YUNA'S POV

"Hey i have a wild idea. How about i work in a cafe and earn some money" i say

"Hmm... if you want to... you can! I'm already working as a part time worker at the garage nearby... so even you can do this" he says

"Alright" I sigh.

I get to home and i lay on the bed.

Maybe I should make more friends. The only friend I really had... was Euntae... my brother, my soulmate, my best friend, my life...

But it's okay... he ain't here. He wouldnt be happy to see me sad, isnt it?

I suddenly chuckle when I remember an incident with him

*flashback*
Kim Byeol is our caretaker... she is always so cranky and annoying. She scolds us a lot. Especially me, because she knows that Mrs. Choi wont bother if I'm scolded

"Yuna, are you a small child? How many times do I have to tell you to sit up straight" Mrs. Kim says

I sit up straight

"Also, why are your hair uncombed?" She nags. "God! This girl. You havent done your homework yet?"

I head to my bedroom to do my homework when she says

"Going to do homework? You're so naive. Go and have bath first" she nags

I go for bath when she starts again, "you havent even had breakfast! You're so not on time"

Shut. The. Fuck. Up.

I clear my throat so I dont curse her

"Euntae! You're still drawing? Your drawing should've been completed by now" she nags Euntae

Apparently our parents are out of town and we are stuck with this living radio machine, mrs. Kim!

After sometime, she announces, "I'm going for bathing"

Suddenly, a wild idea comes in my mind, I look at Euntae and I can sense it... even he wants a....REVENGE

She gets in the bathroom and we both know she takes a lot of time

"Hey I have a wild idea. Let's switch off the main power source so she stays stuck in the darkness" I say

He laughs and says, "that's too less, sis. Let's light up few candles and wear a ghost costume and scare her"

I start laughing really hard. "Good idea, bro"

"Thanks, sis" he says

We do our handshake (which is like a 'thang'. A customized handshake)

So we get to work. We light up few candles and wear the ghost costume

We can hear her sing in the shower which makes us both burst out laughing but we try to control it for later

Euntae tip toes to the main power place and switches off the power

We cant hear her sing anymore

"Hey! Who switched off the lights huh?" she yells from the bathroom

I bite my lip to suppress the laugh

She keeps scolding us but gets no response from us

After sometime, she comes out all dressed up and finds 2 figures (euntae and yuna)

And the thing that happens next was enough to make us both lose control of our suppressed laugh

*end of flashback*

We both had burst out laughing and we coudnt stop for half an hour straight

Although we got scolded by her, even our parents were kind of laughing too, after they heard the incident

I sigh... oh god... those are my good memories

I dont realize when I fall asleep

-time skip-

"I'm so happy you got the job at the cafe! When are you gonna start with the work?" Jihoon asks

We are currently in the cafeteria of our college. The classes are over, we just dropped here for a drink

"From today" I say

"Woah. That's fast! I'll come and check up on you sometimes in a day, okay?" He says

"Aww! Stop being so polite. I might fall you you" I tease

"Yah! I'll make sure no one hurts my best friend again" he says

I smirk

"This girl...." he sighs. "Let's go home now" he says

"Yep" I say

While leaving the college colony, I see jimin

"Hey yuna!" He says

"Oh hey-" I say as I look over his side and see that guy... that rich guy from before! The one I helped.

I dont know why... i dont like him

"Okay jimin, we will talk later. I have to go now" i say and i leave without making an eye contact

"Let's go, jihoon" I say and I rush

"Hey hey hey... what's wrong? Why did you just leave the conversation?" He asks

I... I don't want to tell him!

"Because I'm getting late for cafe!" I say

"Oh right" he says

He drops me to the cafe and heads his way to the garage for his part time work

Before entering the cafe, I add to my story.

WORKING PART TIME IN A CAFE~
Looks like I'll have to work my ass off

Immediately I get DMs about taking care of my health and to about exerting and I'm too pretty to ruin my health and all that.

I do have social media as my earning but, I want to work hard. It's not fair if I my looks to earn money

I enter the cafe and the manager gives me the instructions. "There is another coworker... he will he here in sometime. Oh wait, he is here!" He says as his eyes trail at the entrance

"Min Yoongi, right? The second coworker" he asks him

"Yes" he says... it seems he hasn't noticed me yet
