Loxy sighed, pinching the bridge of her nose in frustration. "Well," she exclaimed, spreading out her arms. "I knew it was only a matter of time before you did this."
"Did what?" Murphy growled back, inching the front of his gun to aim at her head. "I'm not in the mood for your games, Little Red Riding Hood."
"And I'm really not in the mood for yours," she breathed whilst taking a small step towards him. "Put the gun down, Murphy. It's cool."
"No," he spat, tightening his grip on the weapon. "It's not cool. You know what'll happen to me if you tell Bellamy."
"Tell Bellamy what?" His static voice cut through the air, coming from Jasper's pocket. The shaggy haired boy nervously looked at Murphy, eyes wide.
Loxy couldn't help but smile under her brown locks of hair. Clever boy, Jasper.
"Give me the radio, Jasper," Murphy demanded, storming towards him angrily.
She watched as he slowly began to pull the radio out of his pocket, the other hand held out shakily.
In one fast movement, he yanked it out and yelled into the walkie-talkie, "Murphy has a gun. He tried to kill me."
Murphy lunged at him, knocking him out cold with the butt of his gun.
"No!" She screeched, running at him with fury. Ducking under his attack, she barreled into his chest and knocked the two of them to the ground.
Before she could grab the gun from him, a gunshot rang through the air. Pain exploded in her hand as she tumbled off Murphy. Blood erupted from her palm, spilling out from both ends.
"Murphy! Open the damn door!" Bellamy's enraged voice sounded from outside, only now muffled by the closing drop ship door.
"If you try to be a hero," Murphy angrily growled, his eyes burning into the metal wall. "Both Jasper and you're Little Red Riding Hood here dies."
Fear gripped Loxy's heart as she looked into the hostile eyes of Murphy. Immediately she began to process a plan in her head.
If Bellamy's smart, he'll check and see if there's any loose floor panels. Raven could hot wire the door to open. If Bellamy's not smart, I'll have to figure this out on my own.
"Looks like you're gonna be spending the night with me, Little Red," Murphy gave her a cocky smirk, snaking his arm around her.
"Go to hell, Murphy," Loxy hissed angrily, blood pumping madly in her veins. It took all her control to resist the power flowing through her. All she wanted to do was slam him against the wall and snap his neck.
But as she considered these violent actions, the face of Miles came flooding back into her brain. She stopped struggling against the new restraints she had that were keeping her against the wall. A frown grew on her lips as she thought about the boy she had killed.
"Wow, give up already?" Murphy snickered, shaking his head wildly. He plopped down in front of her, scrutinizing her with his wide eyes. "I wonder what makes you so special. What makes tough guy Bellamy want to protect you."
Loxy clamped her jaw shut before she could speak. He didn't deserve her words. She shouldn't bother trying to say anything to him.
"Damn," Murphy grumbled, grabbing her arm and tugging it into his view. "I really gave you some nasty scars." He eyed them with amusement, a small laugh escaping his throat.
"Don't touch me, asshole," she snarled, pulling her arm away forcefully and letting it hit the wall. She gritted her teeth to avoid wincing in front of Murphy.
"You deserved that pain," Murphy wiped the skin underneath his nose disdainfully. "You're so useless. All you do is get kidnapped by Grounders."
"Do you really have any room to talk?" She retorted, raising an eyebrow mockingly.
"You bitch," he growled, his dark eyes peering at her from beneath his scraggly bangs of hair. "I should go check up on my other friend, Jasper. He's better at keeping company."
Loxy glared at him the entire time he clambered up the ladder, waiting until he disappeared to the second deck before exhaling deeply. She rested her head against the metal wall, looking into the fluorescent lights.
This was going to be a long night.

"Murphy! I know you can hear me."
Loxy's head shot up when she heard the sound of Bellamy through the radio. Her eyes widened at his voice. Twelve hours must've passed, and she was still inside the dropship with a dickhead.
"All our ammo and food is on the middle level. You know that," his voice sounded calm but she could imagine the swirling anger he was feeling at this moment. "You're leaving us vulnerable to an attack. I can't let that happen."
