YOONGI POV

I keep my phone beside me and throw my head back on the soft pillow placed behind me with a deep sigh.

"Gosh, this girl should take care of herself." I think to myself.

I don't know why but I feel that I somehow got a step closer to her.. just a little but yet.

After hearing about her loss, I couldn't help but think about hyunwoo... we both lost our most loved person.

I feel she has so much more to share besides her brothers loss, I don't know why I feel she's still a bit hesitant to share her feelings with me.

I really want to gain her trust.

I want her to feel comfortable and friendly with me.

But for that maybe I should share my thoughts and past with her as well. She might be suspicious of me if I don't.

Well, I want things to be normal around us, only then can I share my past with her.
This way we both can understand each other better maybe?

While I'm lost in my own thoughts I hear a knock on the door.

"Come in." I say

It's obvious that's it's Jin Hyung.

"I thought you were sleeping." He asks.

"I was but you interrupted me" I answer

"I don't care this is my house, my rules." He snaps jokingly.

"Jokes apart but I think I'm ready to shift tomorrow hyung." I say.

"Really? I thought you'd spend another 2 years living with me." He jokes again.

"Aish even if I got paid for living with you I won't" I joke back.

"But seriously will you go tomorrow? Did you even finish packing up?" He asks.

"Oh shit I didn't even start. I'll start now maybe, thanks for reminding."I say and get up.

"Well all the best for that, call me if you need anything till then let me go and get some beauty sleep." He says and goes back.

Tomorrow I'll be moving out from here, I'm kinda nervous but yet excited because that's all that I've ever wanted.

"Oh shit" I swear.

Suddenly I remember that tomorrow was the day yuna was supposed to come meet me and Jin!

Isn't she too sick enough remember all that? Or is her brain active enough to remember that i had invited her over?

I guess I'll have to plan something else for tomorrow. That's my only escape, and maybe that way I'll get to spend more time with her.

I better decide how to make her feel good, as she's still weak and not in a condition to be roaming around and exerting herself.

Just like that after all the overthinking I fall asleep.

*MORNING ON THE DAY OF SHIFTING*

I wake up only to find my alarm going crazy and ringing, I get up and turn it off and go back to sleep but then I remembered...

"Oh no I'm late!"

I sprint out and go to the washroom, I take a real quick shower and get out.

I pack all my things and put them all in a suitcase.

I check my phone to see the time, "it's 7:00 a.m. which means I'll leave in five minutes and then reach there, dump my stuff and go to work at 8:15."

I leave my room and go to the kitchen and find Jin cooking.

"Hyung I'll be leaving soon." I say

"Not before you eat breakfast that's made specially for my yoongles"

I almost cringe.

"Uhh thanks..? But could you hurry up please? I'm kinda late.." I say and sit down.

*AFTER THE BREAKFAST*

"Ok hyung take care of yourself and I'll come often to see you and the others okay?" I say and hug him.

"Sure, take care and work hard! I'll make sure to visit you too" he says and I leave...

Some minutes later, I reach my apartment

I finally make it to the place that I'd be moving in.

It's a really luxurious apartment. It's big but cozy.

I enter the apartment and examine it carefully.
It's well furnished and stuff. It's obviously big
And pretty.

I enter one of the master rooms and look around, it's empty.. just like my heart..

I sigh and put my suitcase on the bed and walk away.

After spending some time in my new house I realise I have work and I leave immediately.

*ON REACHING THE CAFE *

I finish all my work in the cafe and thank goodness everything goes well.

"I'm glad yuna didn't come today, I hope she's taking good rest."

I cant stop thinking about her, I'm so worried.

Should I text her again? Should I call her? Should I do something?

Wait I should go and visit her maybe?

I guess?

I finally finish with everything and leave the cafe.

I get in my car and drive to Yuna's place.

I enter the elevator and see a small kid standing inside.

The elevator door opens and I stand there still.

"Can you hurry up and get out uncle?" The kid says.

Uncle, I-

"Yes sorry sir I'm going" I say and get out. "Damn kids these days"

I reach her door and ring the doorbell and a sleepy yuna appears.

"Yoongi? You? And here?" She asks while scratching her eyes.

"Uh ya I came to see how you were doing" I say nervously.

"I'm doing better than yesterday thanks." She says nervously and looks away.

"Can I come in atleast? I feel awkward"

"Oh yeah sure get in grandpa" she teases me.

We both get in and sit on the couch.

"So did you go to work?" She asks

"Yeah I did, and I handled everything pretty well"

"Of course. I bet you missed me" she teases once again.

"No."

"Quit lying grandpa, by the way any plans for today?"

"First of all I'm not lying and second of all I came here to pick you up"

"Wait what? Why?"

"Don't you remember? I invited you at my place?
