~ Gregory's POV ~

Once I juked the DJ and sprinted out of the bathrooms running past him I ran till I knew we were a safe distance from him aka by the golden statues at the front of the arcade. Honestly the whole time I ran Isabelle was just hiding her face in my shoulder trying so hard not to cry.

Once I knew we were safe I put down Isabelle and leaned against the statue made up of the 4 golden statues of the Glamrocks. I rested my head against one of my arms which was on the tiled base of the pedestal that held the 4 statues.

What was cool about this statue was that it was also a giant bench that wrapped around the entire base. I was panting hard and trying to catch my breath. In fact my other arm was across my mid section since my stomach was even cramped up from running to hard.

It was basically that feeling that happens when you run for to long and your side sometimes feels like its being stabbed which can sometimes results in you feeling a bit nauseous too. That's basically the feeling I had right now.

However as I was trying to catch my breath I feel someone wrap their arms around me from behind. I knew it was Isabelle because she was the only other person with me.

Isabelle: "Thank you big brother"

Gregory: *smiles* "Your welcome Izzy, I want to protect you remember"

Isabelle: "I know"

Gregory: "Heh..."

Isabelle: "Hey, when you catch your breath we should head to the next maintenance switch"

Gregory: "Y-Yeah it's located at the south end of the maintenance hallway. So on the top floor all the way in that area in the back by the office"

Isabelle: "Alright, we should go when your ready"

Gregory: "Yeah"

We waited for a little while longer until I caught my breath and felt a little better.

Gregory: "Ready"

Isabelle: "Mmhm"

Gregory: "Then let's hit that last switch and head back to the office"

Isabelle: "Alright"

With that we left the room with the statue and walked up to the third floor. Once there we headed for the last lever. Just as I was expecting it was in back by the office at the end of a long hallway.

By the last lever there was also an arcade game called "Princess Quest 2" and it seemed playable. However as curious as I was I knew we should probably find and play the first one before this one if we ever get around to it and find it.

So with that we ignored it and I pulled the last  lever that's when things go wrong. Behind us in one of the tunnels was DJ Music Man and he was about to start chasing us again.

Isabelle: "Uhhhh G-Gregory...h-he's back"

Gregory: "RUN!!"

With that I grab Isabelle's hand and we started sprinting away from the DJ once again. We were running at top speed while he chased behind us.

In fact what made this chase sequence worse is that the DJ was throwing arcade cabinets, lockers, and shelves trying to either crush us or stop us in our path. So because of that it made a hell lot more difficult.

Isabelle and I had to basically treat this chase sequence like an obstacle course that was being made right in front of our very eyes while we ran through it. We had to dodge, leap over, and go around tossed shelves, lockers, and arcade cabinets.

This chase literally felt like some kind of hell. However all we could do is none stop running. After what felt like forever we made it to the office and slammed the door behind us.

We were now safe in the office just tired out and panting while we tried catching our breath. We eventually do and that's when Isabelle speaks to me.

Isabelle: "Well we did it"

Gregory: "Barely"

Isabelle: "Honestly"

Gregory: "Heh"

Isabelles "Also I know it's random but do you think there's another one of those badges here? I mean it is an office"

Gregory: "Probably"

Isabelle: "We should look for one then"

Gregory: "Alright"

The two of us then start looking around and as expected I come across one

Gregory: "I found it"

Isabelle: "Great , wanna open it"

Gregory: "Sure"

I then press the nose of the badge container and it opens giving me two level six security clearance badges. When I got it I give one to Isabelle and she takes it

Isabelle: "Thanks"

Gregory: "Your welcome"

When I said that she give me a smile and I return it then speak up changing the topic

Gregory: "Anyway, now that we reset the circuit breakers and got the badge all that's left is to finish repairing the driver assist head"

Isabelle: "Yeah, then returning to Roxy Raceway"

Gregory: "Exactly. And it should be done by now"

Isabelle: "Great!"

So with that I head over to the head repair thing and open the slot we put it into. Just as I was expecting the head was now repaired so I take it out.

Gregory: "Great! We can head back to Roxy Raceway now"

Isabelle: "Perfect! Maybe we'll meet up with Freddy and Monty again"

Gregory: "Hopefully"

Isabelle: "Yeah"

Gregory: "Anyway ready to head back to the elevator."

Isabelle: "Yeah"

Gregory: "Alright"

With that we leave the arcade and headed back down to the to the elevator to leave the west arcade. Once there Isabelle and I walked back into it and I pressed the buttons allowing the doors to close.

A/n:
Hey my pups there you have it another chapter done. Also my apologies for uploading this chapter about 2 weeks after the last chapter. The reason why is because 1) I've been busy with school considering I'm a community college student so I've been majorly focusing on that. Then 2) when I do write I've been working on my other books because for some reason I've not had any motivation whatsoever to write in this book. I think it has to do with as of lately when I do write I've been heavily focusing on the daddy-daughter relationship between Monty and Isabelle in oneshots because I think it's so damn wholesome. Heck some of those oneshots even legit made me cry because of the way to sweet wholesomeness when I'm the writer XD. So yeah with that being said I know I say this a lot but I still thank you for your patients with me and this book. I try to upload new chapters whenever I can. Anyway I hope you guys enjoyed this chapter it was approximately 1168 words in all by the end of it so until next time whenever that may be...