Murphy furiously grabbed the radio, holding it close to his vicious lips. "Yeah well in case you haven't notice, you're not exactly in control right now."
Loxy's heart began to beat slightly faster, anxiety swelling in her chest. She wanted this conflict to be over with. They had bigger issues to solve Murphy's power hungry self.
"C'mon Murphy," Bellamy's voice became strangely soft. "You don't want to hurt them. You want to hurt me."
Immediately Loxy knew what he was doing and became uneasy. She shifted uncomfortably and began fighting against the seatbelts holding her back. "No, Bellamy!"
"Actually I really want to hurt this screaming bitch right now." Murphy shouted, whirling around and shooting daggers at Loxy.
There was a brief pause before Bellamy spoke again. "Well let's make a deal. So what do you say, Murphy? Trade Jasper for me."
Loxy's eyebrows pressed together in confusion.
"All you have to do is let him go, and I'll take his place." Bellamy continued on, ignoring the faint protests from Octavia that Loxy was picking up on.
Murphy hesitated, glancing over at Jasper.
The boy looked at Murphy, tears swelling in his eyes and spilling over onto his cheeks. Fear was written all across his face.
"How?" Murphy asked.
"It's simple. You open the door. I walk in, he walks out."
Loxy waited and examined Murphy's face, watching as he thought out his options.
Finally, after an unbearable silence, he stormed over to the door and slammed the button to open it. It open slowly with large creaking noises, sunlight filtering in through the cracks.
Murphy picked up his gun, aiming it at Jasper before looking back at the doorway. "Just you, Bellamy, unarmed!" He hollered with fury coating his every word. "Ten seconds or I put one in Jasper's leg!"
A shadow appeared at the doorway, and Loxy's heart soared when she saw Bellamy enter. "Bellamy—"
He silenced her with a wave of his hand, letting Jasper out the dropship first. "Loxy are you okay?" Bellamy whimpered as he ran up to her. "I—"
The sound of a gun clicking stopped both of them from embracing.
"Not another step towards her, or I end both of you!" Murphy spat, his gun pointed at Bellamy's head.
"It's okay," Loxy whispered feebly. "Just do as he asks." Although she knew what Murphy was about to ask of him. This sadistic, murderous boy was about to try to get Bellamy killed.
Loxy strained her ears, praying she would hear another one of the floor panels shuffling under her. She knew it was Raven, hopefully doing exactly what Loxy wanted her to do. Hot wire the door.
"I don't understand why you couldn't just obey me, Murphy," Bellamy spoke sharply, slowly moving away from her. "I give you an order and you follow it, right? It's that simple."
"To hell with your orders. You'll do as I say now." Murphy spat, keeping his gun aimed at Bellamy. He shot a few bullets, hitting the wall behind her boyfriend.
"Stop Murphy!" She shouted, managing to free herself from the restraints. Despite the pain her injured hand, she leapt at Murphy, tumbling to the ground with him.
Using her unwounded hand, she punched him in the jaw, trying to grab the gun from him. She was only to be met by the butt of the weapon, pain exploding from her chin.
"Don't touch her!" Bellamy began charging towards Murphy, only to be stopped by another gunshot. But it wasn't aimed at him. It was aimed directly at Loxy's leg. Luckily, he missed.
"Bellamy!" Octavia's voice shouted through the radio. "Are you okay? Bellamy!"
Murphy smirked cockily, slipping his hand into his pocket and grabbing the radio. "Want her to know you're alive? Start tying."
Loxy cupped her hands over her mouth. She immediately saw what Murphy was going to do. "No—"
"Shut up, Red!" Bellamy's voice screamed. "Don't make this worse."
She was shocked by his sudden anger, by nodding silently and slowly backed away.
"I'm fine." He responded to his sister, fumbling with the seatbelts in his hand. "Just a misfire. Get back to work, all of you. And tell Raven to hurry her ass up."
"All right, that's long enough." Murphy rasped before putting the radio back in his pocket. "Tie those ends together." He instructed.
