Harry looked up when the door to his office buzzed open , a smile spreading on his lips at the sight of Louis . "Hey baby ."

Louis smiled back as he closed the door behind him , "Hi . I've missed you all day ." He pouted a bit as he walked over , "I know you've been busy but you woke up early and left before I woke up ."

Harry pulled the chair back from the desk a bit and opened his arm , a silent invitation to sit in his lap , "I know baby . Had some important emergency meetings early this morning ." He wrapped his arm around Louis as the smaller boy sat in his lap .

"I'm not complaining . Well not much , anyway ." Louis held onto Harry's arm and leaned back into his chest , "What were the meetings about ?"

"Remember I told you about this pharmacy that we tracked arm-dealing at ?"

"Yeah ."

"I'm trashing the fucking place . All of the employees were involved too , they're in custody of the police ."

Louis frowned a bit , "Trash the place ? Completely ?"

"Yes . I gave an order to the fifth unit to trash it down ." Harry nodded , "I'll make it into something better than an arm-dealing lair ."

Louis turned in his lap to face him , "Does it have to involve destroying the place , though ? You could do this without ruining anything ."

"Baby I know that I'm doing ." Harry traced his cheek , "Trust me ."

"What's the name of that pharmacy , again ?"

It was the day after , Harry went for a ride around the city with his guards . He decided to make a stop at the pharmacy to see how things were progressing .

He frowned as he slowed down to a stop in front of the building - the building was stood just the same as he left it a few days ago , untouched , even the police tape wasn't taken off the entrace and the windows .

He stepped out of his car with his radio , "Victor ."

"I'm here , over ."

"Switch to our channel ." Harry said and switched the channel to one where only he and Victor could hear each other .

"Talk to me ."

"I'm in front of the pharmacy ." Harry said into the radio , "I fucking gave an order to trash the place down . Why is still standing the same as we left it a few days ago ?"

"Give me a minute to ask around . Who did you give the order to ?"

"Fifth unit ."

"A minute and I'll have an answer ."

Harry sighed angrily as he walked over to the pharmacy , going under the tape and into the place . Nothing was touched , nothing was moved .

"Apparently Mr. Tomlinson gave an order not to do anything with the place ."

Harry's eyebrows pinched down in anger . "Come again ?"

"Mr. Tomlinson gave an order to the fifth unit not to trash the place , yesterday evening ."

Harry took a deep breath through his nose to calm down , he closed his eyes as he released his breath . "Alright ." He switched the channel to the fifth unit's channel as he stepped out of the building .

"Fifth unit , speak up ."

He waited until he received several answers before he spoke again . "You do not get your orders from Mr. Tomlinson - you get your orders from me . I want the pharmacy trashed the fuck down , today . Get to work ."

He shoved his radio back into his belt and got into his Range Rover , driving back to the office building .

Louis just finished a morning training with the dogs , he fed them and let them roam around the open yard of the pavilion .

He turned his head when he heard footsteps , smiling when he saw Harry . His smile fell when he saw Harry's angry look .

Harry stopped in front of Louis , his jaw was tight and eyebrows pinched together . "I need to talk to you . Now ."

Louis nodded silently and followed Harry into the pavilion , going into Louis' small office . Harry closed the door and turned to Louis , "How dare you ." He asked in a calm voice .

"I-Is this about the pha --"

"Yes it's about the fucking pharmacy ." Harry nodded , "How dare you step over my authority and give my guards a different order than what I fucking told them to do ."

"Well I just didn't want the pharmacy to be trashed , so I --"

"So you gave my guards a different order , after I already told them to do something ." Harry cut him off , again . "You could've talked to me about this , offer your insight about the situation . I would've listened and we could've figured something out , together . Instead you went behind my back ."

Louis' eyes stung with tears ; he hated that Harry was upset , more so upset with him .

Harry took a step forward and tilted Louis' head up so he could look into his eyes . "Know your place . You do not give my guards orders - I do ." His hand dropped from Louis' chin , he stepped back and opened the door , "Do not disrespect me , or my word ." With that he left the small office .

Louis' head dropped , his throat burned as tears filled his eyes , heart pounding in his chest . He sniffled and sat down on his chair , hands shaking as they covered his face .

Louis looked over at the clock ; it was ten thirty p.m and Harry wasn't home yet . He prepared a small dinner for the two of them hours ago , but was still waiting for Harry to come home so he could apologize to him properly .

He shot him a quick text , knee jumping nervously .

He waited a few minutes before Harry texted back , making him whimper as tears filled his eyes once again .

He sniffled and wiped his eyes , not thinking much before he called Niall .

"Oi Oi Tommo ."

"H-Hey Nialler ."

"Oh - Lou are you crying ? Talk to me , what happened ?"

Louis sniffled into the crook of his arm , "I m-messed up ."

"Tell me what happened ."

