Shivaay woke up as he heard some voices, he heard the voice of Om and Rudra talking with their family doctor.

Doctor "Tomorrow a very big heart surgeon is coming here from USA. I discussed Shivaay's case with him. He gave a way out. There is a surgery he can perform. If the surgery is successful we can save Shivaay. I wont say that the problem will Totally be solved but it will surely reduce to a great extent that he can lead life normally. But the success rates of the surgery are only 10% and if the surgery fails then we might lose him forever"

Rudra" We dont want to do any this kind of surgery in which my My bhaiyya's life is not guarenteed. we will find some other way out."

Omkara"yes, i agree. we cant put my brothers life at risk."

Doctor" We can atleast try. Anyways we dont have much time left!"

"How can you say that?"Rudra exclaimed "You are not God. i  know nothing would happen to my bhaiyya. We will surely find some other way out."

Annika was also standing there listening to everything but not giving any response.

"I want to perform that surgery"

Om and Rudra were shocked to hear Shivaay's voice.

"What are you saying Shivaay? Have you gone crazy? Didnt you hear that the success rate is only 10%" Om shouted.

" I said i want to under go that surgery and its final. You have my consent Doctor, we will do the surgery tomorrow itself"

"Shivaay, but for the surgery to be done , a family member's consent is also required with you consent" The doctor said.

"None of us would give consent" Rudra immediately replied.

Shivaay looked at Annika with teary eyes . Annika understood what he wanted to say.

"I will give my consent. We will perform the surgery tomorrow" Annika said controlling her tears.

"But Bhabhi.." Rudra exclaimed but before he could complete Annika ran towards the pool side.

Omkara and Rudra came behind Annika and found her sitting near the pool.

"Bhabhi why did you agree for the surgery?" Om asked softly.

" Yes bhabhi please tell, Tell why did you take that decision alone" Rudra exclaimed impatiently.

" Why arent you replying bhabhi? Please answer" Rudra asked again with a little rise in his tone.

" Because i can't see him in pain. I cant see him suffering everyday. We all are just fooling ourselves when we say that we will find a way, but the truth is we are not able to do anything for our shivaay, infact we are just giving him more pain. I can read his pain in his eyes, and i can't give him more pain. We can't be selfish to make him suffer through all this pain. I love him enough to understand his decision and I know you both love him more than your lives. He is dying everyday OmRu. Please accept his decision. For this surgery, he needs strength and if his brothers are not with him how will he be able to fight" Annika said holding Omru tight.

Om Rudra had tears in their eyes by now. Om put a hand around annika's shoulder."You are right bhabhi, we cant make him suffer. I am with him always" Om said while tears flowed from his eyes and Annika wiped them. Annika hugged Om and stretched her other hand to hold Rudra's hand. Both of them looked at Rudra for his reaction, but he was sitting quietly.

" We support you decision bhabhi, right Rudra?" Om asked putting his hand over Rudra's head.

" I can do anything for my Bhaiyya" Rudra said like a baby. "But i know my Bhaiyya will be alright, he can never leave me i know that"

Annika cupped Rudra's face and kissed on his forehead. She was proud to see how their baby Rudra had grown up.

"We will always be with Shivaay" Saying this three of them hugged giving the required strength to each other.

Annika entered Shivika's room where shivaay was sitting, waiting for her.

"Annika..Thank You" Shivaay said Softly.

"Please Shivaay. Don't say anything.Please let me speak today. I want to share my pain with you today shivaay. I know my pain will hurt you but now it is becoming difficult for me to keep everything inside myself and you are my only condolence. Please let me do whatever i want to do today. Tonight can you please be only mine?" Annika spoke in breaking voice and went towards shivaay with tears in her eyes. Shivaay sat there silently showing that he was ready to be hers always.

Annika sat on the bed near Shivaay raised her hand and started to trace Shivaay's face with it. She cupped his face. Shivaay cupped her face gently in response. That was it, Annika touched her forehead with his and let out all her pain in form of tears.

Then She took Shivaay's hands in her hands,inter wined their fingers and kissed on his hand. She raised herself a little,cupped shivaay's face and kissed on his forehead. Then She gently laid shivaay on the bed.

She came over him, inter wined their hands on one side and on the other side she kept one hand over his head lovingly. She kissed both his eyes first. Then she kissed on his cheek. She went a little down, opened the buttons of his kurta and kissed his chest. Tears came out of her eyes and she hugged him tightly. That night both the bodies became one soul which knew that tomorrow will either be the end or a new beginning for them.

Next Day:

It was the day for the surgery. Om was resting his head on Shivaay's shoulder while Rudra was lying on his lap. Both of them didn't leave Shivaay for a second. Finally, it was the time for the surgery and they left to the hospital.

Before going inside the operation theatre, Omkara kissed Shivaay's hand " I know everything will be fine"  Om said with tears in his eyes. " Everything will be fine right shivaay? Tu sab thik kar dega na humesha ki tarah?"and om instantly hugged shivaay. After hugging om, Shivaay put his hand on Gauri's head who was already in tears and said" Please be strong for Om, he needs you. And take care of yourself".

 "Annika" he said. "No need to say anything shivaay, i am always with you. I know my shivaay is a fighter. he will fight this too." Saying  this annika kissed his forehead without shedding a single drop of tear as she knew if she will breakdown her shivaay will also breakdown. Doctors were taking shivaay inside in his stretcher when someone held his hand. It was Rudra. Rudra didnt utter a word. he just went near shivaay, Touched his forehead with shivaay's and then went towards shivaay's feet and put his head on his feet. Shivaay was shocked.

"Rudra,what are you doing?" Shivaay exclaimed.

"Giving you your real position" Rudra replied" All the best Bhaiyya"

Shivaay smiled to rudra's innocence.

Finally he was taken to the operation theatre and the operation began. Everyone had their hearts in their mouth. Rudra sat hugging omkara tightly while Annika was praying to god with gauri just for her shivaay.

The operation ended after 3 hours.

"Doctor, how is my brother" Om rushed to doctor and asked.

"The surgery is done but we dont know whether he will be able to bear it or not. His condition is very critical. We cannot say anything. We might lose him if he doesnt have the strength to bear the operation. If we dont find any positive development in 2 hours, then he might slip into comma. His abnormal pulse rate should become normal in an hour." The doctor said sadly.

"we might lose him" These words rang in annika's mind. Suddenly everything became blur in front of her. Suddenly everything blacked out and she fainted.

"Jiji" gauri exclaimed and held her.

After 2 hours:

Om and Rudra were outside Shivaay's room while Gauri was with Annika in another room where doctors were checking her.Annika regained conscious when the doctors gave her a news. Suddenly, Om and rudra saw shivaay's breathing becoming abnormal. They rushed inside. On the other hand Annika felt her breathe stopping. She understood something is wrong with shivaay.

"Shivaay" she exclaimed and rushed to him.

The doctors were trying the regain shivaay back by giving electrical shock. There was no response from shivaay's side. His pulse was dropping. The doctor declared an emergence just when Annika rushed in and saw him lifeless.

Precap: Leap 1year 4 months

                It was 11:30 pm and Annika woke up as the alarm rang. Moreover she woke up as she couldnt sleep peacefully as she was not sleeping on the safest place in the world, on shivaay's chest hearing his heartbeats!
