Levi pulled up to their house. "We're home Eren". "Home". Eren said questioning the meaning of the word.

Eren always associated the word home with misery, pain,hardship l, and just something to avoid. This is all the word meant to him sense his mother died. The way Levi used the word it almost seemed like a peaceful and safe place. 'Is this what the meaning of home is suppose to feel like'? Eren said reconsidering the meaning of home.

"You coming"? Levi asked seeing Eren was deep in thought. "Huh, oh, yeah". Eren said stepping out of the car. They were standing at the front door when Levi pulled out a key and looked at Eren. "Here this is yours". "Mine! But-" "Oh come on Eren no buts just take it. You are going to be living here. You need to have a key. How else will you get in? A window"? Eren nodded and Levi handed him the key. Levi placed a kiss on his forehead. Why don't you unlock the door, you know test it out". Eren smiled and nodded. He proceeded to unlock the door.

They walked into the house and put their stuff down. Eren seen something new on the wall by the door. 'What's tha- is that a hole? That wasn't there yesterday ... was it'? "Um, Levi". "Yeah"? "What's that...." Eren pointed at the hole already knowing the answer. Levi collapsed back on the couch. "Sorry about that. I was worried about you and got frustrated that I couldn't help you and ..." Levi's voice trailed off as he looked at Eren. Eren walked over to Levi and kneeled down. He gently grabbed his hand after noticing his knuckles were bruised. 'How did I not see these earlier'. Eren thought to himself."Levi, I'm sorry. I didn't mean to put more stress on you. It's my fault. I-" "Eren it's not your fault. Please stop blaming yourself". Levi said pulling his hand back. He placed it gently on Eren's face. Levi pulled Eren in for a kiss, but was Suprised at what Eren did next.
