YESEUL GROANED AGAIN WHEN THE BALL JUST SLIGHTLY HIT THE HOOP.

just thinking about jaewon and their situation was bad. but then thinking of him possibly being so oblivious of her feelings and having a girlfriend was a way worse thought to her. and that's why she was at the basketball court. like always.

however, she guessed that the universe had it out for her to have a bad day. seeing how she was not able to shoot even one proper hoop within the previous hour. it had been a day like everyday and because it was last period, history and well that can just kiss her ass.

it was a sunny day, much contrary to the way she felt. her luck this day not being helpful. soon the bell signalling the end of last period rang throughout the school as she let out a sigh of relief. students were flooding out from everywhere, rushing and rambling on about their day at the same time.

yeseul just stood still, dribbling the basketball in her hand as she waited for the after school basketball kids to come by. she was not good at school, but that doesn't mean she was half as bad at tutoring kids. besides she was getting paid.

however she was rather skeptical of how today's class would go with bad hands. and so she decided that today they would just play among themselves, practicing and putting up friendly fights. as she watched and went through her packet of blueberries.

it was a laughable memory if she thought back to how she whipped she looked to everyone but jaewon. yeseul couldn't stop herself from thinking everything jaewon and it was given she would be able to conduct a class with this condition.

ushering the kids out an hour into the usual two hour practice, yeseul managed to convince them into thinking that basketball had theory they were to search up and recite to her their next meet. 

now being past 6:30, yeseul decided to go on a drive before heading home. and that was when jaewon and hanyi decided to bump into her, adding on to her pool of mixed feelings. "where have you been grumps" jaewon blurted out at her, when she was ear shot.

"we have been looking for you everywhere. you're driving me crazy you know that" yeseul peeked behind jaewon to hanyi who could only shoot her looks of slight pity. she knew what yeseul was going through and all about her crush, which even led her to overthinking jaewon's sudden proposal.

his lecture ran on for five minutes more before yeseul excused herself, jogging to her car, having enough of the pressure. driving her route, the road surprisingly empty despite the given time, she tried clearing her mind off any jaewon remains.

spending her time on the hood of her car, she gazed at the sky thinking of how her life would've been now if only her relationship with toxic bff/crush was simply platonic, no feelings whatsoever. eventually she clicked back to reality and headed back home; the school gym.

dusting her "bed" in the school gym, she scrolled through her instagram feed before switching it off again and looking around the boring room in hopes of sighting something new.

and there indeed she spotted the poster. that dnyl club.
