Just saying I will be continuing the stories, don't worry I just wanna add something new, and I won't be on Wattpad much at all so if you tell me to update on a specific day, I most probably won't be able to do so.

Also if you are actually into rottmnt (Rise of the: TMNT) Donnie x April please tell me. Also most POV's will be from Donnie, sometime April but mostly Donnie. :P

Donnie's POV

I sat at my lab desk looking at the research and test results I found made by human scientists. I was very interested about human emotions, I still was not sure why everyone needed emotions, I want to know what's the REAL need for emotions. I suppose it's for whenever a human is murdered that person will go to jail than just let them live to kill another with no consciences, or maybe so we won't steal or shoplift or even kill ourselves for that matter when seeing no point in living.

"Heeeyyyyy Donnie!" I heard someone practicing yelling from my door. "How are you doing today, cause I'm feeling ay-okay!" April said over enthusiastically as usual walking towards me. "Oh, hi April, I'm doing just fine thanks." I said not losing eye contact with the paper I was analyzing. "Donnie, you been in this lab for practically three days." She said leaning on my desk.

"Three days and eight hours actually, but that's besides the point, I have been doing research on human emotions and I still can't figure out anything." I said leaning back in my chair scratching my head. "Well what are you trying to find out?" She asked curious. I paused for a moment and thought how to put it in words. "Might sound strange but I'm wondering what human emotions are needed for, sure we need them for caring for family members but there is no point for them." I explained.

She gave me a face of disappointment. "Donnie, human emotions are needed for many things, emotions keep society in tact really." She reasoned. I rose an eyebrow toward her and crossed my arms, swiveling my chair a little. "Listen alright, let me tell you why us humans need emotions," She started, she stood up and started swaying back and forth a bit,"we need emotions to make sure that the new generation, children, don't do drugs because there body cannot handle lots of alcohol or drugs, we need them to create new things like make more buildings for shelter so we don't get sick, we need emotions to get a job to keep society in place and so we have doctors and firemen to save us incase a forest fire occurs or a doctor if someone is feeling sick, we also need emotions to care about the things we are passionate about, like how you are in technology and how me, you and your brothers are friends." She smiled.

"I'm shocked you know all those big words." I said jokingly. "Pshss, I've learned a thing or two from you." She giggled, leaning on the desk in front of me. I swiveled my chair a little crossing my arms smirking. "And also love too." She said catching me off guard. "Huh?" I said confused. "Love! Not only for reproduction for the next generation of humans, or in some people's cases to adopt, but also for that nice feeling that you get when your around a person." She said in her causal smile. "Alright, alright I get it, emotions are needed for a variety of things." I replied. "But I don't think me and my brothers will be getting a love interest anytime soon." I replied moving my chair closer to the desk to read more news articles.

"Why do you think that Donnie?" She asked as if I was not a mutant. I looked up at her with an unamused face. "What?" She asked again still very confused. "April I'm a six foot tall green turtle with human abilities living in a sewer under the city of New York City, I don't think anyone would wanna date me or my brother, well, at least my brothers would have a chance, possibly." I said looking back at the news article. "Well what's wrong with you?" She asked. "I'm a know it all, according to my brothers." I said rolling my eyes, she giggled. "That may be true but there is someone for everyone, love knows no limit, besides, it's the inside that counts." April said. "Those are phrases people say to give pity for those who don't have a significant other." I replied keeping my eyes on the paper.

There was a slight moment of silence in the room before April broke the silence. "I'm just saying, I think your awesome Donnie." She said smiling at me crossing her legs on the desk, placing her elbow on her knee and leaning her face on her hand. I looked up at her and looked down at the paper again and smiled. "Thanks, your a great friend as well April." I replied. "That's sappy." She said. "Oh and yours isn't?" I said unamused and she just laughed.

