions looking towards him.
can i call you brother?.

" Huh..kyun " he asked looking towards her and then looks back on the road.
huh..why?.

" Vo ap mere bhai ke best friend hain..aur unke age ke bhi hain.. mujhe bade bhi hain isliye..kya mai apko bhai bhula Sakti  hun ". Meerab answers.
You are my brother's best friend..and you are of the same age as him..you are also older than me so..can I call you brother?.

" Ji nahi..bilkul nahi.. mujhe koi shok nahi hai apka bhai bane ka ". Murtasim says while getting annoyed.
No...not at all...I have no interest in becoming your brother.

" Ok" meerab says innocently.

The reached the hospital. Murtasim stops the car at the entrance.

" Kaam khatam hote hi mujhe call kar dijiyega ga..mai kisi driver ko bej dunga apko lene ke liye...mai busy hun isliye  lene nahi a sakunga". Murtasim says.
Call me as soon as the work is over..I will send a driver to pick you up...I am busy so I won't be able to come.

" Ok.. Allah Hafiz ".

Meerab gets down and goes inside the hospital.

Murtasim starts the car to leaving. Just then he remembered about the incident happened few days back. Few goons tried to kidnap meerab.

She his his best friends sister. Her safety is his responsibility. He cannot leave her  alone.

He decided to wait for her there.

He called his PA .

Asalamualaikum sir .

Walekum assalam.

Shabir please cancel all of today's meetings  .

But sir today we very important meeting . If we didn't get  the deal we may under go a huge loss.

I don't care just cancel all of the meetings.( He says and declines the call )

In Dr Shameer 's cabin,

" Mujhe bahot afoos hua..apke ammi ka intakal ka sun kar....As soon as I got to know I had come to meet you but you had already left ". shameer says.
I am very saddened to hear about your mother's death.

" It's ok sir....Dr rohail said that you wanted to talk to me about something important ". meerab said.

" Yes... actually I looked at your performance..and I am really impressed..I want to give you an offer to become a assistant cardiologist under me". Shameer says.

" Assistant cardiologist?". Meerab says by getting surprised.

" Yes.. after seeing your performance i will promote you as a senior cardiologist..you will become a senior cardiologist "* also my wife *. Shameer says.

Meerab didn't know what to answer. It was a good opportunity for her.

".so are ok with it..you can take your time..and answer me ". Shameer says.

" I am really sorry sir but I can't accept this offer ". Meerab says.

" Why ?". Shameer says while getting shocked.

" Sir...I can't continue working here because I have shifted to karachi... that's why I had come to regisn today ". Meerab says.

* Resign*.

" Resign karne ki kya zarurat hai...ap karachi wala branch join kar sakti hain ". Shameer says.
What is the need to resign…you can join Karachi branch.

" Sir we don't have any branch in karachi ".rohail says.

" Dr rohail shayad app bhul rahe hain...hum karachi mei new branch start karne wale hain..and mai use head karunga ". Shameer says.
Dr Rohil is probably forgetting…we are going to start a new branch in Karachi…and I will head it.

*Ye kab decide hua *.

" So what do you say Dr meerab ". Shameer asks.

" Ok sir..I accept your offer ". Meerab says.

" Good...we will inform you when the branch is ready..You can join then ". Shameer said by getting happy.

" Ok sir ".

Meerab spends sometime with her Sana.
After two hours she calls murtasim.

After ten minutes murtasim call her again and her that he has reached.

Meerab comes outside the hospital.

Murtasim had cigarate in his hand.

Meerab gets in the car . Meerab looks towards him .

Murtasim throws the cigarette out of the window.

" App tho nahi ane wale the..apko koi kaam tha na ". Meerab asked.
You were not going to come..you had some work, didn't you?.

" Mera kaam ho chuka hai ". Murtasim replied.
my work is done.

" Hmm".

" Apne regisnation le ki ". Murtasim asked.
you took the resignation.

" Nahi ". Meerab says by shooking her head.
No.

" Kyun ". murtasim asked.
Why?.

" Vo Dr Shameer ne mujhe promote Kiya hai..aur kaha hai mai karachi wala branch join kar lun ". Meerab replied.
That Dr. Shameer has promoted me and asked me to join the Karachi branch.

" Accha.. congratulations". Murtasim says.
Okay.

" Thankyou". Meerab says.

" Chalein ". Murtasim asked.
let's go.

" Hmm". Meerab modded.

Murtasim started the car
