TZUYU'S POV

I just stared at the field while Jungcock's head is still resting on my shoulder. I am pretty aware that I am cutting classes, but it's alright for me since I do this most of the time.

"Jungcock," I called him.

"Mmm?"

"Who..." I'm still bothered who the girl she's talking about. "...is that girl?"

"I told you, you'll get to know her in time." He answered and I just sighed in response. "Just wait."

"Why..." I paused and looked at his hand. "...did you throw a paperball at me in my first day here?"

"I was just dared to." He said. "I was pretty curious why didn't you do anything for revenge."

"I promised my mom to be a good girl." I answered. "Though I know that it is quite impossible."

"What are you saying? You're a good girl!"

I chuckled and smirked, "Stop saying shits."

I saw him pout, "You really are a good girl, Tzuyu. I think you're mature enough to manage yourself and to understand others." I smiled from what he said. "I am glad that we're now friends."

"Me, too." I agreed. We both shared the cold breeze and the warm sunlight by the sun. It is just so refreshing to be alone with him. We're not hitting each other. We're not fighting. This is just a good scene.

"I wanna ask you something," my heart raced when he held my hand. I gulped.

"What is it?"

"Be my best friend." He said like it wasn't a question nor a favor. He told it as if it is a command.

"Why? We just declared ceasefire." I joked and he chuckled in response.

"I wanted you to be closer to me." He said in a soft voice. Fuck you, heart. Stop beating so damn fast. I told my heart. This is pretty uncomfortable and embarrassing for me since Jungcock's head is on my shoulder. He might hear it.

"Why?"

"I just want to." I smiled out of nowhere. "Will you?"

"You don't have to ask me that, okay? I can be closer to you even though you're not asking me." I told him and I saw him smile. "I think we have to go back now."

"I'll bring you there."

"I can manage."

"No." I glared at him and he gave me a peace sign instead. We both stood up. I walked away from the place, but I noticed that he's not following me. I turned my head around and I saw him carving something on the tree's trunk.

I walked back to him. He's already done carving when I reached him. My eyebrows raised upon seeing his carving.

"What does that mean?" I asked him. He placed his arm around my shoulder and I looked at him.

He looked very proud while staring at his carving, "It's me and my crush's name."

"Ahh," I just nodded. I felt my heart sank. I should stop these feelings. "Let's go."

"Okay."

"Where's Squirrel?" I asked the others. We're about to go to the school canteen.

"You didn't know?" Thomas asked me and my eyebrows met.

"What do you mean I do not know?" I asked them.

"Your best friend has a boyfriend." Tiger answered.

"Boyfriend? Since when?" I inquired. I am becoming more curious because of what they said.

"Since Monday." Ostrich replied and put her hands inside her pockets.

"I swear, she looks like she's the girl version of Jimin!" Bunny said, convincing me that Squirrel is a playgirl.

"How did you come up to that conclusion, Bunny? She just had a boyfriend this Monday and it's just Wednesday today." I asked her and she pouted in return.

"Well, I have a feeling that she will become Jimin!" She assured.

"Who's her boyfriend, by the way?" We entered the school canteen and looked for a table for the eight of us.

"Mark Tuan, one of the most famous guys here in Big Hit U." Dubu answered. "Aish, how did she catch him?"

"I know, right!? How did she? Mark is a very picky guy!" Pabo exclaimed. We all sat down on the table and ordered our foods.

"And! Mark never had a girlfriend before. Sana is his first girlfriend." Penguin said.

"And probably the first girl that will break his heart." I added and they nodded in agreement.

"Speaking of the couple..." We all followed Thomas' eyes. And then we saw a perfectly good couple. Mark's hand is wrapped around Squirrel's waist and she's smiling like an idiot.

What the fuck happened to this 4D?

Everybody is looking at them. Every move they make is perfect. It's like they're Apollo and Aphrodite. They are too perfect for each other.

"Do they even love each other?" I heard Tiger asked. I chuckled and shook my head in disagreement.

"Love? Tss." I snickered.

"For girls like Sana, love is not a precious thing. It's a toy." Dubu added.

"Dahyun's right. They probably don't love each other." Penguin agreed with Dubu's statement.

"I am curious how did they end up together." Ostrich told us.

"But look, people like the idea of Mark and Sana. They like the pair." I said and pointed the two. Really, everybody loves Mark x Sana.

"Someone's not happy."

"What are you doing here?" I asked Jungcock who jumped on me. Wow, now he's sitting on my lap. The girls were startled to see Jungcock. I hit his back, "Aigoo, Jungcock! Get off me!"

"I don't want to," he did aegyo infront of me and I laughed at him. "What are you talking about?"

"Sana." I answered and he just nodded. I looked at everybody and their attention is now ours. Ish, Jungcock is making a scene. "Get off me, fuck boy."

"Alright." He stood up and messed my hair. I glared at him for doing that.

"I thought you went home." I told him.

He shook his head, "Aniyo. I came here to eat lunch."

"Then get a table."

"Get a room!" We heard someone yelled and everybody laughed. I glared at all of them and they all stopped from laughing hard.

"These shitheads--"

"Calm your tits, Juwi." Jungcock cut me. I raised my middle finger to his face, but he just laughed off.

"What were you saying earlier?" I asked him. He grabbed a chair and sat beside me. He placed his arm on my chair's backrest and crossed his legs.

"Did you notice Tae?" I shook my head. He pointed Taehyung who is with Irene, but is looking at Mark and Sana. "Look, he's glaring at Mark."

"And why is that?" I asked him.

He snickered, "He's jealous for sure. Well, I think Sana became like that because of him."

"Jealous? Are you nuts? There's no reason for him to be jealous." I shook my head and chuckled.

"Aish, you won't understand it." Our food were served by the waiters and we started eating. Jungcock took my chopsticks and ate my food. I glared at him. "I'm hungry."

"Aigoo, Jungcock. I wish you're at your house right now." I told him and continued eating.

"Shit, indirect kiss!" I heard Bunny whispered. I looked at her and she gave me a peace sign.

I decided to share my food with Jungcock since he's always grab my chopsticks and it freaking annoys me. I just took a pair of it and continued eating.

After eating, he stood up, thanked for the meal and walked away from me.

I looked at my friends and they were all staring at me as if I was a ghost.

"What the heck just happened?" Ostriched asked herself.

"I don't know." Pabo gulped.

"Stop staring at me like I'm a yokai." I told them and drank my milkshake.

"But... how?... when...?" Penguin asked, confused.

"What kind of miracle sprinkled on you guys?" Thomas asked.

"What's going on between the two of you?" Dubu asked and I shook my head, saying no.

"Just continue eating." I commanded them and they ate their meals, but they're still looking at me.
