I can't say for sure.

All I know right now is that I'm currently hidden somewhere, with a strong intention in helping everyone and ending the war with Eggman.

But, the 3 main questions for me right now is,

What can I do? How can I help and put an end to the war? Where will I go?

I'm not a fan of wars, but when someone needs help, I'm willing to help them out no matter what happens to me. Especially, my friends.

It's a good thing someone found me.

Otherwise, who knows what would've happened to me?

After I asked the black cat if there's anything that I can do, since I want to help everyone and end the war, he recommended an idea that never came across my mind until now...

"Why don't you join the resistance? I heard that they're looking for new recruits, despite the fact that they're needing all the help they can get right now." The black cat suggested.

"Good idea! Thanks...uhh..." I went.

"It's Kuro." The cat smiled before chuckling.

"But, I don't know where the resistance is nor how do I get in there." I say as my ears flattened in embarrassment.

"I can help you out with that." Kuro says.

Then he whispered his idea in my ear, making me smile and nod in agreement.

"That's a good idea!" I said before chuckling. "But, are you sure that it'll work?"

"Trust me. I know what I'm doing..." Kuro says before leading me out of the room and off somewhere.

-Few minutes later-

After me and Kuro arrived at the entrance of the resistance, Kuro gave me a poster that I've seen out on the streets before giving me the thumbs up.

I did the same in return as I mouthed "Thanks" to him.

Kuro nods in response before he went back in the bushes and disappeared.

As I looked back at the metal door, I took in a deep breath and pressed the buzzer.

What happened next was not expected for me.

The moment I pressed the buzzer, I felt something yank me by the both of my ankles before I shrieked a little as I was dangling upside down.

The door, then, opens revealing Knuckles and Silver.

"What...the hell are you doing?!?!" I screeched a little in rage.

"We're here to interrogate you." Knuckles answered simply.

Obviously, him and Silver seem to think that I'm an enemy or someone who probably has some sort of connection with Eggman.

"I get that, but, can you interrogate me inside the building instead of standing there while I'm hearing the blood rushing to my head?" I growled in annoyance before folding my arms.

"No. But, I will ask you one thing...Why are you here?" Knuckles asked.

"I'm here to join the resistance..." I huffed before showing them the poster. "Until, a certain dickhead and a weed plant, I just met, decided to interrogate me while I'm hanging upside down like a bat."

"Why do you want to join?"

"So, I can help put an end to this shitty ass war and defeat Eggman! Like as if someone like me would betray the resistance for that bald headed 'super genius' mother fucker, who expects you to obey every single order he gives you, and treats you like a slave." I snorted before rolling my eyes.

I could've sworn that I heard one of them silently wheeze in laughter after I said that.

"Okay, okay! You pass!" Silver wheezed out as Knuckles started laughing while he was undoing the trap that I didn't expect to happen out of nowhere.

"Thank you!" I say before lightly bonking the two of them on the heads, once I was helped down, as I gave Silver the poster.

Then we entered in the building as the metal door closed itself behind us.

I will admit, I was impressed with the technology that I've seen while Knuckles, Silver and I were passing a few rooms before I was taken to a room that looked different.
