The Fallen Kingdom
The next morning, nobody wanted to leave, but they did as they promised, and flew away.
Along the flight, Shoto sighed.
"I believe you owe me an explanation," he stated. Katsuki grunted, and Izuku nodded nervously.
"O-okay, um... where should I start..." He mumbled.
"All For One attacked One For All, and destroyed us, Deku, Inko, Toshinori, and I are the only survivors," Katsuki summed up.
Shoto blinked. Izuku sighed.
"Alright, I'll start from the beginning..."
"Kacchan!" The little boy ran over, smiling. The other boy scowled.
"What the hell do you want, Deku?" He asked, lowering his sword.
"Mom told me that you and Aunty Mitsuki are invited to dinner! Mr. Yagi is coming too!"
"Ugh, fine, I'll tell Mom. Mr. Yagi is going to be there? Geez, someone would think you're his son, the way he treats you..."
"Ahaha! Don't be silly Kacchan! He's just a family friend!"
"Don't be stupid Deku," the boy went back to attacking his training dummy with the sword. His friend watched in fascination. Of course, both boys knew how to swordfight, but they hardly ever saw each other do it. The green haired boy was trained privately by the King, being the lucky boy chosen as his heir. The blond on the other hand, was completely self-taught.
When it came time for dinner, it was pleasant as always. Everyone loved Toshinori Yagi, the sole ruler of One For All. However, said king was extremely modest, wise, and kind. It was hard not to love him and admire his determination and bravery, though the latter could be easily considered recklessness.
Alas, the king was growing old, and had decided to choose a heir.
The same night however, everyone woke up to screaming.
"Whats going on?!" Inko exclaimed in a panic, terrified. Toshinori ran outside, and drew his sword. Izuku followed, with Katsuki next to him.
"Boys, get to the safe area!" Toshinori exclaimed.
"What?! No way! What the hell is going on?!" Katsuki exclaimed. Izuku was about to agree, before they were both grabbed.
"GET YOUR TINY ASSES INTO THE SAFE ROOM!" Mitsuki shouted, pushing them both into Inko, who grabbed their hands and ran for their basement, which was reinforced as a safe room incase of emergencies.
It had been the worst night of their lives, that they had barely survived.
The next morning, after leaving the safe room, they were met with a devastating sight.
The entire village had been burned to ashes. Dead bodies lay everywhere.
Katsuki spotted his mother's, and ran over-
"Oi, nobody wants to hear about our reactions to dead people, got it?" Katsuki scowled, ans Izuku flinched, ans nodded.
"Sorry Kacchan..."
When they found Toshinori, the man coughed. The king was alive, just barely.
And after much discussion, and a huge argument between the blond boy and the green haired one, they split up.
Katsuki went with them as far as the border, then went back. Izuku and his family made it to the capital of Endeavor, but without any food or money, were loving on the streets...
"...and that's how I picked my profession as a thief," Izuku sighed, "I managed to get us a small house at least, and food with the stolen money. I don't know what happened to Kacchan..."
"The dragons found me," Katsuki explained, "Pinky and the others. After I proceded to yell at them angrily for a good 10 minutes, I ended up going with them back to their shelter."
Mina snorted some smoke, presumably in a laughing manner.
"Oi! Are you laughing at me?!" Katsuki scowled at the dragon, who just snorted again.
Katsuki grumbled something the other two couldn't make out.
A week passed, and finally, the four of them landed for the last time.
Everyone slid off of Mina, and the dragon took her human form, as they all stared up at the crumbling archway in front of them. Part of the engraved greeting was crumbled off, leaving the message barely understandable.
We o e o On or A l
Izuku frowned, staring at the sign.
"Well... here we are," he said, "The ruins of One For All..."
The arch seemed to glow in the sunset as they walked through.

It had been weeks now since the four of them had left their comrades, and things hadn't been going well.
"I have some wood!" Denki exclaimed, dropping his logs on the pile they had.
"Thanks Denki," Eijiro sighed. The poor dragon had been acting different ever since Katsuki left.
"There, you're all healed. Just try not to open the wound again, okay?" Ochaco smiled at Momo, who nodded.
