TAN'S POV

My hand unknowingly dropped by my sides. I ran towards Aiden and kneeled next to him. I placed my palms on his chest where he got shoot and applied some pressure to stop the bleeding.

" You cosplayed Won very well. You really got me until lunch. But you forgot Won is left-handed. You ate with your right-hand today." He smirked taking some steps towards me. " I have to mention you fought so well. I should have brought you instead of your softy twin Won back then. Lorenzo has trained you well." He placed his hand on my shoulder and glanced down at Mark.

" I came to know you are alive the day you hide Mark in your mansion. Your men are so honest with you. They didn't agree to bring Mark to me at any cost so I had to bring this little sparrow. I knew you both will come here sniffing her, but this simp was out of plane". He said pointing his gun towards Aiden who was on the floor in front of me.

" You would be dead by now if he wouldn't have butted in. There is a bomb. Everyone will think it's just an accident. Just like I made up the lie about your stubborn mother." My head lifted at the mention of my mother.

He hasn't had any mercy in his eyes but I saw Won standing at the entrance, looking down at me emotionlessly.

My blood was boiling more every passing second. My gaze harden but I didn't turn it from Won.

" You know I wouldn't have killed her if she had transferred her property on my name instead of you both. But no, she chose you both. I doubt if you both are my sons. She may have fu-"

" JUST SHUT UP YOU BASTARD." I yelled standing up in front of him. I grabbed his neck and slammed him against the wall. And with another hand, I snatched his gun.

His eyes widened. He tried to release his throat from my grip but I tighten my grip even more. " YOU KILLED HER. YOU CAN'T EVEN IMAGINE HOW MUCH SHE HADCRAVED FOR WON. YOU SNATCHED HER SON FROM HER. YOU SNATCHED MY CHILDHOOD FROM ME. YOU DESTROYED MY ANNA'S LIFE SO BADLY THAT SHE'S AFRAID TO BE NEAR ME. MARK, HIS FATHER, AND NOW MIA. YOU HAVE TORN SO MANY LIVES APART". I dig my fingers in his skin more.

His face turned red. He opened and closed his mouth but no words came out. I released him as he tapped his hand on my arm and took a few steps away. He fell on his knees and started coughing while palming his neck.

" GUARDS! GUARDS!!" He started shouting for help.

" There's no one now. I knew a coward like you will never come alone." He lifted his head when I pointed my gun at him. " No more innocent souls have to die more. This chapter will end with you. I've waited for this moment for my entire life." I placed my finger on the trigger but suddenly he caught my feet.

" I'm s-sorry." He stuttered. " I won't-" He paused for a moment when he realized Won's presence. " W-Won, my son. Tell your br-brother. You love your father right?"He asked with his trembling lips. His whole body was sweating and shaking.

He smiled nervously at Won as he nodded. " Kill him." Won said without averting his gaze from the vulnerable figure of the man, making him freeze in his place.

Gunshot echoed as I pulled the trigger. The bullet pierced through his forehead. He fell back with his eyes open. He hiccuped a few times before his body relaxed. But I wasn't satisfied. I emptied my whole gun into his body. His blood was kept on splashing on me.

I threw the gun aside before turning my gaze towards Won. A single tear rolled down from his eye and a complete silence took place.

You'll get attached even if it's a beast you are living with.

" YOUNG MASTER." Mr. Romon came running but gasped as he saw the bloodied dead body on the floor." Th-there's a bomb. It can blast in any second. Let's go." He said turning his attention towards us.

Mr. Romon supported Mark and Mia while Won helped me to lift Aiden on my back. We all rushed towards the exit of garage-like place.

We made ourselves sit in our cars and about a second later we heard a loud blast. All the glass windows burst out along with big flames.

Aiden flinches at the sound. Mr. Romon was driving while I was in the backseat as Aiden's head was on my lap.

" Keep your eyes open okay. We are on our way to the hospital". I said to Aiden before looking at Mr. Romon. " Please hurry up".

A weak chuckle from Aiden pulled my attention down towards him again. " Y-you... crying for me?"

My eyebrows crashed together. This f*cker. I hit my fist on his shoulder.

" AAAAHHHH..." He screamed.

" Don't scream like a girl". I said diverting my attention from him.

A deep circular wound on his chest. Mouth full of blood. Extreme pain was visible in his eyes but his lips were smiling for me. He was my support when no one was there and still is.

When that bastard bank corrupted us, we had nothing left. We didn't even have clothes to change. It was Aiden's family who supported us. He even left Anna for me. I know she's still there in some corner of his heart.

We reached the hospital. They took Aiden inside the ICU. Soon Won and Mark also arrived with unconscious Mia.

Doctors started their treatment and we all waited outside.

No one spoke a word. It was surely traumatic.

••• Two days later •••

I opened the door of Aiden's ward only to get panicked as he wasn't there.

I walked towards Mia's ward and was about to dash inside but Ezra stopped me. I glanced inside through a little glass window only to see Aiden was sitting on a tool next to Mia's unconscious figure, having her hand in both of his palms and resting his forehead on it.

He's regretting badly.

He's recovering fast but as he had lost a lot of blood, the doctor had admitted him for the last two days.

Mia still hasn't got her consciousness back. Doctors said it's because of some big shock. Indeed the state we found her in was not for a fragile girl like her.

Suddenly Aiden lifted his head and moved it towards Mia. He stood up looking up at the machines connect with her. I and Ezra went inside to see her opening her hazel eyes slowly.

" Mia". Aiden breathed out heavily. Ezra grinned as she was the one who was taken care of her for the last two days.

I turned towards the door when I heard some footsteps. Mark walked in looking at his younger sister with pure care. He forgave Aiden as he was the one who saved his life.

Everyone deserves a second chance.

After a week, we went back to New York. Reaching there Mia got a surprise that her father came walking towards her at the airport.

I went to the plaza hotel in the evening. Removing my helmet I glanced at my flower from outside the glass door. She was busy serving customers with sad eyes.

Soon she went towards the counter where standing Luca. He hand her a chocolate bar that brought a big grin on her face.

She finds happiness in little things. But her fate has played so wrong with her. It never gives her any chance to shine.

Will I be able to bring the old, full-of-life Anna back? Will she give me a chance? Do I even deserve an angel like her? Or shall I forget her? which is impossible!
