Alex (woooo! Alex's POV)

"Babe! It's 2.30, can you go pick the kids up?" I heard Kate ask from inside.

We were currently finishing the decorations for Jake and Jade's graduation party while Jason and Justin attended the ceremony.

"Yeah sure!" I answered as I walked back up the steps of the patio.

I walked into Jason and Justin's kitchen to see Kate placing some little finger food on large plates.

"I'll be back, love," I said kissing her cheek after grabbing the keys off the counter.

"Alright, drive safe," She said.

I saluted her, giving her a smile.

"Go, you dork," She laughed. I always manage to make her laugh even if it's something little I do.

"I love you!" I yelled walking to the foyer.

"I love you too!" She yelled back.

As I got to the front door the bell rang. I opened it to see it was Pattie and my parents.

"Mum! Dad! Pattie!" I grinned bringing them all in a hug.

"I've missed you guys," I said pulling back.

"Hey son,"

"Alexander darling,"

"Hello Alex,"

They said, each greeting me.

"How are you all?" I asked.

"Great thanks,"

"Marvellous,"

"Good thank you,"

"That's good, uhh Kate should be in the kitchen but I gotta go to pick up the kids," I said excusing myself and letting them inside.

"Alright it's good to see you again!" Pattie smiled.

"You too!" I said as I watched over to the Jeep.

I got in and drove out of the driveway, beginning my way to the school.

I looked at my watch to see it was 2.59pm. One minute.

Soon the bell rang and kids walked -well ran- out of the gate to their parents.

Few minutes later, I saw the four partners in crime walk out together.

They spotted the car and walked over.

"Hey kiddos," I greeted as they got in.

"Hi Daddy,"

"Hey Dad,"

"Hi Uncle Al,"

"Hello Uncle Alex,"

They greeted.

"How was school?" I ask as I got into the school traffic.

"Boring as always dad," Liam pouted, his bright green eyes shining.

"6 more years son," I chuckled.

"6 years too long," He pouted.

"You'll be right," I said reaching over and ruffling his hair.

"How 'bout you sweetheart?" I asked.

"It was great daddy, Mrs Grey changed our groups now I'm with Khiya!" She grinned.

Khyia was her best friend and has been since pre-school.

"Wow, that's good," I said as she nodded agreeing.

"What about you two monkeys?" I asked.

"It was fun! We won guard the castle," Jordan grinned.

"That's nice! Congratulations," I said nodding my head.

"What about you Matty?" I asked the youngest in the back.

"It was good," He answered quietly.

"Just good?" I asked.

He hummed and I didn't push it further.

I looked in the rear-view mirror to see he was fidgeting with his fingers. Hmm I'll tell Justin about it later.

"Alright, so when we get to Uncle J's house, I need you all to get dressed quickly, Jake and Jade come home soon and we need to be ready to surprise them with the other guests," I said instructing them.

They all nodded excitedly. They love parties.

"Alright we're here, get ready kiddos," I said as I parked the car letting them out.

They all ran out except Jayden.

"Need help little one?" I asked.

He looked up and shook his head.

"No, I can do it," He said quietly.

I frowned. Something's wrong.

"What's wrong little Jay?" I asked.

"S'Nothing wrong," He answered. He isn't usually this quiet.

He looked up again and I noticed his eyes.

They were a stormy grey which means he's about to cry or he's sad.

"Baby," I sighed walking beside him.

"Nothing's wrong Uncle Alex, I can do this by myself, can you please leave me alone?" He asked with a hint of anger behind his voice.

I frowned. I didn't know what to say.

"I..I okay, I'm sorry, I'll leave the door open," I said walking abit faster to the door.

I walked up the stairs and waited as he slowed walked himself over, running his stick along the ground.

"You're still here, Uncle Alex," He said.

My eyes widened. How did he know?

"I.. I can't just leave you alone bud," I said.

"Yes you can, just like everyone else," He whispered the last part.

My heart broke. "Baby, no one's left you," I said.

"Yeah not yet... but once they'll realise I can't do things like them, they'll leave," He said before walking forward and into the house.

I stood still. How can a kid this young feel like this?

I walked inside to hear the chatter of people.

Walking outback to see some people have arrived.

"Hey everyone!" I said as I got a waved back.

"Justin said he and Jason are almost back with the twins!" I said.

The nodded and some began to make their way into the foyer.

"Babe, what took so long?" Kate asked walking over to me.

"I don't know, I was just talking to Jayden, he seemed so sad," I said frowning.

"Aww poor baby, I'll talk to Justin about it," She said. I nodded.

Soon I heard Jason's car drive in and the doors shut.

Few minutes later the twins opened the door and we yelled "SURPRISE!"

"OMG!" Jake smiled.

"You guys!" Jade grinned.

Everyone took photos of the two surprised and greeted them.

"Congratulations to both you," I said hugging them.

"Congratulations darlings," Kate smiled giving them a hug.

They thanked us and went to get ready.

The party was in full swing and mostly everyone was outback having a good time.

