Summary : Louis becomes a suspect in one of the investigations .

Louis walked into the meeting room and sat on the chair next to Harry's , who was already sitting at the table as he went through some papers . Louis looked down at the papers , "What's the meeting about ?"

Harry moved one of the papers closer to Louis and pointed down a paragraph . "We're working on an undercover mission , one of guys from our new team is going to be working at a building that we suspect is receiving funds to do organ-trafficking ."

Louis' face scrunched up , "Disgusting ."

"Which is why I wanted you in this meeting ." Harry grabbed his hand , holding it warmly in his large hand . "I want you to know the details of this undercover operation , the team , the guy who's going to infiltrate the building - so when you see him on the street you'll know not to treat him like you know him ."

Louis squeezed Harry's hand , "Okay ."

Harry kissed the back of Louis' hand as more people walked into the meeting room , he kept his chair close to Louis as the other chairs started filling and the meeting began .

It was three days into the operation that their cover blew .

A gunfight broke in the building between Harry's guards and the people exposed for organ-trafficking , some guards were injured - as if the traffickers knew what was coming .

The group of traffickers was arrested , two of them died during the exchange of fire .

Harry was sitting in his office behind his desk , his head in his hands . What went wrong this time ?

He gathered Victor , Liam , and a few more heads in his security chain , and went with them to -2 floor for a secret meeting .

"We changed nothing in this operation . We did everything just the way we always do with undercover operations . What the fuck went wrong this time ?"

Liam had his hands linked under his chin , knee jumping as he went over everything in his head . "Maybe they knew Thomas ? Knew he was one of us ?"

"No way . We investigated all of their backgrounds and Thomas' background - there were no links . We wouldn't have sent him if there was a link , or even a possibility for a link ." Anthony , the head of the Cyber team , shook his head .

They went over everything once again ; the meeting was taking over three hours by that point .

Anthony pointed his finger down on one of the papers . "Mr. Styles ."

Harry looked down to where Anthony pointed and frowned , "Louis ? What does he have to do with this ?"

Anthony stayed quiet , debating with himself whether to say anything or not . He decided to speak either way . "Mr. Tomlinson was present in the meeting before the operation started . He was never present before . This time he was ."

Harry glared at Anthony . "What are you suggesting ? That Louis leaked intel ? He will never ."

"It is the only thing that doesn't line up ." Anthony put his hands up in surrender , "I hate to say it , but I think we need to look into it ."

Harry's glare didn't falter . "Louis will never . He will never leak . I know him - this is bullshit ."

Anthony nodded along , "I understand and I support you , Mr. Styles - however , I still think it's worth looking into ."

Harry's jaw was tight . "Let me handle this ."

Louis just parked his car in front of the dogs' pavilion in his assigned spot , just as he locked the car he saw Harry from the corner of his eye , walking over to him . He turned to face Harry and smiled , "Hey Hazzie ."

"Hey baby ." Harry held Louis' waist and brought him closer , he kissed him for a bit before pulling back . "I need you to come with me ."

"Okay . Where to ?" Louis asked , looking a bit confused . Harry only took his hand and walked with him to the office building , to -2 floor .

They walked into one of the rooms for privacy , Harry pulled out a chair for Louis , "Sit , baby ."

Louis sat down , smiling in confusion when Harry stood behind his chair with his hands on his shoulders and leaned down to kiss the top of his head a few times .

He held Harry's hands that were on his shoulders , "Hazzie , you're being kind of weird . What's going on ?" He looked up at him upside down .

Harry moved from behind Louis and stood next to him , "I need you to give me your phone ." He held his hand out .

Louis blinked a few times before he handed over his phone to Harry . "You're being weirder ."

Harry took the phone , grabbing Louis' hand before he pulled it back and kissing the back of it , before walking to the door , "Wait here . Don't go anywhere ." He said and left the room .

He returned a few minutes later and shut the door behind him , sitting on the chair in front of Louis on the other side of the table . He crossed his hands together ontop of the table and looked over to Louis . "Baby ."

Louis crossed his arms over the table with a frown on his face , "You're worrying me ."

"Did you tell anyone about the operation ?"

Louis' eyebrows pinched together , "No . Why are you asking ?"

"Our cover blew in three days . This never happened before - we did everything just the same way we always do . The only thing that did change , was that you were present in the meeting before the operation ."

Louis' shoulders dropped and his arms slid off the table . "You think I blew your cover ?" He asked in a quiet voice .

"Did you - or did you not - tell anyone outside the meeting room about the operation ?" Harry asked again , "Did you see Thomas on the streets and talk to him ? Did you tell Niall about a possible operation ?"

"No , Harry , I didn't -- do you even hear what you're saying ?" Louis shook his head , "How can you accuse me of such thing ? It's me , Harry ."

Harry's heart clenched in his chest , Louis sounded so sad . "I hate doing this as much as you do ."

"Do you ?" Louis frowned sadly , "Because you look like you actually believe that I did something ." He leaned back in his chair and crossed his arms over his chest , "I've been nothing but loyal . To you , to the company , to this city . We've been dating long enough for you to know that , too ."

Harry stood up from his seat and moved to kneel next to Louis , "I don't believe that you did this . I really don't ."

"Then wh-why am I here ?" Louis looked down at Harry with tears in his eyes , "It's up to you who's brought into interrogation , and you chose to bring me in . Why ? If you really believed that I did nothing then I wouldn't be here ."

