Summary : Louis and Harry recently started dating , and Louis still isn't used to people staring at them everywhere they go .

As I've said in the last part , I'm super busy these days and so updates will take longer . Please be patient with me , adulting it hard .

Louis stood in line at a small corner Cafe in the city , he checked over the menu once again as he tried picking between two hot drinks he wanted .

He felt his phone buzzing in his pocket and pulled it out , smiling with blush on his cheeks when he saw it was Harry .

"Hey Harry ."

"Hey baby . You doing okay ?"

"Yeah , I'm actually out getting something hot to drink ." Louis shyly grabbed his sweater paws in his hands . "You ?"

"I'm out too . Where are you ? We could meet up ."

"Oh - really ? Are you ... are you not busy ?"

"I'd love to see you if you're free ."

"Yeah . Yeah , of course ." Louis smiled , his blush deepened . "I'm waiting in line at Horizon Cafe ."

"I'm five minutes away . See you , baby ."

"See you ." 

They hung up , Louis bit his lower lip to control his grin as he took a step forward in line .

It was almost his turn to order when the Cafe's door opened , catching everyone's attention . Louis turned his head aswell , immediately smiling when he saw it was Harry .

Harry made his way over to Louis and put his arm around him , "Hey baby ." He kissed his cheek .

"Hi ." Louis turned a bit to face him , looking up at him with pink cheeks ; he wasn't used to public display of affection .

"Did you pick your order ?" Harry asked as he looked at the board high up on the wall behind the counter , Louis nodded , "Yeah ." They moved forward in line to the counter , the guy behind the desk gave them a nervous smile .

"What w-would you like to order ?"

Louis scanned over the menu once more before turning back to the guy , "One medium hot chocolate please , and one chocolate chip cookie ." He tapped on the glass , where some cookies were on the display plate .

The guy nodded and put the order in , turning to Harry , "A-And for you , Mr. Styles ?"

"One medium black coffee ." Harry said and handed over his credit card .

The guy nodded and put the order in , taking Harry's card to pay .

Louis' jaw hung a bit open , he turned to Harry , "You didn't have to pay ." He said quietly .

Harry only squeezed him closer to his body and kissed his forehead before accepting his card back . They went to wait for their order at the side counter , Harry kept his hands on Louis' waist , "How's your morning been ?"

"It's been good ." Louis nodded , "Odin and I trained a bit , but then it started raining so he's in the apartment right now . Then I really wanted hot chocolate , so I'm here now ." He blushed soft-pink .

People around them were watching , staring at them . Seeing Mr. Harry Styles , the most feared and respected man in the city , being affectionate with his partner - was a sight no one expected to see .

Louis shifted a bit as he kept his attention on Harry , who pulled him closer so their fronts were pressed , "Is everything okay ?" He asked quietly .

"People are staring at us ." Louis whispered so only Harry could hear .

Harry smiled a bit , "Let them stare ." Then his smile fell , "Does it make you uncomfortable ?"

"It's ... it's weird . I've never pulled attention before ." Louis whispered as his blush deepened .

Their order was ready , Louis took his hot chocolate and paper bag with the cookie , saying a small 'thank you' , while Harry grabbed his coffee with one hand , his other pressed to Louis' lower back .

They went to sit at one of the tables in the corner , Louis pulled the cookie out of the bag and took apart a piece to eat , sighing out , "It's so good ." He then took apart another piece and offered it to Harry , "Want some ?"

"No baby , you can have it ." Harry shook his head , before leaning forward a bit , "How about you finally give me a kiss instead ?" He smiled at the blush on Louis' cheeks .

Louis leaned forward aswell and kissed Harry quickly ; people around them were still watching , and now that they were sitting in front of the glass windows , passers-by were glancing at them aswell .

Harry scrunched his nose fondly as Louis grabbed his hot chocolate and took a sip , hiding his blush behind the cup .

