LIKE I WAS HONESTLY QUESTIONING MY MENTAL STABILITY AND SANITY AFTER WRITING THIS

Remus POV
"I have amazing news!"  I said excitedly, jumping up and down again.

"That you freed the Pets and betrayed us?"  Ignorance asked, raising an eyebrow.

"Yeah!  How'd you know already?"  I asked.

"Corruption is extremely pissed off."  He told me.

"So?"

"He's going to come for you."  Ignorance said with no emotion.  "You have nowhere to hide."

"Actually..."  I said, starting to smirk.  "That's what I wanted to tell you about..."

"What did you do now?"

"I'm working with the Light Sides now!"  I told Ignorance happily.  "They promised that once Corruption is dead, there will be no more boundaries between the Light and Dark sides!"

"So?"

"Don't you get it Issac!"  I yelled, getting very excited.  "We're free now!  Just jump over here and we can be happy together.  We have the Light Side's protection!"

Ignorance stared at me in completely shock, his jaw hanging open.  But than he burst in maniacal laughter.  Even doubling over, holding his stomach from laughing so hard.

"What...?"  I asked, laughing awkwardly.  "I don't get it..."

"You idiot!"  Screeched Corruption, still laughing crazily.  "You complete and utter idiot!"

Ouch.

"What do you mean?"  I asked, my voice coming off softer than I meant to.

"I never fucking loved you."  Ignorance explained with a laugh.  My heart shattered.

"Wh...What...?"

"I knew that you'd never work with Corruption willing,"  Ignorance started.  "You just wanted to play around and goof off.  Never living up to your full potential."

"What do you mean?"

"Corruption had great plans for us,"  Ignorance continued, ignoring me.  "And for Thomas too.  Deceit and I were easily convinced to help join.  However, you were hesitant."

"Well yeah, Corruption is even more psychotic than me...and that's saying something."  I tried to explain.  But Ignorance continued to ignore me.

"Once you confessed your feelings to me, you had also given me the perfect way to trick you."  Ignorance said with a little laugh.

"I...I..."  I could barely form a single thought at this point.  I was in utter shock and denial.

"Corruption liked my plan too."  Ignorance said happily.  "So I used you."

"What?!"

"I used you."  Ignorance repeated.  "I never, ever loved you."

"Why...why did you do that...?"  I felt tears gathering in my eyes.

"Corruption needed your help.  Ya know, because of you demented behavior."  Ignorance tried to explain.  "So I agreed to go out with you, in exchange for you agreeing to work with Corruption."

"So that's why you made that deal."

"No shit Sherlock."  Ignorance hissed.  "And you were dumb enough to fall for it."

"How dare you."  I said lowly, anger replacing the sadness.

"Well I dared."  Ignorance laughed.  "And you were stupid enough to fall for my little act.  And you call yourself an actor."

"You...you lied to me...about everything..."  I mumbled, falling back into shock.

"Did you really think anyone could ever love you?"  Ignorance asked with a low laugh.  "Look at yourself.  You.  Are.  A.  Freak."

"Stop."  I whispered, a tear falling down my cheek.

"Your biggest mistake was trusting me."  He said in disdain.  "You even let your mask down in front of me.  To be honest...I was disappointed and disgusted.  Just like everyone else."

"You...you're lying..."

"I can tell you for a fact that I'm not Deceit."  He promised. "No ones lying if they say they hate you."

"Stop...please."  I begged, not wanting to hear more.

"I hate you."

"Shut up!"  I screamed, loosing my temper.

"I hate you.  I never loved you.  You're an idiot for ever believing me.  I just used you.  No one could ever love someone like you."  Ignorance admitted, and I believed him.

"I hate you."  I told him.  Anger filled me.  I hate him.  How dare he do that.

"I don't care freak."  Ignorance hissed.

"Why'd you do it?"  I asked again.  "Why couldn't you have just rejected me all those years ago?  Why waste all this time, if you didn't return my feelings?"

