You notice Clementine and AJ going to bed, leaving Tenn sitting alone working on a drawing. "When are y'all planning on going to bed?" You look at Mitch and Willy. "After Tenn does." Mitch confirms looking at the other kid. Willy shrugs, "Whenever I feel tired." You shook your head, "I'd recommend going to bed now. It's really dark." Willy sighs and stands up, "Alright DAD." He says sarcastically and runs off toward the school building. "Thanks for the candy!" He shouts and enters the building.

You and Mitch look at each other and then the drawing in your hands. "Ya wanna hang it up in our room?" Mitch asks, looking into your eyes. "Yeah, maybe above the desk." All of the rooms have a desk in it. It was mainly supposed to be the same layout. "That works." Then it was settled. Maybe if they got other drawings, they could hang those up too. Or even make a scrapbook of them.

Tenn finally finished whatever he was drawing and got up, taking his pencil and paper with him. He stared at the ground until he got to the door and walked inside. "Around that time?" Mitch asks looking at the kid. You nod, not even Tenn could forget that.

"Guess we should head inside then." Mitch stands up and stretches. You get up after him and brush yourself off. Dirt and whatever else coming off for some reason. "Yeah, let's go." You walked to the door, Mitch opening it before you can. "After you." He bows playfully making you feel a bit giddy. "Yeah.. okay- thank you sir." You tried to play it cool but honestly, you couldn't help it. You walk inside, Mitch following you shortly after.

The walk to the room didn't take as long as you thought it would. But with having Mitch to talk to now, it made time pass by more quickly.

You both enter the room and look around, eventually finding a tac to keep your paper on the wall. You both backed up, admiring it for a second. "Well, I'm gonna go to bed." Mitch shrugs, kicking off his shoes and taking off his jacket. You supposed he was just going to sleep in what he was wearing now. I mean you all only have like two pairs of clothes anyways. You decide to just kick off your shoes and sleep in what you have on. You both throw your weapons somewhere and lay down on your beds.

"See ya in the mornin' Mitch." And this time, he responds. Even though it's a short answer, you took it. "Night." He doesn't bother to turn over this time, he just closes his eyes and falls asleep. And then you do as well.

You wake up to the sound of yelling. You sit up, looking around. And that's when you notice Mitch was gone. You stand up quickly, accidentally making yourself a bit dizzy before putting on your shoes, grabbing a knife, and bolting out the door. Once you make it outside, that's when you notice what was happening. And wow was it a sight. The kid, AJ, pointing a gun at Marlon. He was demanding where "she" was and you knew it was Clementine. She was the only one who wasn't here anyways.

"She.. she's in the basement.. she murdered Brody!" Marlon exclaims, that grabbed your attention. You could only think that you should've woken up earlier, or spent more time with Brody, or.. did something. There were multiple gasps and whispers around the group. Mitch turned and finally noticed you. You both locked eye contact for a second, and then you walked over. Marlon looked at you as you joined the group. You could see the very visible blood on his face and neck.

"Thats bullshit Marlon!" You all turn, watching as Clementine walked through the crowd, badass, might you add. "You killed Brody. You hit her so hard her head split open!"  You then noticed the blood on her hands and face. Marlon started to deny it, staying firm with his mind made up that she killed Brody. Violet and Tenn, the only ones who weren't present, finally came outside demanding what the fuck was happening. Marlon pointed out the fact she was covered in Brody's blood. But Marlon was too, you didn't know who to trust at the moment.

"Jesus Christ Clem.. What did you do?" Tenn looks at her with sad eyes. You notice Marlon exchanging glance towards AJ who was looking at Clem rather than focusing on him. And he took that chance to run over to him, elbow him in the face, and take the gun. AJ fell on his back and held his nose. You didn't see any blood, but that didn't make the situation better. Marlon just hurt a fucking kid. And he was supposed to be the responsible one here. Louis ran over and helped AJ up. Good.

You walk over to Willy and Mitch and stood slightly in front of them. Just in case something happened, you wanted to protect them the most. Rosie starts barking like crazy when Marlon points the gun in the air. He starts giving a little speech talking about how we all kept the two safe and this is how they thanked us. By killing Brody.

"Well FUCK THEM!" Marlon points the gun at them. "Marlon stop it!" You shout, he didn't listen. "What are you going to offer up to your raider friends when they come knocking?!" Clementine is able to get out. Your surprised Marlon hasn't put a bullet in her skull yet. More whispers and people wondering what the fuck she's talking about echo in your ears. You were wondering too.

"Brody told me Marlon was going to give me and AJ up to the raiders in exchange for safety!" She paused, taking a look around to look at our faces. "..The same way he gave up Sophie and Minnie!" You looked at Tenn quickly, gasping. His face was confusion and sadness all at the same time. "Oh my god!" Ruby whisper shouted. Her voice was cracking from the tension. "What the fuck?!" Mitch runs a hand through his hair and moves to stand next to you. Omar shakes his head in disbelief and looks away to try and take his attention anywhere but here.