And so Louis told him . It took time , he had to stop to regain his breathing and sound comprehensive enough for Niall to understand .

"Oof , Lou . You shouldn't have done that ."

"I kn-know , and I h-hate that he's upset with m-me , even though it's justified ."

"Give him time to cool off , show up tomorrow and apologize . Talk to him , he's still your Harry . He loves you to death ."

Louis curled up into himself and bit his lower lip . "Wh-What if he doesn't let me into his office ?"

"Not a fucking chance . That won't happen . He loves you way too much ."

"Niall , the look on his f-face - he was so angry ."

"And yet he still loves you , Lou . I bet everything that I own that if you called him right now and told him that you fell and hurt your elbow he'll be back in no time . That man loves you so much and you can't fool anyone to think otherwise ."

Louis stayed quiet , only sniffled and wiped his eyes and cheeks .

"Go wash your face and try to get some sleep , call me tomorrow , okay ?"

"Okay . Thanks , Ni ."

"Always . Good night Lou ."

"Good night ."

Harry was standing in front of his alcohol wall , he pulled out a bottle and poured a bit into his ice filled glass . He drank it in one go and put the glass down , pouring more alcohol .

He didn't sleep at night , didn't even try to . He'd been out with his guards until the late hours of the night , along with professional workers , to make sure the entire process of trashing down the pharmacy was done .

When he came back to the office he showered and changed his clothes , then sat at his desk to do the paperwork . He didn't bother trying to go to sleep , he knew he wouldn't be able to .

It was a bit after noon , he was stood in front of his alcohol wall , when there was a knock on his door . He put the glass down and looked over to the door , before going to open it .

He wasn't surprised to see Louis standing there ; though his heart clenched in his chest at the sight of Louis' red eyes and the small bags under his eyes . Louis was holding a bouquet of flowers in his arms , blinking as he fleetingly looked up at Harry before he looked away again . "C-Can I come in ?" He asked in a small voice .

Harry moved and held the door open wider , Louis stepped into the room and let Harry shut the door behind him .

Louis didn't waste his time , he held the bouquet out in front of him to Harry , "I-I'm sorry . I'm really sorry . I d-didn't mean to be disrespectful t-to you ." His eyes stung with tears once again . "I-I'm sorry I upset you and made you angry ." He sniffled and pushed the bouquet out a bit more for Harry to take .

And yes , Harry was angry . Was . Seeing Louis so worked up messed with his heart , he took the bouquet with one hand , his other arm curling around Louis' waist to pull him into his chest .

Louis easily fell into the hug , he wrapped his arms around Harry's middle and pressed his face to his chest . "I-I'm sorry ." He whispered , sniffling again .

Harry put the bouquet down on the closest table and wrapped his other arm around Louis aswell , holding him tightly to his chest . He leaned down and kissed the top of his head a few times , "You're okay baby , it's all good . Breathe ."

Louis took a few deep breaths until he calmed down , he pulled his head up from Harry's chest and wiped his eyes and cheeks . Harry tilted his head up to look at him , frowning at the sad look on his face and in his blue eyes .

"I'm really sorry ." Louis started again , this time much calmer . "I never meant to disrespect your orders . I wanted things to be done differently , but didn't think it all the way through . I-I'm sorry ."

Harry kissed his forehead , "Thank you for apologizing ." He caressed his cheeks gently , leaning down to kiss him properly .

Louis' hands curled into Harry's shirt , standing on his tip-toes to kiss him some more - even though Harry always leaned down to kiss him so he didn't have to .

Harry wrapped his arms tightly around Louis' waist and he lifted him up a bit off his feet , then put him back down and pulled back from the kiss to scan over his face . "You look like you didn't sleep very well ."

"You look like you haven't slept at all ." Louis look back up at him , then bit his lower lip , "Why didn't you come home last night ?"

"I was out until late with everyone to take care of the pharmacy , we finished around two a.m . Then I came back here to finish the paperwork and send all of the reports ." Harry explained , "It was better that I went out and did the work . If I was home with you I would've distanced from you and I think that's worse , to be around the person you love and ignore them . I needed to calm down on my own ."

Louis nodded , his eyes became glossy with tears again .

Harry put his hand on the back of Louis' head and brought him closer , kissing his forehead , "I'm not angry anymore baby . Don't worry about it . Everything is okay ." He hugged Louis into his chest again squeezing when he heard Louis sniffling .

Once Louis was calmed down again , Harry lifted his head up and wiped his eyes and cheeks to dry them of tears . "Are you hungry ?" He asked , Louis shook his head .

Harry ran his fingers through Louis' hair to push it behind his ears , "Want anything sweet ?"

Louis shook his head and pressed his face back to Harry's chest , "Can I take a nap ?" He asked , his soft voice muffled into Harry's shirt .

"Of course baby ."

"Can you nap with me ?"

Harry smiled against the top of his head , "Of course baby ."
