Dovewing finished eating her meal and licked herself clean. She watched as the sun went lower and lower, until finally the sky was dark.

She watched as the cats of Thunderclan entered their dens to sleep.

Kits mewed, not wanting to sleep, and apprentices played a small game of moss ball inside their den, but Squirrelflight walked up to them and made them go to their nests. The elders slept peacefully, but poor Sandstorm and Greystripe had to suffer with Purdy's snoring.

Bumblestripe nudged her. "Follow me," he whispered. She nodded, stood up, and padded after him. Her brain laughed. Seems like you really are padding after him, it seemed to say.

Dovewing shook her head. She couldn't love two toms! That would be against code one in the warrior code!

It was either Tigerheart or Bumblestripe, but surely Tigerheart, right? Even if you were to like Tigerheart, it would be against the warrior code as well. But Bumblestripe is so nice! BUT TIGERHEART IS SO COOL! BUT BUMBLESTRIPE IS SO BRAVE! Her brained screamed at her.

She slapped herself with her tail. Quiet up there, she thought.

They walked deep into the forest. Bumblestripe paused in front of some bushes.

"What's here?" She mewed.

"Shh," he said. He flicked his tail and walked through a small entrance between the two bushes. Dovewing followed curiously. Once she followed and saw the scenery, she almost forgot to inhale.

"Wow," she whispered.

Glowing mushrooms were everywhere that came in assorted colors such as blue, green, and purple. The dark blue sky stretched over them, along with the silhouette of the tall trees.

"Careful," Bumblestripe smirked. "Those are poisonous. One touch will make you so itchy, it'll feel like an army of fleas."

Little light bugs were flying in the air, just like luminescent snowflakes. "Now those," Bumblestripe said, "Are called fire flies."

She saw as the fire flies flickered off and on, and the mushrooms made a small pathway from the bush, to where she was sitting. "This is beautiful Bumblestripe," Dovewing breathed.

Bumblestripe grinned and sat down next to her. She looked around in amazement.

And that's when they wrapped their tails together.