Loxy sat alone, painfully watching the scene. She had been forgotten already, left to the silence of her own isolated corner of the room. There was a million things she could do right now, but all of them could get her and Bellamy killed.
"Now toss it over," Murphy jutted his thumb at the ceiling.
Bellamy squinted his eyes at Murphy questionably before getting to his feet and obeying. "What do you want me to say?"
It was obvious he was using all his power for his voice not to break. "You want me to apologize? I'm—" he stopped as he tried to take a step forward.
"I'm sorry."
Murphy slowly shook his head. "You got it all wrong, Bellamy. I don't want you to say anything." His voice was so sinister it sent chills down Loxy's spine. "I want you to feel what I felt, then, I want you to die."
Loxy's lip quivered as she battled tears. Bellamy eyed the noose he had created. The noose that could soon seal his fate.
"Stand on that box," Murphy demanded, pointing at it with his gun. "And put it over your head."
Bellamy looked at Murphy, then to Loxy. His eyes were misty and filled with pain and sorrow. He was clearly regretting a lot of his choices.
Bellamy put the noose around his head, glowering at Murphy. "Happy now?"
Murphy unexpectedly tugged at the ropes, causing Bellamy to flinch and move his hands to his neck.
"You're so brave, aren't you?" Murphy began, narrowing his icy blue gaze at Bellamy.
"Stop it!" Loxy exclaimed, cutting him off. "I'm tired of the long speeches. What you're doing right now is ridiculous, Murphy."
"Excuse me?" He growled, turning to face her. "Let me guess, when Bellamy kicked that crate out from under me, you think he was just giving the people what they wanted?"
"I should have stopped them." Bellamy admitted, his voice weak already from the choking noose. He was struggling to keep his feet on the box.
"It's too late for that!" Murphy screamed.
Another scream could be heard, one coming from the floor beneath them. Raven.
"There she is right now," Murphy shook his head in disappointment, cocking his gun. He fired recklessly at the floorboards.
"No!" Bellamy screamed, tears spilling from his eyes. He looked pleadingly at Murphy, but only to watch him run up and kick the box that had been supporting him.
"NO!" Loxy let out a blood-curdling scream as she watched her boyfriend away in the air, hanging.
"No hands!" Murphy reached up and tried pulling away Bellamy's grasp around the noose.
"Stop it, stop it, STOP IT!" Hot tears erupted from her eyes and cascaded down her cheeks at a rapid pace. Her breathing became uneven and she could feel the panic attack coming.
The image of Bellamy hanging helplessly haunted her to where she couldn't look away. Everything around her was swirling and finally she exploded.
Nothing mattered to her anymore. She didn't care if this would kill her. As long as the noose around Bellamy's neck stopped choking him and he was okay, it didn't matter if she died.
Anger swelled up inside her like a massive burst of light, filling her entire body. She imagined a wave of her power reached to the door of the drop ship, and she opened it. Blood trickled out of her nose, at first it was a few small drops until it became a river of gushing blood.
She stayed on her knees, using only her power to knock the gun out Murphy's hand and to snap the rope in half and let Bellamy fall to the floor and catch his breath.
Finally with one last surge of power, she slammed Murphy against the wall harder than she ever had done before. "ENOUGH." She shouted, her throat straining to make her volume louder.
Murphy looked at her with sheer terror, gasping as she let him go from her powerful mind grip. He scrambled for the second deck, trying to escape.
"If I ever see you again, John Murphy, I will KILL YOU!" She hollered, getting to her feet as he blew up part of the dropship to escape.
After he was gone, the anger subsided, retreating back to the core of her heart. She felt herself slowly calm down, her heartbeat slowing and her head reeling back.
"Bellamy," she murmured softly, embracing him on the ground. "I couldn't let you die."
"L-Loxy, n-no," he stuttered, struggling for air.
"No, it's okay, I'm—"
"No, look," he pointed a shaky finger at the doorway.
Loxy looked, and suddenly was aware of all the eyes on her. The one hundred was staring at her with faces full of fear. Some had begun murmuring while others tightened their grip around their weapons.
Her secret had come out. And now she knew she would never be accepted into the one hundred again.
