Valar's POV (for the full chapter so I can explain a LOT of questions you guys have)

"Shut up! I never agreed to this! I never agreed to this so that Kira would get upset!"I shouted at Carla.

She glared at me, taking a step towards me.

"You are my pet, and pets must obey their masters.And you betrayed me by calling Kira a few months ago. Do you want to get punished, again? Or, would you want me rather cancel our families contract by telling your parents that you won't marry me?"Carla asked, standing right in front of me.

My eyes opened in shock and fear.

'What do I do? I can't hurt Kira more than she is! I love Kira, and I can't show that. But, if I do show it, than I will have to give up my heir to my families companies throne forever because of this stupid contract saying that I would have to marry one of the Hokida children.'I thought.

I sighed.

"Okay, alright, I'll do whatever you want, just, keep my family and Kira out of this."I demanded.

"Whatever. I want you to give me a child."Carla said.

I opened my eyes in horror.

"No, I can't."I said, petrified at the thought.

Carla growled.

"Why not?"

"Because....."

'Because I wan to e with Kira.And I want to have a child with her, not you.' I thought.

"Because I don't want to."I replied."I'll do anything else besides that."I said.

She gave me a hard glare.

"We're going to move to France for 10 months. When we get back to Japan, it'll be time for the wedding.And you CANT invite Kira.Or Dina, Teito, or Liro, no one associated with Kira Nuzaku."Carla said.

"Y-yes ma'am."I whispered.

She smiled.

"And delete Kira's contact, because I know you have it."Carla said.

I did as she said, not wanting to betray my love for Kira.

Later that Night

I stood at the railing of the hotel room in France.The cool nights breeze blew in my face, making my hair blow softly.
The trees rustled softly as I closed my eyes and took a deep breath.

The only time I had time away from Carla was at night.I sighed as I leaned on the cold railing.

'I love Kira so much, but my feeling don't seem be enough as they don't reach her!'I housed at myself in frustration, my hand tightening into a fist.

"Kira, I love you.........."I whispered into the air, hopping that it would carry back to Kira on Japan.

Tears dropped from my cheeks onto my fist.

'I never thought that it would be like this.Im sorry, Kira.'
