By the time Sapphire got home, Ruby was already walking around. She had already have been practicing her puppy dog face for when Sapphire lectures her but in all honesty though she been messing up on stuff that is even easy for her. Like when she spilled the cups, or when she almost spilled where Garnet is going to school. She really hopes she gets a grip at this. "Ruby, Ruby!!!"Sapphire yelled snapping her out of her thoughts. "You want dinner? I ordered pizza!" "Umm, actually we need to talk"Ruby announced. The room got silent as is something catastrophic has happened. "Yeah sure...is everything okay?"Sapphire questioned soundly. Ruby is not usually one to talk about things so this was a surprise for Sapphire. Ruby, however, did not answer and went to their room.

"Ruby, dear, please tell what's going on? Is this about your foot?". Ruby refused to look Sapphire in the eyes. Her fingers keep intertwining with each other. "I-"Ruby started she paused as she tried to get her thoughts together. She sat down on the bed while inhaling a deep breath. "I'm not sure I'm doing this right"Ruby stayed. Her face was stone cold an body colder."How so?" Sapphire responded. Ruby stared in space and thought for a moment"Well, I keep messing up on the simple things an-"before Ruby can finish Sapphire leaned in closer kissing Ruby on the lips cutting her off. "I'm not trying to be rude, Ruby, but I think you are overreacting'' Sapphire explained. "Of course you are going to be making mistakes that is what humans do. However, as time comes along you will be able to trust yourself understand?"Ruby looked Sapphire in the eyes and said: "Thank you".

By the time they finish their discussion Garnet has already set the table and has plates laid out for everyone. They sat around the table and ate, laugh and generally talk about the day. They talk about Ruby's foot, Sapphire's job, and Garnet's new school. Homeworld Middle is a middle school where the education is at its peak and very few get exected. They were hoping that Garnet will be excited till Garnet explained "Blue and Yellow Dimond had a sponsorship from the principle (White Diamond) in exchange of 2/4 of the orphanage older kids attended. An I was part of the 2/4." "Will you like us to change the school?" Ruby asked."No, it's not bad just like how you are not bad." That was enough to warm Ruby's heart.