I sat at the table where Jason and some of this friends were talking.

"What's wrong bro?" Jason asked.

"Uhh nothing, It's a quarter to 8 and Kieran's not here yet, he hasn't messaged me," I said looking at my phone.

Maybe I should of picked him up..

"He'll be here soon, I'm sure nothing's wrong just running abit late, check inside maybe?" He suggested.

I nodded and walked over to the back door.

I saw Kate inside with a couple of girls in the kitchen.

"Kate? Is Kieran here yet?" I asked worried.

"Not yet but he just messaged me, he was stuck in traffic," She said. That reassured me that nothing was wrong.

"Alright just thought something was wrong," I said.

"Nope it's algoods," She smiled.

I nodded and suddenly the bell rang.

I walked to the entrance foyer and opened the door.

"Dad!" They said.

"K baby! I've missed you!" I said wrapping my arms around him.

"Missed you too dad," He smiled.

"Where's mum?" He asked.

"In the kitchen, having a mothers meeting," I chuckled.

"I heard that!" Kate said from around the corner.

"Mum!" Kieran smiled.

"Baby, how are you? I've missed you loads," Kate smiled as she pulled our eldest into her embrace.

"Good Ma but the work load is a lot and I've missed you too," He said.

"First year of Uni, babe not that easy," Late chuckled.

He nodded and pouted. "I know,"

"Now, where's my two partners in crime? The trio is back," Kieran smirked as he walked out back.

"McCann has arrived!" He shouted. Wow what an entrances

Soon I heard Jake yelled.

"Mah homie is here!"

"What's up home slice?" Kieran asked.

"Nothing much loaf of bread," Jake said as they did a bro hug/shake.

"Congratulations on graduating, you made it!" Kieran said.

"Yeah I know, I'm surprised myself. I even got to say a speech today," Jake grinned.

"Oh wow! Never thought you'd be one to say a speech and at graduation!" Kieran said surprised.

"I know!" Jake laughed.

Soon Jade walked up.

"Chicken nugget, congratulations," Kieran said hugging her.

"Thanks egg," She smiled.

"How are you?" He smiled.

"Great! How's uni? Is it hard?" She asked.

"Wait aren't you supposed to be Uni now?" Jake interrupted.

"Yeah but I came to surprise you! Surprise!" He said.

They laughed and did a group hug.

"To answer your question, Uni's hard, there's a lot of work load," Kieran said.

Jake scrunched up his face. "Ugh! I hate doing work,"

They laughed. "Well your parents still know how to throw a party," Kieran commented looking around the backyard.

The twins let Kieran greeted everyone while they went back to what they were doing.

"Uncle Jase," Kieran smiled.

"Kieran, how are you son?" Jason asked he stood up and hugged him.

"Good thanks, how are you?" Kieran asked.

"Great, life's good," Jason smiled.

"How's New York?" He asked. Kieran attend NYU for Law. We've helped him out and support him with his own apartment and stuff.

"Busy," Kieran answered.

"Ahh yes, do you like it?" Jason asked. Kieran nodded.

"Yeah,"

"Where's Uncle Jay?" He asked.

Jason pointed over to the pool where Justin was seated on one of the pool chairs talking to his mum.

"Uncle Jay!" Kieran yelled.

Justin looked up and smiled spotting Kieran.

"Buddy! How are you?!" Justin smiled.

"Good what about you?"

"I'm great thank you,"

"How do you like New York?" Justin asked.

"Yeah it's good, I love the photos I can take of the sunsets and sunrises, very active city, but I love it nonetheless, it's going to be my home for a few more years," Kieran said. I remember he was going to do photography but changed his mind last year.

"Yeah that's nice, isn't it," Justin smiled.

"Yeah I'm just going to go greet everyone but I'll be back," Kieran said excusing himself.

"Oh, yeah of course! Go have fun, we'll catch up later," Justin said.

Kieran went on to greet his siblings and cousins aswell the people that he knew.

The party has ended and only a couple of people are here.

I smiled as I spotted Kieran between his brother and sister at the fire while the Bieber kids sat across them. They were all laughing and smiling. They were all back together again.

Sat with them were friends of the twins.

They all sat around the fire with blankets and ate marshmallows while Judah played the guitar.

The vibe was good.

"The kids are back together," Justin said sitting down on Jason's lap.

"They are," Kate smiled sitting at the table.

"I'm happy that they are," Jason smiled taking a sip of his Corona.

Soon we were looking at circle of kids. Suddenly it felt like we were all thinking the same thing as we all got up and got water guns.

"Let's go," Jason grinned evilly.

"Attack!"

I saw the kids look up and scurry away.

"No!!! We're under attack! Everyone split!" Kieran yelled as they all dispersed.

Kieran and twins ran up to the patio to collect some waters guns.

"Haha, now you're outnumbered," Kieran smirked as they all lined up, each with a water gun.

"Bring it," Jason laughed.

Soon it became a massive water fight at midnight.

The night ended with good laughs and smiles.