"Learn your fucking place trash,"  Ignorance said lowly.  "I only care about destroying Thomas.  I never loved you and I never will."

I was about to start screaming at him, but was cut off by slow clapping filling the room.  Suddenly, Corruption appeared next to Ignorance on the floating rock.

"I've g-got to s-say,"  Corruption purred.  "Th-That w-was amusing t-to watch."

"You piece of shit."  I growled, my hands starting to shake in anger.

"Why th-thank you."  Corruption said sarcastically.

"What are we going to do with him now?"  Ignorance asked Corruption.

"You a-are useless t-to me n-now Issac."  Corruption said lowly.  "Y-You've fulfilled y-your pur-purpose."

"I don't understand."  Ignorance said, tilting his head.

"May-Maybe this w-will help clear th-things up."  Corruption laughed.  With that, he shoved Ignorance off the rock towards me.

Ignorance let out a scream of shock, thudding heavily against the ledge I was on.  He slid down a good foot before managing to grab onto a small rock.

His eyes were wide in fear and shock, mine probably were too.  He was now dangling off the tiny ledge by one hand.  The parasitic water below him.  The water rippled as some of the parasites breached the surface, as if they could sense that Ignorance was about to fall in.

"Th-That's all."  Corruption said before bursting into laughter.  "Have a n-nice d-death day."

Corruption disappeared in a puff of orange smoke.  I quickly got down onto my stomach and reached my hand down to Ignorance.  But I couldn't reach him.

"Issac, please,"  I begged.  "Grab my hand, I'll pull you up."

"Why?"

"C'mon, just grab my hand,"  I pleaded with him.  "We can talk all this through later.  You don't have to fear or work for Corruption anymore.  The Light Sides will help us."

"I don't want their damn help,"  Ignorance hissed.  "Or yours."

"Issac please,"

"No!"  Ignorance yelled in anger.  The outburst caused his grip on the rock to loosen.  His eyes widened as he slipped a bit.

"We can talk this through,"  I told him.  "Just grab my hand, I'll pull you up, we can be happy together."

Ignorance looked up at me and made eye contact with me.  His eyes were completely devoid of all emotions except brutal disgust as he looked at me.

"I'd rather die than be with you."  Ignorance said before willing letting go of the rock.

"NO!"  I screamed as Ignorance fell down the Pit and into the water.  He didn't scream or make a single sound as he fell.

I stared in absolute shock in the spot that Ignorance landed in the water.   But within second, the water started rippling violently.

Suddenly Ignorance burst out of the water.  He was screaming bloody murder and thrashing in the water.  I started sobbing, despite not wanting to.

I watched in horror as tiny black tentacles belonging to the parasites started spreading across Ignorance.  He cried out in pure pain.

The places where the parasite was touching him, started smoking.  The parasite started to dig into him, eating away at his body.  The parasite was eating him.

Killing him...

His skin started bubbling and blistering.  Than is became severely discolored and started sagging.  Than the worst part, his skin started peeling back, falling off the bone.  A normal person would have gagged in disgust, but I'm not very normal.

It was as if he was being turned into liquid.  Ignorance thrashing had become noticeably weaker now.  He was just floating face up in the water.  His skin was covered in discolored bruises and blisters, sagging in some places.

Places in his skin started separating, pealing apart.  Ripping open.  All the skin on his left arm and right leg had liquified, floating away into the water.

Blood started appearing all over Ignorance's clothes.  Just little spots at first, but gradually growing bigger.

Ignorance's body stilled.  He was dead.

His head bobbed backwards, falling into the water.  When it resurfaced, his entire face was gone.  The muscles and tissue had been stripped away to reveal his skull in many places.

I gagged just a little bit as the rest of his skin peeled off his face, falling into the water, disintegrating almost instantly.  All the water around Ignorance's body was completely diluted with blood.  Little chunks of his flesh and strings of nerves and tissues floated around in the bloody water.

I'm only a few mere minutes, all that was left of Ignorance was blood, bones, and his clothes. Bobbing lifelessly in the water.