"Thank you Ochaco," she replied, smiling in gratitude.
Since their rescue, Kyoka and Momo had gotten along well with the others, despite the four disappearances. Although Momo did have a habit of reopening her wounds from helping others, which frustrated Ochaco.
Kyoka had been a huge help with bringing the mood up, and traveling. She had a guitar, that she enjoyed playing, and sometimes she played for the others while they sang around the campfire. Not only that, but she was good with a crossbow, which was useful, considering Ochaco and Tsu had been their only long range fighters.
Hanta spoke up suddenly, "This is ridiculous. We should be looking for Bakugo and the others, not continuing West!" The other two dragons nodded in agreement
Tenya sighed, having had this conversation with the three of them multiple times.
"We can't. You know how dangerous it would be to go look for them, and besides," Tenya looked at them, "Knowing Todoroki and Midoriya, they left to help us. The three of them were the most wanted out of everyone here."
"Yes because they convinced Bakugo to leave with them for our sakes," Denki snorted, sighing in agitation.
Eijiro opted to stay out of the coming argument, like he usually did.
"Kaminari, Sero-"
"No, I'm done with this!" Hanta exclaimed angrily, standing up, "I'm going to look for them! You can come, or you can stay!"
Denki stood up, "I'm going with him. I can't just walk away from them when I know my friends- my clan, could be in trouble!"
"Guys, I don't know if-" Eijiro started to say, but he was interrupted.
"Are you coming Eijiro?" Hanta asked, "Or are you staying here and abandoning the clan?"
"Oi, that's not fair!" Kyoka spoke up, snapping at Hanta, "You can't put him on the spot like that!"
"If he really cares about us, then he'll come!" Hanta snapped back.
"Hey now, there's no need to be fighting-"
"Shut up, and stay out of this!" Hanta interrupted Iida. Denki looked at the other three girls.
"Are you coming?" He asked them.
Tsu and Ochaco frowned, while Momo shook her head.
"I'm sorry, but I don't know your other friends well enough to risk this for them. I'd rather stay with the rest of you..." she sighed.
Tsu and Ochaco didn't answer.
"Tsu? Uraraka?"
"I'm staying," Ochaco said finally, "I have to stay with Momo so I can heal her if something happens."
"I..." Tsu frowned, "I don't know. As much as I want to go look for them... I don't know, kero."
Denki and Hanta frowned. Eijiro sighed.
"I'll go with you..." he sighed, standing up, "I couldn't handle it if you left without me."
Hanta smiled, and sighed in relief as they fiat bumped, "Thanks bro, this means a lot."
"Hold on! You can't just leave!" Tenya exclaimed, standing up.
"Iida-" Ochaco started, but was interrupted by a loud noise.
It sounded like a bird's caw.
Looking up, everyone gasped at the sight.
A huge black raven was flying down towards them. Everyone scrambled out of the way as it landed in the middle of their camp.
Tenya backed up, drawing his sword. Jiro dropped her guitar, and drew her crossbow, pointing it at the bird's riders. Momo picked up her pole, and his behind a tree. Ochaco raised her staff, and Tsu jumped into the tree above her, drawing her bow. The three dragons bared their teeth, and showed extended claws.
The first rider slid off, dragging an unconscious body with him. He wore a bird shaped warrior helmet, and a black cloak. The body was a girl, wearing a similar dark grey cloak, and a cracked plague doctor's mask. The scent of herbs leaked out, and her hood fell as he dumped her on the ground, revealing dark magenta hair in a braid. The second rider followed, holding tightly to a shorter boy, with messy dark magenta hair, and wearing a traditional traveler's outfit, similar to Izuku's but with the different colour scheme of black and purple.
"Bastard! Don't treat my sister like that you little-" the short boy was muffled by the man holding her, who sighed.
Everyone stared at each other. The rider with a bird helmet let go of the girl, and lifted his helmet off. He had the head of a bird, and the others gaped, tensing up.
"Ochaco," Tsu leaned down, so she could speak to her friend quietly without being seen, "I'm going to fire at the bird man. If it really is him..."
Ochaco just nodded slightly, showing her acknowledgment.
Tsuyu knocked an arrow, and fire it at the bird man.
