I sat beside Grian, watching him play Super Smash Bros on the Gamecrab with Taurtis and Sam. I sneaked away towards the kitchen to make us some snacks. I grabbed a share packet of Doritos and some dip. Mild salsa, hot salsa and sour cream and onion. I was hoping Sam and Taurtis liked at least one of the flavors. I pulled my phone out of my pocket and set a private chat with us all on Twitter. I smiled as Sam, Taurtis and Grian's phone vibrated in unison.

I dropped my phone into my pocket and walked in with a solemn expression, placing the snacks in front of the gamers. "Amaine, do you wanna play?" Grian offered his controller to me. I shook my head. "Maybe some other time."

(Grian's POV)

"Maybe some other time." I turned around to insist, but Amaine had disappeared. I sighed and turned back towards the screen. Amaine had really worked hard to make the snacks look as well presented as she could. I smiled at the thought of her chatting on her phone with one hand and arranging little bowls made of Doritos with the other. "Hey, where did Amane go?" Taurtis asked. "You know, your so naive sometimes guys." Amaine said, appearing suddenly. I swear she had walked in the direction of the front door, but yet she had came from the kitchen with another plate of snacks. "Did you break a window or something Amaine?" I asked her out of the blue. She tilted her head, her hat slipping a little. "No Grian. I've been in the kitchen this whole time."
