Shifting is when you bring your subconscious mind to a different reality

There's stuff like that but for shifting

I'll do a quick run through

CR= Current reality (when you shift that's your cr)
DR= desired reality , where you want to shift to
OR= original reality, most likely the one your reading this is (or not idk)
WR= waiting room, if you don't feel comfortable shifting into a real world you can shift into one of these then shift off from there (I don't do this cause my WR is scary...)
SCRIPT= a script ig...

So everything you do creates a new reality, for example there's a different reality where Wattpad doesn't exist, or your and Alien

So you can use different methods (or not) to go to these different reality's (I always call them different universes not sure if it's right or wrong)

So I suggest to do a method just so your mind isn't all over the place (it happens a lot just try to stay on track)

I do a mix of Alice and wonderland, dancing alone, and the Quinn method

ALICE AND WONDERLAND METHOD

1. Lie down on the bed in the most relaxed style on your back. Take calm & deep breaths.

2. Close your eyes. Imagine yourself sitting against a tree. Feel the atmosphere there. Try to feel the streaming soften breeze, the falling leaves, flowers, colors of those flowers Is there any cuckoo, sparrow, or any other bird? Are they twittering? Imagine the beauty of the scenery as much as you can. Imagine every element is welcoming & cheering.

3. Now you see a darling person from your DR near the tree you're seated under. You stand up & step forward to that person & the person starts running. The person's eyes signal you to follow.

4. You start running after the person. Take your time. It's not a sprint, no rush. You're transitioning to your DR unhurriedly.

5. The person jumps into a rabbit hole, you too jump in. Once you jump out, you see a locked door & keys. The person stops, holds your fingers & asks- Are you ready to go? Answer Yes, only if you are ready; otherwise, relax, and take your time. You can also affirm sentences like: I'm transitioning to my dream realm; I'm in my wishful being, this is what I always wanted to have/see; This is my true essence, I adore it. Thank you so much, the heavens.

QUINN METOD

As you get out of bed, plant your feet on the ground and imagine turning to someone important from your DR, then go in to hug them and focus on that warm feeling between you two, as you imagine spending time with them in your DR. You can also like dance and sing with them, I do one of my vital memory's such as baking or playing in the mud

DANCING ALONE
I kinda changed the name of this but I know it exists, you dance in your CR and eventually your surroundings change to your DR, then one of the people in your DR (ex for marvel it could be like tony walking in) for and dance without
