ANNA'S POV

The next day when I went down the stairs I saw Aiden standing next to his car waiting for my arrival. I stopped in front of him and before he could say anything I spoke. " Don't lie! You were the one who followed me and told my location to Tan, didn't you?" I glared at him.

He looked at me with crashed eyebrows because even after about a month he is picking and dropping me we never had exchanged a word with each other.

" Yeah, it's my duty". He replied simply.

" You should be ashamed of yourself. You know everything but still you are with him. Let me guess. You are his puppy. A pathetic puppy". I snapped on his face.

" Get in the car, Anna. You know nothing". He sounded so unbothered. Even, after all my outburst he didn't even raised his voice at me.

" Then let me know. Acknowledge me. What is there I don't know hun?" I asked burning in anger.

" He-". His mobile started ringing before he could say anything. He pulled it out from his pocket and again glanced at me. " Get in the car". He said in a deep voice this time before picking up the call.

Clenching my jaw I opened the back seat door and got in. But to my surprise, that girl from before already there sitting and looking at me with wide open mouth and a pair of brown eyes. I gave her a ' what? ' look coldly. I know it was rude but I was in a very bad mood.

" You just- Aren't you afraid of him?" She asked looking surprised.

I eyed her head to toe. " A little ". I replied honestly widening my eyes.

'Yes, I'm afraid of this kind of dark aura men but not when I'm speaking a fact'.

" Who are you? And what are they doing with you?" I asked analysing her. She didn't seem happy to be with them.

"My name is Mia. Actually they are providing security to me. I can't tell you everything now but yeah his boss is a good person". She explained.

I chuckled sarcastically. " Good person my ass". I mumbled under my breath facing her again. " Then why are you afraid of them if they are 'that good'?" I asked.

" I never said they are I said his boss is". She turned her attention towards Aiden out side the car who was still talking on his phone. " I hate this man". She added gritting her teeth.

" Why?" I asked confused. She turned to look at me. " Once he has pointed his gun on my temple".

I wanted to know everything but the car door clicked open revealing Aiden. She immediately sat properly when she saw him.

My mind was spinning at this point. What a mess my life has become.

The car started moving. Within few minutes he dropped her near a university and then to me to my office. I didn't ask anything to him neither he said anything.

••• In the office •••

" Buddy where are you nowadays. I've so much to share with you". I heard won talking on the phone.
'That must be Ezra' I can tell because he smiles differently when he's around her.

I asked permission to get in and he quickly signaled me to come in while continuing to talk on his phone.

"Promise?". He asked on his phone smiling after getting his answer from another side and then cut the call. By now I was sitting in front of him.

We started working together. I'm getting better day by day in this office work even Won appreciate it.

Today Won was all smiley and bright more than usual. He tried to talk many times but got shot replies from me because of what Tan told me yesterday night.

It's not like he was watching me here but who knows? That man is capable of something big that I don't know about and I really don't want to risk the lives of those kids because of any of my stupidity. And I'm kind of following rule number three.

Day came to an end and I somehow managed to steal his documents in order to hand it to Aiden as Tan's rule number two.

As per rule number one I waited for Aiden's arrival at the main gate of the company.

Rules! Rules!! Rules!!!

After checking files with concentration Aiden handed it back and dropped me at plaza hotel.

The first thing I do when I went inside is I tied my hair every day. It's hard to work with open hair in the office and I can't handle it in the hotel as well. It's very lengthy. I sighed.

I changed into a uniform and started serving customers.

" Anna." A familiar female voice called me I turned to see Ezra. I automatically smiled and went towards her.

" Hello, miss Ezra. How are you here?" I asked standing beside the table.

" I came to meet you". She replied. " Actually I need your help". She added.

I got a little nervous, thinking how can I help this responsible lady. Actually, she is my idol type because she is confidential, successful, educated but more about her style, the way she talk, her politeness. I just love everything about her since I first saw her.

" I'll be glad to help you, Miss Ezra". I replied smiling at her.

" First of all stop calling me Miss. It's Ezra for you and secondly sit I have a lot to discuss". I looked here and there. " Just sit already". She said again.

I hesitated a little before speaking. " Actually w-we waitress aren't allowed to sit with our customers in working hours". I dropped my gaze feeling a little down.

" Anna. Just sit down. I'll tell Mr. Gonzalez he is one of my father's friends. Aren't we friends also?" She said confidently.

" Friends? I asked looking at her.

" Of course don't you think we are?" She smiled. I sat down as per her request but I was very uncomfortable under the other waiters' gazes.

" So, Anna, the thing is, there is Won's birthday next week and I want to throw a surprise birthday party for him. As he liked your decoration last time I thought I should organise it here for him and you have to help me without telling Won anything about it". She done saying and I was still looking at her.

'She indeed like Won. The glitter in her eyes says it all but Won said he doesn't'

" Hey?". She waved her hand in front of my face and I came out of my thoughts. " So what you conclude?. will you help me?". I nodded as an answer.

" But miss- I mean Ezra you have to talk to our boss as well as our manager Luca for-".

She cut me. "I'm leaving it up to you to arrange all these. I don't have much time for all these arrangements as our project date is near. I even came here by canceling some of my schedules. I want you to handle this. I know you will never disappoint me. Please help me with this". She pleaded.

I think for a moment then agreed.

" LUCAAAAAAA".

As soon as we bid our goodbyes I rushed towards the one and only Luca. There is no doubt that I agreed to help her but there is also no doubt that I'll mess up everything without any 'no' actually without a lot of help from Luca.

I must don't have a degree in management but I have done PHD in messing things up.