"Can you just stop doing something related to research or science?" She asked. "No." I simply replied. "Ugh Donnie c'mon." She whined. "I'm already having a full conversation with you." He replied. "That was off of a science experiment you were researching!" She yelled. "Was still a conversation." I replied smiling. She bounced off of the counter and ripped the paper out of my hands. "Just have a normal conversation with me would you." She said. "Your being a bit dramatic." I pointed out.

"Donnie, this is being dramatic." She said grinning evilly, oh boy. "Oh Donnie, why must you not pay any attention to me, I thought we were friends, oh Donnie why must you make me so upset? Whyyy?" She said laying across my lap with her leg sticking out and her hand over her head. I looked at her unamused, I clapped for her in pity for her small performance. "I knew I shouldn't have said that." I replied. "I'll have you know I took 2 years of drama in middle school and in high school." She replied sitting up on my lap.

"You did it because you thought it would be easy didn't you?" I asked. "Tsk, you know me so well Don." She replied patting my shell. We both laughed and looked at each other smiling. "I am really glad to have a friend like you Donnie." She said. "And I'm glad to have a friend like you April." I said giving her a small smile. She wrapped her arms around my neck and hugged me, I was a bit shocked at the sudden action but I hugged her back. We pulled apart but April moved her hands onto my shoulders. "April?" I said questioning the strange action, she didn't reply, she just looked down her face looking a bit red. "April are you..." I tried asking again but she slowly raised her head up to meet my eyes which stopped my words from coming out.

"April are y-" I attempted again but was interrupted from April's lips quickly smashing onto my lips. She didn't pull away she kept her eyes closed and her arms tightly around my head. I slowly eased into the kiss and just let it happen, it felt amazing, I thought this would never happen to me again so I might as well enjoy this for the time being. I slowly put my hands on her lower back and pushed her a little closer to me. After a while we separated and just stared at each other shocked.

"Donnie I-" April started but I interrupted. "That felt amazing." I said softly making her blush slightly. "That's one way to get me off of doing research." I added grinning. She placed her hands over her mouth and giggled. I moved her hands away and I kissed her this time and it felt just as wonderful. "April!" I heard someone yell and someone slam open the metal door to my lab. "April, we're back! We got the pizza an- OH MY-." someone yelled in shock.

Me and April's eyes shot open and quickly separated and turned our heads to see Mikey standing there, coving his mouth in shock which he then removed them from his mouth revealing a huge grin showing that he is very, very excited. "Mickey, calm do-" "GUYS! GUYS YOU WON'T BELIEVE IT!!" We heard Mickey yell running off. We looked at each other and blushed. We stayed silent for a little but started giggling to one another like children. "They were gonna find out anyway, might as well show them now." April said getting the same evil grin spreading across her face from before.

"Wait wha-" April moved the chair to the side and put one leg on each side of me and wrapped her arms around my neck tightly kissing me roughly. I grabbed the handles of the chair to keep my balance from the shock and not to make the chair tip over. I quickly processed everything through my head on what the best decision was to do at the moment, but just shrugged it off and closed my eyes putting my hand on the back of April's neck and one on her lower back just as before.

"Mikey are you sure- OH MY GOD ITS TRUE!" I could hear Leo yell in shock. "WHOA, DONNIE!" Ralph chuckled. "That's my big bro." Mikey said sounding like he was about to cry. April moved in for one big kiss and pulled apart. Shocking me that my eyes opened wide as she hugged me. I laughed a little. "Oh hey guys." I said nervous to see there reaction and April laughed as well a bit nervous as well.

They all ran over already asking a bunch of questions as they were as asking away April whispered in my ear. "This is what emotions are needed for Donnie." She whispered and I blushed at that remark as my eyes widening. I groaned out closing my eyes tightly covering my face with my hands in embarrassment. "I'm gonna be an uncle one day!" Mikey yelled as the room went silent from the remark. We all stopped to look at him but then Leo and Raph agreed jokingly and started laughing, which made my face even more red giving them an unamused face as April looked at me and laughed.
