"The scan told us that Eren will be allowed to leave the hospital tomorrow, but we still would want him to stay at home in bed for the most part, so no school for you." She said as her facial expression lightened into a little smile. "Well it seems you will be better in no time, just a week of bedrest at home and you're good to go." She said reassuring him he would be just fine.

Everyone in the moment seemed to let out a sigh of relief all at the same time and their worry was replaced with smiles. Mikasa hugged her brother tightly and Levi held them both in a warm group hug. Its seems their streak of bad luck had overturned.

"I'm so happy." Mikasa whispered talking more to herself than to anyone else.

Levi kissed Eren on the cheek and patted Mikasa's head, "see didn't I tell you everything would work out." He said to Mikasa, but also to himself. He had sat there for countless hours saying to himself that Eren will be okay. It was like a broken record that was left playing. His wishes were heard and he was thankful.

They talked a bit about how happy they were and how all the stress just seemed to vanish. Afterwards they had finished setting up sorry and decided to play another game.

They played the game at least a hundred times before they finally decided to call it quits, the game never became tiring because they were all surrounded with the people they loved. Just spending the time together doing something as simple as playing a board game felt relaxing.

"Is anyone else starving? Eren asked as he checked the time. It was already dinner time, 'Wow today seemed to fly by.' Eren thought looking up to get his question answered.

"I could go for some food." Levi answered then looked at Mikasa.

She shrugged, "I'm down."

"Alright Mikasa where do you want to eat?" Eren asked knowing the answer.

She named a restaurant that wasn't that far away.

"How about you guys tell me what you want and I'll go pick it up so we can all eat together." Levi suggested wanting Eren and Mikasa to have some alone time to talk. Levi could see that Eren was dying to talk to her about something and he didn't mind leaving so they could have some privacy.

"You sure?" Mikasa asked, she didn't want Levi to go alone but she could tell Eren wanted to speak with her.

"Yeah i don't mind." Levi smiled and ruffled her hair.

They gave Levi their orders and before Levi could leave Eren motioned for him to come closer.

Levi leaned in as Eren whispered something in his ear.

Levi smiled and nodded promising to do what Eren had asked. Mikasa sat there staring at them a little confused but she figured Eren was up to his old shenanigans and she'd find out later.

Levi gave Eren a quick goodbye kiss. Then he walked over and hugged Mikasa, "alright guys I'll be right back."

'This really does feel like a real family.' Mikasa thought as she watched Levi leave the room.
