BETTER LATE THAN NEVER

"Ohhhh cookies. Can I have one?" Luhan asked as he reached out but Hyun dodged him. He almost fell because he was a but tipsy but his boyfriend pulled him back.

"Stay still baby. You could get hurt" Sehun said as he held him closer.

"But I want a cookie" Luhan said as he pouted.

"I don't think you want a cookie from these two. From the weird smile on their faces I'm convinced those are weed cookies" Kyungsoo said giving the naughty twins a disaproving look.

"Wait weed cookies? Can I have one?" Kai asked but the glare from his boyfriend made him think otherwise, "On second thoughts keep them away from me" he said giving Kyungsoo an innocent smile and got a kiss in return.

"Yes these are weed cookies and even if you begged me I wouldn't give you because we got these especially for our brothers" Hyun said with a mischievous smirk.

"I know I'm gonna regret asking this but why the hell would you do that?" Kyungsoo asked.

"Because unless we drug them they aren't going to loosen up and party. Do you know what their plans we're tonight? The wanted to play online video games. Who does that on a Friday night? If they were single maybe but they are dating and that's just crazy. Look at us all here. We are the same age and I'm battling with hormones and desires" Yeol added.

"Well first of all Chan and Baek are different already. While we struggle they have their hormones in check and I believe we need to leave them like that and not ruin their system?" Kyungsoo said giving them a serious look.

"Well...no. We are still doing it" when Hyun set his mind he didn't back down.

"This is so gonna blow up in your faces" Kyungsoo was the first to speak.

"I agree. This will not end well" Luhan said.

"If a drunk Luhan can see logic then y'all are in trouble" Sehun added and Kai also agreed.

"What makes you think they will even eat it, at a teenage house party, filled with spiked drinks and drugs" Kai said.

"Because unlike you guys I know my brothers biggest weakness" at that moment Baek and Chan approached the other guys.

"We are gonna head out" Chan said.

"What? Why? It's only been 30 minutes and you guys haven't even made out. You can't be a couple at a party and not make out in public" Hyun pouted.

"Well unlike you I'm not trying to show people live porn. Anyway you needed us to get to this party. Now that you're here you don't need us as much we don't need to be surrounded by this unruly behaviour" Baek responded with crossed arms.

"Come on guys 30 more minutes and you can go. Here Baek I got your favourite. I had a feeling you might try to leave early and so I came prepared" Hyun said passing his brother the pack of cookies who took them with a smile. He loved chocolate chip cookies.

"Well I guess your not as dumb as I thought you were. Only 30 minutes and we're out of here" Baek took a cookie and shared them with his boyfriend as they walked away shocking everyone. They couldn't believe Baek just accepted them like that. But its not like he knew the truth.

"Oh no" Kyungsoo said

"Oh yes" Hyun gave them a victorious smirk, "In 30 minutes they will be too high to care about leaving. We win and by the time they realise what hit them they will be dealing with the hangover in the morning"

"I'm kind of excited to see how the nerds will act when high" Luhan giggled.

"Okay I couldn't stay that long I'm out" Baek said as they approached the group again.

"WHAT?" Hyun asked in shock. His brother looked.... Normal

"We can't take it anymore. I'm tired of the loud music, lack of air and personal space" Baek said.

"I didn't see you make out" Hyun said with crossed arms. Chan just rolled his eyes before turning to his shorter boyfriend and giving him mind blowing kiss that left them both breathless as well as some excited whistles in the background.

"We are leaving. See you guys tomorrow" Chan said as he took a dazed Baeks hand and they left.

Everyone stayed silent in shock before Hyun lashed out.

"WHAT THE HELL JUST HAPPENED?"

"Nothing. I can't believe it" Kyungsoo and Luhan said with a laugh. Kyungsoo was now also a little drunk.

"But just two cookies get me as high as a kite. They had like 5 each" Yeol said in shock still trying to figure it out as well.

"It seems they aren't even affected. I guess on the bright side this didn't blow up in your faces" Kai said and everyone laughed at the naughty twins whose plan didn't even work.

"I'm so disappointed but whatever" Hyun said as he turned to his boyfriend as he wrapped his arms on his shoulders, "the night is young. Let's have some fun"

"I totally agree with that" Yeol smiled before initiating a make-out session that got a lot of people more than excited.

.....

"Finally. A breathe of fresh air" Baek said as soon as they got to the Park residence.

"I feel you. Can we never do that again. Next time we just drop them off and not enter the brothel" Chan said.

"Agreed" Baek said giving Chan a gentle kiss before going to the kitchen.

"Ohhh cookies" Baek said excited when he found another pack of his favourite cookies on the counter.

"Yeah. I got them for you earlier on for our game night but I. Don't know how they got there. I swear I left them in the dinning room. Yeol might have tried to take them" Chan said.

"It doesn't matter. As long as he didn't take them. My second packet tonight. It's a good night" Baek said taking a bite out of one but then had a strange look after tasting it.

"What's wrong?"

"They taste a bit...different...like there is an extra kick in the taste" Baek said checking the brand name, "yeah I have never had this type before"

Chan took one and tasted it as well, "I'm not really a cookie person so they all taste the same to me"

"It alright it still tastes good. I love cookies. So let's head upstairs and get our game party started. I wish we had started the evening this way instead of going to that stupid party" Baek said with a smile.

"Better late than never" Chan said before giving him a kiss and they headed upstairs to his room.
