When Eren regained contiousness his whole body hurt. He tasted blood in his mouth. His lip was bleeding. He had a cut over his eye with dried blood on his forehead. He could tell his stomach is bruised, his arms are burned from his dad's ciggerattes. He could tell his left wrist was sprained, and his ankle felt worse then before. He felt sore. He felt tired. He felt broken.

Mikasa didn't hear anymore yelling. She went down stairs to try and find Eren. He was just regaining contiousness when she seen him. He was on the ground on his back. "EREN". Mikasa ran to him and helped him up. 'Am I the cause of this?' She helped him up the stairs to his room.

"I really pissed him off this time." Eren mumbled out. "He hasn't been this violent in a while, what did you say that pissed him off that much?" I told him I visited mom's grave." Mikasa looked up at him. "Yup, that would do it."

Mikasa was trying to patch Eren's wounds up to the best of her abilities. "Here let me do your arms." "My arms fine." Eren said pulling it back. " Eren you said that he burned them with ciggerattes. I need to wash the ash out of them so they don't get infected." "Mikasa please just don't worry about it." He didn't want her to see his cuts. 'That's strange...' Is all Mikasa could think. "Just promise me you will clean them out later." "Okay I will." "I'll be right back. I'm going to get you an ice pack."

Mikasa stopped at the bottom of the stairs. She could make out her father's voice. 'Is he talking to someone in there... no there's no other voice.' She walked over and stood in the hall next to the living room. She listened trying to figure out what's going on. "No, I'm sorry. Yeah I know we where suppose to play tonight. Just tell the guys I'm not up for it tonight. Just come over tomorrow instead alright bye."

Mikasa crept over to the kitchen to grab a few ice packs before hurrying up the stairs to tell Eren the good news. "Eren!" Mikasa rushed into his room. " Yeah what is it." "I just overheard dad talking on the phone. He told his friends not to come tonight." Eren smirked in relief.
