They shifted Nadia to the ICU room.

Now shameer is handling her case.

Later,

Meerab goes to Nadia room for seeing her. She enters the room and two males are standing beside nadia.

One of them was a middle aged person. The other person was the same who got shot that day.

Few hours back ,
In apartment,

* Dekhein Mrs khan...hum aur risk nahi le sakte..app already kafi delay kar chuki hain surgery ke liye...Agar humne jald daz jald apki surgery nahi ki tho apke jaan ko Katara ho sakta hai...app kab tak chupayein gi ye baad apni beti se *.
See Mrs Khan...we can't take any more risk...you have already delayed enough for the surgery...if we don't do your surgery as soon as possible, your life can be in danger. Until when you will hide this from your daughter.

Nadia was really worried for her daughter.What will happen to her daughter after her?.

She remembers her husband whom she left years back and hid meerab from him .

She decides to tell him about meerab. But she was in doubt wheather her husband believe her? Will he accept meerab or will he question her existence?.

With this question she takes her phone and dials his number.

He picks the calls.

" Hello". He says.

A lonely tear fell from her eyes.

"Hello who is this". He says again as didn't get a response.

" Anwar" . Nadia says in a lower voice.

" Nadia...".

Anwar skipped a heart beat. He couldn't believe he finally got to hear his beloved wife's voice. He really missed her through these years. He was only alive with the hope the she will return one day. It was really tough to handle two son without her. They used to miss their mother daily.

" Anwar mujhe apse milna hai ". Nadia says.
Anwar I want to meet you

" Haan.. bolo na .. Kaha ho mai abhi ata hun...tume pata hai maine tume kita miss Kiya...humare bachon ne tume Kitana miss Kiya ". Anwar says.
Yes.. tell me.. where are you, I will come right away... you know how much I have missed you... how much our children have missed you.

Before Nadia could speak further. She started feeling uneasy in breathing and she dropped the phone

Hearing this the house help there.

She picks up Nadia phone.

Meerab couldn't recognise them. She couldn't understand what they were doing here.

Nadia looks towards her.

" idar ao beta ". She says with a low voice.

Meerab goes towards Nadia and stands beside Nadia on the other side.

Nadia looks towards the middle aged person.

" Anwar..ye humari beti hai meerab
...aur wadi ye tumari behen". Nadia says while taking heavy breaths.
Anwar..this is our daughter Meerab
...and wadi this is your sister .

Anwar looks towards her with wet eyes.
He couldn't believe that he had such a beautiful daughter and he was unknown of it.

Nadia looks towards meerab.

" Meeru..ye ".
Meeru..this

" Ammi..mai ati hun.. mujhe kaam hai ".
Ammi...I will coming...I have work.

Meerab interrupted and leaves from there.

Nadia and Anwar felt dishearted seeing this.

Wadi was shocked. He couldn't understand why meerab behaved this way.

Meerab goes to the staff room and closes the door and sits on the floor leaning towards the door.

" Iska matlab Mera dil sahi tha..o jante the mere bare mei...phir bhi mujhe aik dafa Milne Tak nahi aye...ajj bhi ayein hai tho sirf mama ki condition dekh kar....o mera baba kabi nahi ban sakte kabi nahi..mai sirf Nadia khan ki beti hun...na mera koi bhai hai nahi baap " .
It means my heart was right. They knew about me.Yet at least once they didn't come to meet me. Today also they come seeing ammi 's condition. He can never be my father.never.i am only Nadia khan's daughter. I don't have any brother nor father.

Meerab wipes her tears and gets up and goes out.

Sana comes there.

" tum yaha ho mai kab se dund rahi hun tume ". Sana says.

" Dr Shameer bhula rahe hain tume.. ".

Sana says.

" Kyun". meerab questions.

Meerab nods and Leaves from there.

Meerab goes to Dr Shameer 's cabin.

Anwar and wadi was already present there.

" Please have a seat Dr meerab ".

Meerab sits down on the chair.

" So Mr khan. Your wife is in a critical stage. 90% of her heart is blocked and her heart is really weak. We have to immediately do her surgery tomorrow. Otherwise we may lose her".

Later,

" Sana ammi aisa kaise kar sakte hai..itane dino o taklif mei thi aur mujhe pata tha nahi lagne Diya ". Meerab says while walking by the corridor.

" Meeru..".Sana stops in the middle seeing something.

Meerab follow her and looks that way.

Wadi was sitting on the bench all alone placing his forehead on his and his elbow on his knees. He looked very tensed.

Sana looks towards meerab.

" Meeru ".

Meerab looks towards Sana .

" Tumara Gussa sahi yaar... Lekin hai tho o tumara hi bhai na...beshak aunty ke thik hote hi baat tak na karna..lekin abhi ke liye jake baat kar le use..o bhi usi chiz se guzar raha jise tu guzar rahi hai...unhe zarurat hai tumari ".
Your Anger is right yaar ... But he is your brother.of course once aunty is alright don't talk to him...but for now go talk to him...he is going through the same thing as you. ...he need you.

Meerab nods. She was about to go wadi but stop seeing some standing front of him.

" Wadi ".

Wadi heard a familiar voice. He looks up towards the voice.

" Murtasim " he says while standing up.

Without a second thought wadi hugs him.

* Ye tho ohi hai jisne mujhe bachaya tha..lekin ye yaha kya kar raha hai *.
He is ready he same person who saved me that day.

" Unhe abb meri zarurat nahi Sana chalo yaha se ". Meerab says and leaves from with Sana.
Now he doesn't needs me. Let's go Sana.

Next day

Murtasim and wadi were sleeping beside eachother on a bench.

Someone wake them.

Their sleep breaks.

Wadi towards the person with sleepy eyes.

" Sir ye apka breakfast". Saya the canteen boy handing over the box to wadi.
Sir your breakfast.

" Maine koi breakfast order nahi kiya ".

didn't order any breakfast.

" Sir ye hospital ki service hai.."
Sir this is hospital 's service.

Wadi takes the box from him.

Canteen boys leaves from there.

Murtasim feels suspicious.

Later ,

Murtasim was walking through corridor. Meerab was coming from opposite direction.
Meerab tried to avoid him.

"mujhe nahi pata tha ki hospitals mei patient ke family ko bhi food provide hota hai " .
I didn't know that hospitals also provide food to patients' families.

Meerab stops hearing this.

Murtasim turns around.

" Shayad koi aur ne kahana bejwa hai apne baap aur bhai ke liye...aur use hospital ske naam de Diya..taki kisi ko pata na chale ki usine kahana bhijwaya hai..app kya kehti hai doctor ".
Maybe someone else has sent food for their father and brother...and used the name of the hospital...so that no one knows who has sent the food...what do the doctor say?

Meerab turns around.
