Aoi's POV:

"They are so freakin' annoying!" muttered Aki, who got showered by gravel while I got showered by dirt on our way back to our place. A trap set out by the Hitachiin twins.

"Agreed," I mumbled, trying to get the dirt out of my hair. Thank god we had short hair, or it would take forever for us to clean it out.

The Hitachiins has been setting out traps and pulling pranks for the past two days, trying to take up our time so they can win the competitions. Aki and I have been ignoring them, getting them back at any chance we had with our gear, basically our prank sets.

"Aoi, Aki! Come down here for a moment! Your father and I would like to talk to you." mothers voice rang out from the living room, just before we were about to change into our pyjamas and get ready for bed.

"I wonder what now?" Aki mumbled, "If this is ANOTHER lecture on how we should make more friends and start being girls, I'm gonna punch someone!"

"Me too." I wholeheartedly agreed, "Though let's not pinch each other." I added and ruffled Aki's hair.

As we entered the living room, mother and father were sitting on one of the many couches.

"Hello mother, father." I nodded to them and sat down. "So what do you need to tell us?" Aki asked, sitting down as well.

"Well, the Hitachiin twins's mother is a very important client and ally of our company as you know." Mother started "Your father and I have heard that you are in their class, is that correct?" Aki and I nodded, having a vague idea of where this is going. And I don't like it at all.

"It would help our company greatly if you and the Hitachiin twins bonded, it would get the two companies, and the two families together more, and of course, help us in the future and near future." I stare at my mother. Is she serious?!

Aki's POV:

"It would help our company greatly if you and the Hitachiin twins bonded, it would get the two companies, and the two families together more, and of course, help us in the future and near future." I stare at my mother. Is she serious?! I glance at Aoi and obviously she's thinking the same thing. I can't believe this! Mother expects us to become friends with those two stupid, arrogant, annoying Hitachiin brothers?! She's out of her mind!

I open my mouth and starts to protest only to be silenced by mothers hand posed in a negative gesture.

"Please, this will help us greatly, and help you greatly as well!" Us? How in the damned world does this help us?!

Even Aoi, the supposedly calm one of the two of us is about to burst.

"How does this help us mother?" I started, straining to keep the anger out of my voice. "It would be good if we know why. Don't you think so Aoi?" I look at my twin, she's definitely having a better time than me in keeping her anger in, and when she speaks, her voice is smooth and even.

"Yes, it would help us to know why mother, if we are to perform the task." she said pleasantly, though being her twin, I can sense the waves of frustration and anger flowing off her.

"Don't you see? By befriending the Hitachiin twins you will help our company due to the fact that their mother is a famous fashion designer," mother spoke slowly, adopting the voice an adult might speak to a very small child. "And by helping our company, you have helped yourselves since our company brings income to us, it will help me recover too." She adds and I calm down a bit at the mention of her illness, mother's had a hard time in America coping with an sickness she was virtually defenceless to. But as she continued, that was completely squished out of my mind. "Also, you will have friends other than yourselves."

"We don't need friends other than ourselves!" I can't help it anymore, my face flushed with annoyance and I blurted out. "We're fine the way we are!" Aoi shouted, clearly she can't hold it back anymore either.

Why doesn't she understand? She's suppose to be our mother! She suppose to understand us! Doesn't she understand that we only need ourselves?! Doesn't she understand that no one will ever tell is apart? Doesn't she fucking understand that no one other than ourselves is going to accept us?!

"Silence! Both of you!" Mother shouts, anger and frustration seething in every part of her body. "I'm sick and tired of that! You two need to have other friends! You two need to stop playing that childish game! It's time to move on! I'm also sick and tired of you two always wearing boys clothe and having that ridiculous short hair! I'm providing you two an opportunity! By going on like this you'll never get married, and if you can get near the Hitachiin twins, then two problems are solved in one shot! The company will benefit, and perhaps you two would find a boyfriend between the two brothers! Or I can decide!"

That was the most outrages idea I have ever heard in my entire live. A boyfriend? Between the Hitachiin brothers?! "You gotta be kidding me." I muttered through clenched teeth, though my voice was considerably lowered compared with before-I knew there was no use in further angering mother.

3rd person POV:

The sisters were trying their best to calm down. Aoi held Aki's hand, and took deep breaths, staring at the floor.

Surprisingly, Aki was the first to speak. Aoi was always the calm one, and this action surprised both the twins.

"I suppose you're right mother, I apologise for being rude. We will try to accomplish the task, though would you please excuse us?" Aki tried as hard as she can to sound convincing, as well as restraining the urge to connect her fist solidly with her mothers face.

"There's a good girl," Mrs Kimura said, though she wasn't doing a as good job as her daughter, her voice was still an octave higher than normal. "Go back to your rooms now, and do consider your mothers last suggestion. We're serious." Mr Kimura spoke, after watching the exchange between his wife and two daughters.

"Well, good night mother, father." the twins said in unison and walked upstairs.

Aoi's POV:

After we changed and got on our bed, we knew mother would constantly ask us about our progress on the task she handed to us, to bond with the Hitachiin brothers.

"Are we going to even try?" Aki asked wearily into her pillow. "Those two bakas wouldn't know about this, so why should we?" I mumbled, the Hitachiin twins are really getting on my nerves.

Friends...with them. That is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard, not to mention mothers last suggestion, trying to find a fucking boyfriend between the Hitachiin brothers.

They don't know about this, so why should we do anything?

My last thought before I fell asleep, and the next day proved how wrong I am.