"One more ." Harry put his hand on Louis' armrest . Louis put his cup on the table and took another bite of his cookie , "You just got one ." He teased playfully , giggling when Harry tickled his waist for a second .

He let Harry kiss him again , pulling back first seconds later when Harry didn't show any sign of stopping the kiss .

"People are still staring ." Louis said quietly .

"Let's give them something proper to stare at , then ." Harry smirked .

"No ." Louis blushed through a smile , "There's already enough attention ."

Harry sipped on his coffee and scooted his chair closer to Louis , "You should come to the office building when you can . The dogs' pavilion should be finished this week ."

"I will , I'll tell you before I come over ."

"You should stay for lunch too ."

"Like , lunch date ?" Louis asked , Harry smiled , "Lunch date . Bring Odin aswell ."

"My poor pup will third-wheel us ." Louis pouted a bit before drinking more of his hot chocolate , "I'll bring him though ."

"He could stay with Liam ." Harry moved Louis' hair behind his ear , "I'll tell him to dogsit for us ." He dropped his gaze to Louis' lips , before looking back up . "Deal ?"

"Deal ." Louis nodded , he then poked Harry's dimple , "Are you sure you don't want a bit of the cookie ? I've had half of it already by myself ."

"I'm sure baby . You can have it all ." Harry nodded , "I do , however , want another kiss ." He leaned forward again and kissed Louis gently .

Louis kissed back , though pulled away in two seconds with a pinched look on his face , "You taste like black coffee ." He turned his head away and chuckled when Harry kissed his cheek a few times .

He saw people watching them , some were being less subtle than others . He blushed under all of the attention he and Harry were pulling , making him shift in his seat a bit as he grabbed his hot chocolate from the table .

"How do you mind it when people stare ?" Louis asked quietly .

"I don't . They can stare all they want , I ignore them all ." Harry leaned back in his seat , "In fact , I want them to stare at us ."

"You ... what ?"

"I want people to see , to watch us . I want them to see you with me , I want them to know not to mess with you without having to say it out loud ." He smirked at Louis' blush and drank more of his coffee . "Is that okay with you ?" Harry asked , after seconds of Louis being quiet .

Louis took a small bite of his cookie , cheeks still red with blush . "Well I -- I've never had someone want to be seen with me . E-Especially like this ." He gave Harry a small smile , "It's just new to me . All of this ."

Harry moved closer so he was sitting directly in front of Louis , his knees on either sides of Louis' knees . "I'd love to show you off . Will you let me ?" He held his palms up for Louis to hold his hands .

Louis placed his small hands in Harry's as he nodded ; he had an emotional lump in his throat that prevented him from talking just yet . To hear someone say out loud that they want to be seen with him , that they were not ashamed or embarrassed of being seen with him - made him emotional , even grateful .

Harry held his hands and brought them to his lips , kissing his knuckles as he watched Louis . He slowly lowered their hands to Louis' lap when he noticed the slight gloss of tears in Louis' eyes ; it was barely visible , but the way the light shone through the windows made his eyes shine with tiny , tiny tears .

"What is it ?" Harry whispered as he frowned , tightening his hold on Louis' hands .

Louis smiled and shook his head , "'s nothing ." He chuckled a bit .

"Baby ." Harry tugged Louis' hands closer to his chest to bring Louis closer , "Talk to me ."

"It's nothing , I just -- I just got a bit worked up . I'm alright ." Louis assured him , "Y-You said you want people to see us together , and that you don't mind it . And it made me happy ."

Harry's tense shoulders dropped a bit , "Come here , baby ." He tugged Louis out of his seat and into his lap sideways , arms lacing around him . Louis fit his arm around Harry's shoulders for balance while Harry pressed a kiss to his cheek and gave him a squeeze .

Louis knew people were staring , he could almost feel their eyes burning into the two of them . But knowing that Harry wanted to be seen with him , knowing he wanted to show Louis off to everyone - made him forget all about the staring , even if it was for a short while .
