There was a knock at the hospital room door and their attention shifted. "Good to see you're awake." Molbit said with a smile while in the doorway. "Sorry to drop by I just wanted to make sure you were okay?" He said more to both of them instead of one specific person.

Levi gave him a smile, "Glad to see you're up and moving, the nurses let you go." Levi said before realizing he might have to explain to Eren what was happening, since Eren was in a coma while they talked.

Eren just looked between the two before writing on his whiteboard, 'You're the guy from the other day, I'm sorry for what happened how are you feeling?'

Molbit read the whiteboard and smiled, much better thanks to Levi, he came in and talked me out of the worst decision of my life." He said with gratefulness more looking towards Levi. Turning to Eren he smiled. "You have yourself a nice man, and I know you guys will be great together." Molbit said supportively.

Eren blushed not realizing he had know about them dating. He scribbled down a 'thank you' as he tried to hide his blush from his lover.

"Anyways I hope you don't mind me dropping in I just came to check in on you guys, it's the least I can do." Molbit said smiling before all of them froze hearing a high pitched noise coming down the hall.

"Ugh, looks like shitty glasses is off work early." Levi groaned, but in reality he was glad to see her, or hear her.

"What was that?" Molbit asked pale faced as the loud shrieking grew closer.

"You might want to move out of the doorway, warned Levi. "She will mow you down." He said with a chuckle.

Molbit quickly got out of the doorway entering the room as the high pitched squealing flash bolted past him straight over to Eren. When his eyes adjusted he saw a young woman no older than him or Levi clinging to Eren. She was babbling incomprehensible words with water eyes.

"Hi Hanji." Levi said as he knew Eren couldn't greet her while he was being suffocated by her hugs.

"My child, you're awake!" She said kissing the top of his head while holding him. "You scared me so much, did you know that, I was so terrified." She said expecting an answer and when he didn't she got scared. "Did you permanently lose your voice," she said with tears welling up.

Eren quickly shook his head. Before gently nudging her off. She complied baffled as he picked up the whiteboard. 'They didn't want me to strain my voice so it's only for a little while.'

Hanji smiled, "silly me, I was about to say Levi would have to teach you sign language." Hanji said nudging him.

Eren looked at Levi intrigued before quickly writing, 'you know sign language?'

Levi just nodded his head with a proud smile.

'That's so cool, you are going to have to teach me eventually.' Eren wrote, he had always been interested with sign language the thought of being able to help people who couldn't speak or hear made him happy.

Levi said he could teach him the alphabet and to count to ten to start with and Eren quickly agreed. He promised to teach him later when it was just him and Eren in the room.

Levi ruffled the curious boy's hair before excusing himself to talk to Molbit who looked awfully confused.

"That's Hanji, she works with me, and she adores Eren." Levi said pointing at the hyper woman who seemed to have her volume on max at all times.

Hanji turned around, "sorry about my rudeness, I haven't seen my child since he was in a coma." She reached out her hand to greet herself, "Hanji zoe, pleasure to meet you." She said with a bright smile, while Eren was in the background confusingly mouthing the word child with a shrug.

"Molbit, the pleasure is mine." He said shaking her hand. "Anyways, I best get going, before the nurse gets angry. It was nice seeing you guys, and it was lovely meeting you." He smiled, "I'll see you guys later." He said leaving the room.

Hanji took one last long look at the door the man had just walked out of. "He's nice." Hanji said with a smile before focusing her attention back on Eren.