"Shut up!" Marlon was getting more angry by the second. Who knows how long it'll take before he shoots someone? "Let her talk!" Aasim speaks up. "Brody told me the truth. And THATS when Marlon killed her!" Marlon eventually had enough, "Oh come the fuck on! They only met up with these "raiders" because Clem insisted they go out there!" Marlon started to walk around and everyone backed up. "Quite the coincidence huh? Shame I don't believe in those!" He stops, keeping the gun pointed at Clementine. Everyone was terrified now. "The first thing she did was attack you Tenn." He took a glance at the kid, a few tears were threatening to fall down his face. "Think about when the adults left us! I pulled us out of that fear! I saved us. I gave us courage again!" He then stopped and looked at you. "I saved you from dying, bloody and alone." You crossed your arms and looked at the ground for a moment. He's right. But he should've let you die then if this is what was going to happen.

"You gonna trust Johnny-come-lately and her fucking lunatic?" He moved the gun to AJ for a second before putting it back on Clem. "Or me. Your friend?!" Now this was fucking ridiculous. He was trying to manipulate you all to be on his side. Even you could see through that. So why can't they?

Clementine looked at Louis. "Come on Louis! Don't let him do this!" He shook his head, "Oh no, I am NOT involved." Clem looked astonished, "What?" She mutters. You can feel her pain, but Louis and Marlon are best friends, they've know each other for years. And Louis hadn't even known Clem for more than two days. "I.. I like you Clem but I.." Him and Marlon exchange glances. "Not me. I'm sorry." Louis then started mumbling apologies while Marlon was smirking. You wanted to slap him so hard he couldn't smile at all anymore.

"You can do the right thing here Louis! Just step the fuck up!" Clementine shouts, agitated. Louis mutters a swear and looks at Marlon. "Come on man, drop the gun-"
"Louis! She. Killed. Brody!" He's really set on that. As Brody told you once before, when Marlon gets scared, he gets angry. "We can't let her walk away!" Marlon focuses on Clem once again. Louis shook his head and looked at her, "I'm sorry Clem.. but I have to trust Marlon." Clementines stance shifts a bit, "Brody trusted him to. And now she's dead!" She looked at Marlon and pointed a finger at him, "And HE killed her!"
"Take that back!" He hesitated, lowering the gun for a second before slowly raising it back up, pointing at Clementines head. She closed her eyes and you were about to jump in, but Louis beat you to it.

Marlon paused. "You don't know what your doing man." Louis shakes his head at him and puts his hands slightly up, "Come on Marlon, drop the gun. This is how adults do things, not us."

Aasim then steps up a bit, "Stand down Marlon, be reasonable." Everyone starts slowly walking towards him, making him walk back. "You don't get it do you?! You don't understand." He looks around nervously, "I'm trying to protect you!" You take a few steps so your right in front, "By waving a fucking gun around? How is this protecting us?! You're trying to manipulate us dude! This isn't how we do things!" Marlon looks at you as you put a protective arm out in front of Clementine. "Brodys dead. Sophie and Minerva are gone!" Clementine put a hand on your shoulder. "You suck at protection!" She then jabs a finger in Marlon's direction.

"I made the right call! I saved us! If they'd come back, I'd do it again!" Ruby's eyes went wide as she stepped closer, "Ex-fucking-scuse me?!" You then glance at Mitch, you're able to catch the glare from him out of the corner of your eye directed to Marlon. "I didn't realize we were so fucking expendable!" Aasim crosses his arms. "You're a dick." Mitch mutters. Tenn then steps forward. "You told me they died!.." Marlon tried to speak but Tenn cut him back off. "You gave my sisters away! Why would you do something like that?!" Marlon looked down at him. "Easy, because he's a fucking coward." Clementine confirms. "A real leader would sacrifice himself." You mutter. Marlon finally lowers the gun. "I'm sorry Tenn, I really am. I wanted to stage some kind of rescue." Marlon paused, looking at the ground. You could see the tears in his eyes. "I.. I was too afraid."

Rosie was barking even louder now. "I didn't want this." He mutters, taking a small glance at everyone. "We can still fix this." Clementine reassured him and took a step or two towards him. You moved your arm so she could get by. Her hands were in front of her as she walked closer. "It'll be okay." Louis says, continuing as he walks closer from behind Clem, "We're all family here. The only one any of us have left." That seemed to catch Marlon off guard.

Marlon looked down at the gun and slowly let it fall to the ground. He pinched the bridge of his nose before looking at us. "I know I betrayed you.. all of you." There were a few nods you could see. "Just let me leave, you'll never have to see me again." Clementine looked deep in thought but looked up as Marlon walked up to her. "Just let me become.. a bad memory." His posture is a lot more slouched now.

"We can-" You watch Ruby and some others shriek as Marlon's forehead is opened by a bullet. He falls onto Clem before she pushes him off and onto the ground. She slowly raised her hands up, now covered in both Marlon AND Brody's blood, in shock and looked to her right, now noticing AJ standing there. You looked at the kid, mouth agape, "Holy shit." You mumble, staring at him. You glance at Mitch for a split second. He just stood there, shocked. For once he seemed distraught and had nothing to say. Not even a swear. And when you look behind you to Louis, he was also quiet. For once. This was bad. This was really fucking bad, and if you knew anything about this group, there was 100% going to be fallout. You looked back to AJ. He just looked around cluelessly. "I aimed for the head.."
