Levi pulled up to Eren's house. He got out of the car and ran to the porch. He rapidly knocked on the door. He didn't know who would answer, but he prayed it wasn't Eren's dad. After a few minutes he was greeted by a tired Mikasa. Her face quickly changed from tired to shocked. "What are you doing here? Do you realize if my dad opened the door instead of me, he would kill you and Eren." "If you don't let me in soon Eren might already be dead." Levi said panicked.

Mikasa's eyes widened. Her thoughts flashed back to when she left Eren's room. 'Bye Mikasa.' "He said bye, not night." Mikasa mumbled before quickly stepping aside and leading Levi up the stairs. They rushed up the stairs to Eren's room. When they entered they seen that the room was empty, but the music was playing. They saw the bathroom door was closed and assumed he had locked himself in it. Levi went to knock on the door but it opened before he had the chance.

It opened with Eren's hand on the doorknob. He slowly emerged from the room he was crying and shaking. He seemed to be holding a closed pocket knife, but set it on the desk beside the bathroom door. He fell to his knees and Levi quickly caught him in his arms. Mikasa just stood there frozen at the sight of her older brother. All she could do was watch on as the strongest person she knew crumbled to the floor and was breaking down right before her eyes.

Eren looked as if he had been to hell and back. His eyes were swollen and red. His arms were still dripping blood. He was bruised and sore. There were new burn marks on his chest. It was Eren's facial expression that sent chills up both Mikasa and Levi's spines. Eren's eyes looked like they had been drained of all life. He looked sad and worried but manly, he looked afraid.

"I couldn't do it." Eren said crying "Every time I tried I thought of you two, and what you said. I thought of what "they" would do to Mikasa if I was gone. I thought of how it would affect you Levi, and how you would go back to shutting everyone out. I can't do it." Levi hugged Eren tighter and sat there hugging him. By now Mikasa had joined them on the floor. "Levi why are you even with me? I'm pathetic. Why haven't you gave up on me yet? I can't ever be fixed." "Eren you are not pathetic, you are brave, and strong. Strong enough to stop yourself. I love you and I won't ever give up on you."Levi said running his thumb along Eren's cheek to wipe away his tears. Mikasa began to speak. "Eren you are the strongest person I know and nothing will ever change that." Mikasa said holding Eren's hand.

Levi looked at Eren's arms and noticed they were still bleeding, but not as bad as they were earlier. "Let me patch up your arms. I have to stop the bleeding." Eren nodded and Levi began to bandage his arms with the bandages Mikasa grabbed from the bathroom. "Shit, I ran out do you have anymore?" Levi asked Mikasa as he used the last piece of gauze. "There should be some in the downstairs bathroom . I'll go grab it" Mikasa said getting up and exiting the room. She came back to shortly to see Eren sitting in Levi's lap. His arms clinging to him for dear life as his head rested up against Levi's chest. The blood from Eren's arms was getting on Levi's shirt but he didn't seem to mind. Levi's arms were holding Eren close, almost like he was afraid he was going to lose him. "Found them." Mikasa said walking back into the room.