"I need to rule it out . Prove that you didn't do anything ."

"And knowing me for more than three years isn't enough ? What we have isn't enough of proof for you ?" Louis stood up from the chair and stepped away when Harry tried holding his hand .

Harry stood up aswell , though didn't try to walk closer to Louis . "I don't like doing this . I do , however , still need to look into everything ." He said , "I don't believe that you did anything ."

There was a knock on the door , right when Harry was about to walk over to Louis . Louis wiped his eyes as Harry went to open the door , letting a cyber team member into the room .

"We didn't find anything on Mr. Tomlinson's phone . No strange apps , no weird services , no weird links , no messages . His phone is clean ."

Harry nodded , "Finish up quickly and give me his phone back ."

The team member nodded and left the room , Harry closed the door behind him .

"There you go , here's your answer ." Louis crossed his arms over himself , "Once I'm getting my phone back I'm out of here ."

Harry walked over to him , pausing when Louis moved away .

"Baby I needed to m --"

"I know and I still hate it ." Louis shook his head , "I don't want to stay any longer than needed . D-Don't force me to ."

"Can I come closer ?" Harry asked , heart clenching once again when Louis shook his head .

"You can make them hurry up and give me my phone back quicker ." Louis wiped his eyes and sniffled a bit .

Harry's heart squeezed in his chest , his jaw was tight . Every inch of his body wanted to wrap Louis up in a hug , he had to force himself to keep himself away from Louis .

Louis turned a bit away from Harry and dried his eyes with his sleeves , sniffling as he calmed himself down .

The door opened again , and the same guy from the cyber team returned with Louis' phone . Harry took it from him and turned back to Louis , he stepped closer and handed him the phone .

"Baby can you look at me ?" He asked as Louis took the phone .

Louis slowly lifted his gaze up to Harry's face , he shifted on his feet . "Can I go now ?" He asked in a quiet voice .

Harry hated the sad look on Louis' face , the sadness in his red eyes . And still , he moved out of his way , stepping aside to give him a clear path to the door . He watched as Louis made his way out of the room , leaving the door open as he left .

Harry worked non-stop for three days straight to find out how their intel was leaked . He hadn't seen Louis those past three days - he never went home , just worked and worked .

Louis , even though he was upset with Harry , was worried about him . He asked Liam how Harry was doing , and Liam told him that he worked .

On day four of not seeing Harry , Louis decided to go to his office . He punched the code to the door and opened it , his heart hurt in his chest at the sight of Harry .

Harry had bags under his eyes , his hair was a bit ruffled , he had a frown on his face . 

Harry turned when his door opened , he was just making himself another cup of coffee when Louis walked in .

Louis looked down at the coffee cup Harry was halfway through preparing , then looked at Harry's desk - where there were five more empty cups . He walked over to Harry and moved the cup away from him , but before he could open his mouth , Harry talked .

"We found traces of a trojan app on Thomas' phone . We're still trying to figure out how it ended up on his phone , but someone was eavesdropping through that trojan app - we couldn't trace the source , we reached proxy servers ." He said , his voice rough and tired .

Louis put his hand on Harry's cheek , "Harry , --"

"It was him the entire fucking time -- how could I let this happen ? How did I not see anything ?" Harry shook his head , as if he couldn't believe himself for what happened . "I was not even one bit merciful on him in section C . He knew what he was doing , he confessed to trying to bringing you down too , make us think it was you --"

"It's alright , hey , it's okay ." Louis cupped his face to stop him , "He's not a problem anymore , and the organ-traffickers are not a problem anymore . Everything is okay , you made it okay again ."

Harry stepped closer and wrapped his arms around Louis , pressing his face into his neck and breathing him in . Louis held him tightly and rubbed the back of his neck to calm him down , "Let's go sleep ." He whispered , "I know you haven't slept ."

"Can't . Not yet . Not before we find out about that trojan app ." Harry shook his head .

"Let your cyber security team handle it - you'll know when they find something ." Louis squeezed him a bit .

"I'm sorry , baby . I'm so fucking sorry ." Harry pulled his face out of Louis' neck to look down at him , "I'm sorry for putting you through interrogation , I'm sorry I made you feel like I didn't trust you ."

Louis hugged him again and nodded , "Thanks for apologizing . I would never do that , Hazzie ."

"I know , I'm sorry baby . I love you ."

"I love you ." Louis pressed a warm kiss to Harry's jawline , "Come sleep with me now . You're exhausted ."

Harry let himself get pulled along to the secret room behind the shelves , he kicked his clothes off and sat on the bed , watching as Louis took his clothes off aswell , then dressed in one of Harry's large shirts .

Louis blushed soft-pink at catching Harry staring at him changing , he moved the covers and slid in with Harry joining him . He smiled when Harry settled above him and kissed him , he closed his eyes and let Harry kiss him for a bit .

"Mm , Haz - Hazzie ." Louis pushed him back a bit and smiled , "I want you to sleep ."

"I want to be with you ." Harry wrapped his arms tighter around Louis and pulled him close , "Let me be with you ."

Louis wrapped his arms around Harry's neck and kissed him quickly , "I'm not going anywhere - I'll be here when you wake up ."

Harry crashed himself half ontop of Louis , his face pressed to Louis' neck and his arms caged his smaller body . Louis squeezed him and kissed the side of his head , allowing himself to relax and fall asleep aswell .
